Casa Caprichosa est situé dans l'urbanisation de La Marina. Seulement 5 minutes à pied de la place avec beaucoup de restaurants de qualité, bars, plats à emporter et supermarchés. Casa Caprichosa est proche de quelques-unes des plus longues plages de sable fin qui vont de Santa Pola à Guardamar. La villa individuelle spacieuse est située sur un grand terrain d'angle, avec des murs environnants pour la vie privée. Il y a une terrasse couverte pour tous ceux qui ont besoin de se reposer du soleil et à l'arrière de la villa est un barbecue et un coin salon pour manger al fresco. La villa a deux cuisines et deux salons. Il y a un canapé-lit dans le salon du rez-de-chaussée qui pourra accueillir une personne supplémentaire si nécessaire pour amener l'occupation jusqu'à 6 personnes.

Really nice & clean villa

Its a really lovely villa and its close to everything. Short walk to supermarket, bars, lots of nice restaurants and aqua parks

A lovely winter break

We found that the property was very comfortable and well equipped. We appreciated the enclosed garden and the location of the villa. We had one or two minor issues that were quickly dealt with and communication with the owner was excellent. We had chance to explore the area and really enjoyed the beach nearby.

Gorgeous villa

Villa was gorgeous, beautifully furnished and clean, well situated for local amenities, but tucked away so it was nice and quiet. Liz had provided us with a selection of food and drink, which was lovely so we didn't need to rush out once we had arrived. We will definitely be re-booking.

Casa Capricosa

The photos didn't do this property justice. Quirky, unusual layout but lovely; homely & comfortable. Property manager Howard very helpful with good & timely communication. This was also so with owner Liz.The villa was well equipped and very clean. The sun terrace was a sun trap with chairs & sunbeds & good parasol.This villa was good value for money.We did have a car to get around as we know the area & like to explore further afield The only things missing were a dishwasher & pool then it would be 11/10 instead of 10/10.

Reality and expectations didn't matched

The surrounding of the casa is quite good. supermarket, bars, restaurants and everything by foot accessable - pretty good! The coummunication with Liz is ok. She's seems to be always available - thanks for that. The house itself is neither a "villa" , nor "Luxury" as stated in the description. With this subject in the portal I would have expected more, so we were a bit disappointed by, but not only, the equipment (not even a salad bowl in the kitchen). The overall condition of the house is old and in parts rotten. The grill wasn't useable until we bought a new grill grid, the parasol was torned up, the the shower booth is so tiny, I couldn't even turn around myself. The couch is really worn-out, the beds are really noisy and squeaky. The cleaness overall was not as anticipated and so on. No offenece, most of the mentioned issues could be eliminated by the landlord. Therefore it needs to be noted by them. Apparently the owner wasn't in the house for a longer time. I dont want to be seen as a everlasting grouch, so we havent complaint during our stay. So, we were now the 6th time in La Marina and also in different accomodations there, so we know, there is other space available.

Good villa in very convenient location

A well equiped villa with everything we needed. The welcome pack was most comprehensive meaning we didn't need to go shopping immediately. The nearby shops and bars were very easy to get to and provided day to day essentials at good prices. The neighbours seemed friendly and it felt very welcoming. We will be back soon we hope.

We had six weeks stay and everything worked fine in the house and with the owner and contacts. It was nice surprise to have coffee, tea and other goodies as a welcoming package. We have enjoyed your hospitality! The house was clean, kitchen very well equipped, quality beds. We enjoyed in particular the terraces. The only thing we missed was a filter coffee maker, so morning coffees were instant for a change :-) Note: Washing machine's ( in the basement) tube of sewer water needs to fixed, it leaks easily.. But in all, we were pleased with our stay.

Home from home - very comfortable, well maintained property in a convenient location.

First and foremost the owner could not of been more helpful, She met us at the property around 11.30pm on a Sunday night to handover keys etc.. She had gone out of the way to provide groceries so we did not have to wait until the shops opened the next day. The property is furnished fantastically well, all the mod cons you would need including all English t.v channels. The property is in a great location, 5 minute walk to the supermarket, bars and shops. Strongly recommend!!

Fantastic, more than expected

We had an excellent Holiday in the Villa. We spent 11 days in the house with 2 childrens. First we were surprised, because the house was really big and the interior decoration very detailed and lovely. Outside the house it was easy to find Restaurants. You only need walk around 5 minutes until you reach alot Restaurants. The next supermarkets are around 3 minutes far away when you drive with car. The beach is easy to find and only 10 Minutes far away, Important to say is, that we felt save the whole time when we were there and out of the house. It was a very nice and quite area. No loud Masstourism Party People or so. The owners, Liz, her husband and Allison were really nice and helpful when we had some Questions. It was a great Holiday, and for sure we will choose These Villa again. German: Wir verbrachten großartige Ferien in diesem Haus mit zwei Kindern. Es ist ein sehr großes Haus, mit insgesamt zwei Schlafzimmern oben, und einem sehr großen Schlafzimmer unten wo zwei Einzelbetten stehen. Jeder hatte so auch Raum sich mal zurückzuziehen. Toll war auch, das das Haus zwei Badezimmer hatte. Das Haus selber ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Gegend um das Haus ist Klasse. In nur fünf Gehminuten erreicht man schon eine Art Hauptstraße wo sehr viele Restaurants sind. Der nächste Supermarkt ist nur drei Minuten mit dem Auto Weg. Auch einen Lidl gibt es, da braucht man aber etwa fünf bis 10 Autominuten. Der Strand ist auch nur etwa 10 Minuten weit weg. Wir fühlten uns in der Gegend auch recht sicher, auch wenn wir ausserhalb des Hauses waren. Die Gegend is auch mehr als ruhig. Kein Massentourismus und Laute Partymusik. Die Besitzert Liz, ihr Ehemann und Allison sind sehr Nette Menschen die uns bei Fragen auch prompt sofort geantwortet haben. Wir hatten wirklich fantastische Ferien und werden auf jeden Fall wieder diese Villa buchen.

We absolutely loved your villa. It is truly a home from home. It's ideally located for eating out, but nicely away from all the mayhem of the town centre. Only a short drive to the beach & a couple of pool bars only a short walk away. The villa is tastefully & comfortably furnished and the terraces were great to relax and enjoy the sun! We had a great time, and would highly recommend your villa.

I bought Casa Caprichosa in 2014 as a holiday home for ourselves and family. We have since moved permanently to live in Spain in the countryside, and have now decided to rent our lovely villa to guests.

We picked this particular property both for its close proximity to Alicante airport, and because La Marina Urbanisation has a good mix of locals and expats from all over the world.

Casa Caprichosa is so close to all the nice restaurants and bars. Only a five minute walk, yet the house is in a quiet residential street - so you can sleep at night!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Casa Caprichosa is central location means you can walk to two local water parks in just 13 minutes. The lovely clean sandy La Marina beach is only a 5 minute drive away.

La Marina is close to the N322, which is the main coastal road in Costa Blanca which you can go north to places like Benidorm or Denia or south to Guardamar & La Zenia.
