Phoenix West II 1901 est une unité de 4 chambres, 4. 5 salles de bain Gulf-front.

C'est environ 2500 pieds carrés avec un grand balcon enveloppant avec accès depuis le salon et vue sur l'est.

La suite principale comprend un lit king-size, une télévision connectée à écran plat 55 pouces et une salle de bain privée avec baignoire jacuzzi, une grande douche de plain-pied en carrelage avec deux pommes de douche et une double vasque.

La deuxième chambre a également 2 lits doubles avec salle de bain privée et double pomme de douche et la troisième chambre offre un roi et une salle de bain privée.

La 4ème chambre a également 2 lits doubles. Il y a aussi un canapé-lit dans le salon.

Toutes les chambres disposent d'une télévision à écran plat et d'un lecteur DVD.

Un accès Internet sans fil est disponible, de même qu'une cuisine entièrement équipée avec des appareils en acier inoxydable avec plaque de cuisson à induction, un grand îlot avec bar, un bar avec machine à glaçons et refroidisseur de vin, ainsi qu'une laveuse et une sécheuse.

Le salon dispose d'une télévision à écran plat et de grandes baies vitrées.

Cette unité de coin est située au 19ème étage.

Phoenix West offre une vue spectaculaire sur le golfe et des équipements fabuleux. N'hésitez pas à vous détendre dans les eaux chatoyantes de la rivière paresseuse située devant le golfe, pendant que les plus petits profitent du toboggan aquatique sinueux. Ce complexe propose également une piscine extérieure, une piscine pour enfants, des courts de tennis, une grande piscine intérieure chauffée avec bains à remous, un espace barbecue et une promenade en bois avec douche extérieure. Faites transpirer le stress dans la salle de sport entièrement équipée, avec sauna.

Le Phoenix West II dispose d’un garage couvert et permettra aux clients d’acheter jusqu’à deux laissez-passer de stationnement par unité à leur arrivée dans le hall.

Orange Beach

Property was spacious, beautiful and the perfect place for a multi-generational vacation. Two bedrooms had king sized beds which was a huge plus. The view from the balcony was spectacular. We would love to stay in this same condo again.

Truly an Oasis

I have absolutely nothing negative to say about the condo. It was a clean, spacious, and perfect. The dining room table is perfect for puzzles! We had a blast and would definitely book again.

Great space

We try to book a beach vacation every summer with our family. The space and kitchen was great. The wrap around deck was nice. We cooked almost every meal because it is too hard to go out to eat after a long day at the beach with young children. It was nice to have a storage pantry and a large kitchen to accommodate cooking for 14 people. Would stay again

Family beach trip 2022

Love the Phoenix West II however this trip the elevators were a real problem and being on the 19th floor made for really long waits almost every time going to pool or beach. Love the Lazy River. Would be nice if the poolside concession was open .

Would stay here again.

We enjoyed and were overall very happy with our stay. The only suggestions I have are the blankets in the closet should be cleaned between guest. We were unable to use them because they were dirty. The mattresses are not very comfortable.

Amazing Views and Unit

We enjoyed staying in this unit so much. The sunsets were amazing from the balcony every single night- I’ve never seen such beautiful ones while at the beach with the unobstructed views. The condo was decorated very nice and we loved the shiplap accent wall behind the tv- nice touch! Furniture was wonderful and beds were comfortable. We will definitely be booking this unit again! Also, Liquid Life was so easy to work with for our stay. Highly recommend booking through them. Thanks!

Family Fun in Orange Beach

Condo was clean, roomy and beautiful view from balcony. Plenty of room for 9 adults and 4 kids. Great kitchen, eating area. After maintenance fixed air on first day, the condo was cool for the trip. Ice maker didn’t work, but fridge provided some ice. Pool was shut down several times, weather related.Overall very satisfied with rental.

Spring Break with Family and Friends

The property was great, we had two families of four with plenty of room for everyone. Having 5 bathrooms made it easy to get ready in the mornings. The elevators were no problem in late March, but I could see that as a problem if the building was at capacity. One area for improvement would be softer / newer mattresses for adults, they were much thinner than the mattresses on the double beds.
