Tokatee Lane # 27 est une belle maison de 3 chambres pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 8 personnes et comprend 8 SHARC illimité passe. Niché à l'extrémité ouest de Sunriver, ceci est une maison individuelle de niveau avec un wrap-around pont et de nombreux équipements. Le mobilier de pÎles de pavillon et le design alpin offrent l'expérience de la maison de montagne ultime centre de l'Oregon.


La suite principale dispose de sa propre salle de bains et l'accÚs à la plate-forme et un jacuzzi. La chambre de la Reine et plein chambre partagent une salle de bain. Il y a un lit de mur dans la salle de bonus et le canapé-lit unique dans le salon propose un hébergement de couchage pour les invités supplémentaires. La cuisine est entiÚrement équipée avec de beaux comptoirs en granit et est stocké avec tous les appareils nécessaires. La salle à manger dispose d'accueillir jusqu'à 10 personnes avec une 2 places supplémentaires à la barre de petit déjeuner.

The wall heater vent was very disgusting. I don’t think it has been cleaned in many years so that’s the mast air we go to be breathing the entire.

Good 2-family house

The layout/4 bedrooms worked really well for 2 families with young kids. Bikes and ping pong table were a hit. Overall very happy with our stay.

50th Anniversary Celebration with Family!

Great location away from home to have family drop in a various times. Loved the single level with being 70! Bikes & SHARC passes were a cool addition, used them both.

Beautiful, well equipped accommodations

We had a wonderful time with our friends from college and all of our kids. Very clean property with everything we needed and more. We grilled on the BBQ, hot tubbed, played ping pong in the garage, and loved the walking paths around the cabin. Sunriver Village was a 10 min drive and was so much fun for the kids with the bumper cars, train rides, bounce houses, and dining. The house was the perfect size for two families.

Spacious, relaxing home in Sunriver

Reviewer Comments: Our family of two parents and two adult children enjoyed the spacious, comfortable house, with a king bed and two queens in the bedrooms and extra beds we didn't need elsewhere. This is in the quiet, less traveled northern part of Sunriver, which was great for running or biking on the trails. Lovely back porch, nice for outdoor reading and lounging and viewing all the deer.

Bend weekend!

The property is well situated. Beautiful area. Bring your bikes!!!!! Although the bikes on property are great. Helmets and everything! Very thoughtful! Hot tub and passes for sharc are awesome. The beds are doable. The kitchen cooking utensils were doable but not nice. Dull knives and not great pans. But we cooked in a lot. However, we had all kitchen items we needed! Overall, fantastic!!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice clean house and a reasonable rate. The house was not close to the village which we enjoyed. The location provided additional quiet. The furniture in the living room was not the most comfortable (the futon in particular was very uncomfortable to sit on). We spent little time there however as we were always biking hiking or floating the river. It was OK for summer but would not have been so good in the winter if spending more time in the house. We appreciated the clean fresh hot tub.

While staying here one of the blinds fell off the roller, a towel bar fell off the wall, both the couches in the living room need replaced. There was no sugar in the pantry. Can opener needed to be thrown in the garbage.

Relaxing Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were looking for a place to stay that could accommodate two families. This home fit the bill, perfectly. While it is set away from the center of Sunriver and not within walking distance to SHARC, it is in the perfect location for relaxing. We saw deer quite regularly just meandering through the front yard. The quiet ambiance was awesome! The home itself was very clean and stocked with essentials. The ladies in the rental office were very courteous and helpful. They were quick to recommend places to dine and offer directions. We would definitely use Sunset Lodging for any future travel needs to Sunriver.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Tiles in kitchen taped on, one was hanging and fell off when we opened drawer. Drape was broken and cord was laying on carpet. Bbq starter was laying on desk and the bbq was dirty. Kitchen didn't have wrap or baggies and more. SSR sent person out to glue tiles back on fast. Over all the hous wasn't comfortable.

Great home for one big family

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our 7th year spending this same week at Sunriver with another family. Unfortunately, this house didn't work out the best for us. I think if it were just one big family (parents and kids) it would be perfect, but the bathroom situation makes it harder for 2 separate families to be comfortable. The master bed we found to be very comfortable. The other family didn't like their bed so they tried a different one and seemed to like it better. The doors into the master, however, are like closet doors and easily pushed open and clunky. We did find the house to be pretty dirty. There were dust bunny all over. My 15 month was finding screws on the ground inside. The garage was filthy with debris and dirt. I found lipstick on some of the glasses in the cabinet. Some of the granite was missing on the side of counter. The hot tub was nice and hot, but it sits right outside two of the bedrooms, so it wasn't ideal for after the kiddos were in bed. The area wasn't our favorite either. Riding by the sewage facility was a bit of a turn off for the kiddos. Again, I think if the house were cleaner it would be nice for one family.

Wonderful Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall our experience was extremely positive. We made use of the bikes, SHARC passes, ping pong table, hot tub and barbecue. The only negatives is that the AC is not work when we arrived on a very hot (90+) day in July. I called the property management company and they arrived Saturday night but couldn't fix it. Early Sunday morning an AC specialist arrived to fix it. He found that it was not wired properly and was able to fix it in a few minutes. The other negative was that there were several missing TV/DVD remotes but we just made the long trip from the couch to the TV when necessary. Wonderful location and awesome trip overall!
