Un appartement confortable et charmant de 3 Ă©toiles ski aux pieds/ski aux pieds pour 2 Ă  4 personnes. SituĂ© dans le secteur de la Falaise Ă  Avoriaz, et orientĂ© plein sud, Dahu bĂ©nĂ©ficie de vues montagnardes spectaculaires depuis son balcon au 2Ăšme Ă©tage et ses fenĂȘtres panoramiques. Bien que compact, il est Ă©lĂ©gant et meublĂ© avec un haut niveau de qualitĂ©. DĂ©tendez-vous dans des lits et des canapĂ©s vraiment confortables avec moquette, plaids et coussins douillets. Avec l'avantage supplĂ©mentaire d'un casier Ă  skis privĂ© et de sĂšche-chaussures, vous pouvez dire adieu au transport de l'Ă©quipement et aux doigts et orteils froids et humides. Une large sĂ©lection de magasins, supermarchĂ©, restaurants, location de skis et boulangerie sont tous Ă  moins de 50 mĂštres.

L'appartement est décoré dans un style alpin chaleureux et confortable, avec moquette, plaids et coussins et suffisamment de places assises pour 4 personnes, tant à la table à manger que sur les canapés de l'espace de vie. La cuisine moderne et entiÚrement intégrée dispose d'un four multifonction comprenant un four, un micro-ondes et un grill, une plaque de cuisson céramique à 2 feux, un réfrigérateur-congélateur, un lave-vaisselle, une bouilloire électrique, un grille-pain, une machine à café et un mixeur électrique ainsi qu'une machine à raclette. Il y a suffisamment de vaisselle, de couverts et de verres pour 4 personnes, ainsi qu'une large gamme d'ustensiles de cuisine et d'aide à la cuisine. Du thé, du café, du sel, du poivre, des herbes, du papier aluminium, des pastilles pour lave-vaisselle, des produits de nettoyage et du papier toilette sont fournis gratuitement.

Ski in, ski out perfection!

Exactly as stated, with really tasteful furnishings. These apartments are functional and “cosy”, and were perfect for our needs.

Great apartment located in a nice part of Avioraz.

We stayed at this apartment late FEB 2018. The accommodation was as described, clean, warm, cosy and had all the essentials needed for a comfortable stay. The apartment is located in the Saskia block located at the top part of the town which is short 3 min walk from the Avoriaz town arrivals area.The town centre is an easy 6 min walk and the swimming pool is about 5 mins walk. We didn't need to organise any sleigh lifts such is the ideal location of this apartment. You can Ski out in the morning behind the block onto a green and blue run or ski from the front of the block along a flat area and then onto the green ski run which runs through the centre of the town. The apartment balcony looks over a quiet area of the town where you can sit and watch the world go by or also enjoy the spectacular views of the mountains in the background behind Avoriaz which makes for one of the most scenic and interesting views I have ever had from a hotel balcony. The accommodation was clean and the double bed located in the bedroom was made up and very comfortable. There is plenty of room for storage of clothes, helmets, jackets and also a boot drier/warmer located in the hall way. The towel rail in the bathroom is large and acts as a good backup should you need more space for gloves and hats. The bathroom was comfortable with a shower/bath that had an endless supply of hot water and was welcome after a days skiing. The kitchen area is well equipped and just a side note as I didn't read the welcome book until the last day, the microwave also includes an oven feature.The instructions for which can be found in the blue welcome folder. My two children (5 & 7 yrs) slept on the couches either side of the living area. All that was needed each night was to throw over a duvet and they snuggled down for a nights sleep on the comfortable couches. It was not necessary to put up or assemble a bed (my pet hate after years of caravaning!) as the couches had ample room and would suit anyone including adults. I think this property is perfect for a family of four. The property is located on the second floor and accessible via a lift or easy stairway. The accommodation includes a ski locker in the entrance hallway to the hotel. There are no loud bars near and we could not hear any thumping music at night. Good bakers, food store, patisserie, ski hire all within 30 secs walk. I highly recommend this apartment!

small but very well equipped

The apartment was very conveniently located within the resort, a short walk from the arrival area and underground carpark, close to ski school, skiing and sledging from the front door, close to a supermarket and restaurants as well as Aquariaz, which was a big hit with the kids. The apartment although small was very well equipped and maintained. Philip, Nikki and their staff were very friendly and welcoming as well as being very knowledgeable about the resort and the wider ski area. We would definitely go back.

Very fast and helpful response both from owners and agents during booking and stay at Avoriaz. Also arranged with transfer from Airport and ski passes to make it nice and easy for us to an good price. Good location of apartment in Avoriaz, short walking distance from welcome centre, supermarket and ski rental. Small apartment in good shape that suites small family with 2 adults and 2 children. Bathroom and kitchen in modern standard, nice view from balcony. Nice with own free Wi-Fi in apartment.

This was our first family ski holiday and we found the apartment and resort absolutely superb. Avoriaz is a beautiful purpose built resort and is very family friendly as it is traffic free and you can ski to and from the front door of the apartment. The accommodation was perfect for us. It is the smallest apartment provided by Avoriaz chalets but it had a cosy feel to it and it was a great opportunity to spend quality time with our kids (aged 7 and 9). We took lessons morning and afternoon with ESF which is about a 5-10 minute walk from the apartment or, once you are confident skiing, you can ski directly from the apartment down a green slope to the Proclou lift which brings you back up to the ESF meeting point. The apartment was clean and tidy and had everything we needed for our 6 day stay although it is worth noting there is a mid-week clean for which you have to pay an extra 90 euros on arrival. Phil and Nikki were fantastic quickly answering any questions we had before arriving and Phil was there do meet us on arrival and show us to the apartment which is only 5 minutes from reception. Overall we can't praise the place enough and are looking forward to returning next year!

AMAZING STAY AT DAHU - 5*

We chose to come to Avoriaz for our honeymoon and Christmas 2014. The apartment location was brilliant - very central and has everything you need near by including a super marker that is well stocked. And you can literally ski out of the door. The apartment it self was lovely - very modern and had excellent facilities. Perfect for 2 people and the champagne upon arrival was amazing. Perfect start to our honeymoon. Everything we needed and more. Philip and Nikki were also fantastic - so helpful and accommodating. We will definitely be returning to this apartment for what will hopefully be another amazing holiday.

Touch of luxury in a magical resort

Having not snowboarded for a couple of years due to the arrival of our son, we wanted to get away for just a few days to satisfy our snow craving and find somewhere we could potentially bring our son once he is old enough. After much research Avoriaz seemed very family friendly, ideally close to Geneva and being ski-in/out meant we could maximise our 3 days on the slopes. Avoriaz Chalets were prompt in their response to my enquiry and maintained excellent communication throughout the booking process, run up to our arrival and throughout our stay. It was also reassuring to have them on hand in the resort to greet us on arrival and answer any questions during our stay. The apartment itself was exaclty as described and is finished to a very high standard. It has everything you could need for your stay and perfectly located for access to the slopes, shops, waterpark, bars and restaurants. Everything is within a few minutes walk. It was immaculately clean on arrival and had all the essentials, such as toilet roll and dishwasher tablets. The apartment had a romantic feel to it little touches such as the John Lewis bedspread with matching cushions made it feel really luxurious. I would highly recommend this apartment or others from Avoriaz Chalets to anyone. We will definitely be returning to the beautiful resort of Avoriaz with our son in the future and will be using Avoriaz Chalets when we do. Can't say enough good things about our trip - oh and the snow was spot on too :-)

Fantastic apartment and service

I just wanted to say that our stay in your apartment was lovely. I especially appreciated the hot baths in the luxurious bathroom and the very comfortable bed at the end of a hard day skiing. Thanks for organising ski hire and tranfers - all helps to make a holiday more enjoyable knowing there are friendly people to help. Will definitely come again!

Sasskia was perfect!

We had a fantastic time in Avoriaz. The Sasskia was perfect for our break and ideally located to get to any part of the resort, from the drop off area, to the ski lifts, to the aprĂšs ski! The apartment is really well presented and has great little extras including TV, Wifi, ipod dock. Would definitely recommend the Sasskia to anyone looking for a holiday in Avoriaz. The in resort reps were also very friendly and helpful and would clearly gone out of the way to assist. Thanks for a great holiday!

We are old hands in Avoriaz so we know where to find the best lunch spots on the hill, the best aprĂšs-ski bars, the hidden powder and the quiet pistes. Outside of the ski season, we can usually be found either on the move or on the water as we are keen travellers, sailers and scuba divers. We divide our time between London in the UK, Paphos in Cyprus and Phuket in Thailand where we also have a beautiful Thai pool villa for rental.

Avoriaz is a fabulous ski resort - it's high for reliable snow and due to its proximity to the Mont Blanc, it actually has the most snow sure record of any French resort. Being just over 1 Œ hours from Geneva, it's incredibly accessible whether by plane, train or road. All our pretties offer skiing to and from the front door and the entire resort is car free, so its a snow paradise and very safer or kids. There are heaps of additional activities on offer beside unlimited ski-ing and snowboarding such as the Aquariaz aqua park, sledging both day and night time, ice skating, horse sleigh rides, ski joering, parenting... The properties all face south for spectacular mountain views and lots of sun s in a fantastic location with wonderful views. Being a compact resort, all the shops and supermarkets are generally within 100 - 200 meters.
