Perfect for a long stay in Paphos. Immaculate condition, well equipped with a comfortable sofa as well as the beds. Set in very well maintained small development of townhouses around a shared pool. Quiet, but close to Peyia and Coral Bay.

Perfect location and property for a family holiday, Well equipped house with comfy beds and good Aircon, and very clean on our arrival. Beautiful gardens and pool, and close to Coral Bay and Peyia for nights out. Very helpful host and would recommend.

Lovely apartment in relaxing location

Our stay at the Irini Gardens complex has been just what we wanted - relaxing, beautiful setting, pool metres away from our apartment and surrounded by well kept gardens. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, would definitely return, hopefully sometime soon.

Another lovely stay at Phil’s townhouse at Irini Gardens. Lovely clean apartment & well maintained friendly complex in a great location in Peyia ideal for a lazy holiday or as a base to travel the island.Perfect holiday home with everything catered for from plastic cups for poolside to cool bag for the beach.Cant wait to return again a gem of a holiday home.

Very pleased with everything about this apartment. The gardens and pool area are absolutely fabulous. The apartment had everything you could need, very spacious and great air conditioning. Would definitely recommend.

A lovely end of Terrace Town house with a great view of the pool area and the well maintained gardens from the patio and sea views from the bedroom balcony, Phil the host has good communication skills and maintains contact throughout your stay. You can walk to a small supermarket , coffeehouse and a couple of takeaways about 15/20 minutes however I would suggest a car to get around in there visit coral bay and surrounding areas .

Near local village amenities and the hustle and bustle of Coral Bay.Had a problem with washing machine not working but handyman turned up and fixed it within forty minutes of my email to the host.House has everything you need for your stay including a gas barbecue on the large patio area.

So easy and stress free, communication was amazing, Phil was super attentive, checking in via messaging and making sure we had everything we needed, any queries we had were answered quickly. The townhouse is perfectly located in the beautiful complex of Irini Gardens, we will 100% be staying again.

Beautiful well furnished townhouse on a wonderful friendly complex in good location in Peyia. Perfect base for a relaxing holiday or to venture out for the sites of Cyprus although car highly recommended.Lovely welcome pack on arrival too. Fantastic townhouse!!

Wonderful well maintained townhouse on a lovely complex. Just a short distance to the pool area from the house patio & plenty of sunbeds available for lazy days. A great base to get around the sights of Cyprus with a car recommended. The house is clean & perfectly kept, & Phil & his team are great hosts. We cannot wait to return to Irin Gardens

Wonderfull place to be

We enjoyed our stay at Phil's house. It is as per the pictures shown. Phil answered to all our questions. We were well placed to visit part of Cyprus. The swimming pool was really appreciated after our days outside visiting.

Spent 10 lovely days in Phil's accommodation, lovely, clean comfortable stay and would definetley recommend. The pool is lovely and quiet, grounds are beautiful and lovely helpful neighbours (Thanks Tommy) who are at hand to help with anything. Peyia town is beautiful with lovely restaurants or Coral Bay a 10minute trip down the road. Good communication from Phil and would love to book up and come back soon. Many Thanks Phil.

Arriving to find fresh milk, bread and butter waiting for us after our journey is such a thoughtful touch and immediately makes you feel welcomed and cared for.The villa is spotless, beautifully maintained and has everything you could possibly need for a relaxing stay. The location is perfect for exploring Peyia, Coral Bay and the surrounding area, yet it's peaceful enough to completely unwind.What really sets Irini Gardens apart is the feeling you get when you're here. The calm setting of the pool and beautifully landscaped gardens creates such a peaceful atmosphere, making it easy to relax and unwind. It's not just somewhere to stay—it's somewhere you genuinely look forward to returning to. That says everything.Thank you again, Phil, for another wonderful stay.
