Studio central à Sidmouth avec Sea Peeps

Seatime Too a été joliment rénové et est équipé pour offrir tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour un séjour vraiment confortable, y compris un salon confortable avec canapé, TV écran plat / DVD et table et chaises de salle à manger, une cuisine entièrement équipée, un nouveau lit king size avec matelas de haute qualité et literie de luxe et une salle de bain spacieuse avec baignoire et douche. Il y a beaucoup de rangement avec une armoire double et un grand placard de rangement dans l'entrée.

Ce studio est en plein cœur de Sidmouth, juste à côté du front de mer et offre une vue partielle sur la mer depuis le salon et la cuisine. C'est juste une minute ou deux à pied de la plage et du centre-ville qui offre un éventail de charmantes boutiques, cafés et restaurants. Seatime Too est dans un petit bloc de quatre appartements, et est étonnamment calme étant donné son emplacement, l'appartement est accessible via deux courtes marches d'escalier dans un hall d'entrée commun.

Sidmouth est une élégante station balnéaire qui a conservé son charme Régence, la promenade en bord de mer elle-même est bordée de propriétés d'époque, une longue plage de sable et de galets et offre une vue imprenable sur les célèbres falaises rouges environnantes.

Seatime Too est à côté de notre autre location de vacances en studio, Seatime, et peut être réservé ensemble pour des fêtes plus importantes.

Seatime et Seatime Too partagent une place de parking qui peut être réservée moyennant des frais supplémentaires de 20 £ sur la base du premier arrivé, premier servi. Alternativement, un permis de stationnement gratuit est fourni pour un parking illimité dans un parking à proximité.

Comfortable stay in great location

We spent 4 nights at this comfortable flat which was conveniently located to the waterfront and many attractions in Sidmouth. The provided parking space was a huge bonus to permit day trips in the area. Great communication with Tracey and easy check in/out.

Bright and airy studio room nicely decorated with attractive ornaments. The bed was very comfortable but, as is often the way, the bed settee wasn’t so comfortable for an evening sitting watching TV. The communal patio was not quite what was expected but overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would certainly book again.

Great studio apartment

Stayed here with my husband while we walked a few sections of the south west coast path. It was a clean, well appointed apartment in a great location, near to the seafront and shops, but also in walking distance of bus stops, which enabled us to use public transport to get to the start of our walks and walk back to Sidmouth.

Fantastic little property with everything you need, and within walking distance of beach, pubs and shops. In fact only used the car once to go to Exmouth. Very last minute booking and found this little gem just as I was about to give up. Would definitely stay here again.

A lovely apartment in the heart of Sidmouth

It was our first time in Sidmouth and it not disappoint. Thr apartment is lovely, well appointed and modern right of the esplanade and close to the shops, pubs and restaurants. The apartment has everything you need for a cosy, relaxing holiday. The kitchen has a FF, cooker, washing machine, toaster and kettle, there is a full size bathroom, room in the hall for clothes and shoes and the all important TV with Netflix etc. Also very importantly the apartment has its own parking space and communication with the host was excellent.

Good location for buses, shops and seafront

I enjoyed my stay at this very convenient apartment and it was clean and tastefully decorated. I especially liked the fact that there was a bath with plenty of hot water. Be aware that there are some quite steep metal steps to get to the main entrance but I managed it and a heavy case and I do not always find steps easy. Sadly the bed was much too firm for me (a difficult thing to get right) and the duvet was too high a tog. I found a single 4.5 duvet which I used and put a mattress protector which is for the sofa bed on top of the bed and it helped. A few table mats would be useful to protect the table and a couple of baking trays. I would certainly recommend this apartment bearing in mind my comments.

Lovely apartment and great location

This studio apartment is a great find. Very central location, but quiet. It has everything you need and is very comfortable. I stayed in my own but it would work well for a couple , and had a sofa bed also. Host was very efficient with communication and helpful. One parking bay on site. Thanks for a great stay.

Cosy, light studio flat in ideal location for sea, shops and restaurants

The flat had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Location was quiet but very central to everything. Bed was comfortable and plenty of space for clothes. The flat was clean and well provisioned. We didn’t hear anything from adjoining flats. We would warn against parking on sea-front as our car got liberally covered with seagull poop. Not nice. Local pub called The Marine was a great local with fab pizzas. Tracey was a good host in that communications were frequent and she replied quickly. No hesitation in recommending this home for a holiday.

Location, location, location, this apartment is exceptional value for a modern, spacious Studio in a perfect location and with limited free parking.
This clean and modern Studio apartment is in an ideal location in Sidmouth, it is a 2 minute walk to the beach and town centre and yet the apartment is a quiet and relaxing place to stay. It is decorated in a subtle seaside theme and provides everything you need for a comfortable stay. Parking is an issue in any seaside town in the busier months, so having a free parking space is a real bonus!
We constantly invest in our holiday let apartments and this one has had new carpets, sofa, TV, windows and a complete new bathroom for 2022.
