La villa a sa propre piscine privée et est idéalement située donnant sur le practice et le parcours de golf. Le luxueux hôtel 5 étoiles Inter Continental, situé à quelques minutes à pied, propose des restaurants, des bars et un superbe spa, une piscine et un bar au bord de la piscine. Le supermarché sur place est également à cinq minutes à pied. Tous les bars et restaurants sont également à proximité. La propriété est exposée sud et autour de la piscine, vous profiterez du soleil toute la journée. Il y a aussi une terrasse ensoleillée à l'étage avec table et chaises. Lovely villa in a really good location

We stayed to celebrate my birthday and were really pleased that we picked this villa, location was perfect, all the facilities you could ask for and the host was really good with communication

Was an absolute pleasure to stay at this villa. Dave is really helpful and gave us all the information we needed. The villa is located in a really good position with nice views of the course and a short walk to the Boulevard for eateries. The villa has a really good layout that suited us along with a lovely garden/pool area. The beds were all really comfy and generally the facilities good. We hope to stay again in the future

Great holiday

What a gorgeous property, photos don’t do it justice. We had a brilliant week away for our grandchildren’s first holiday and we all had an amazing time, everything was as advertised, pool and villa were spotlessly clean. We would recommend this villa and would definitely stay here again.

Although the property needs modernisation it suited our needs; 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and an open plan lounge/diner made for a comfortable week. We would certainly book it again. David is a great host and communicator which helped us settle in quickly. Thank you

Perfect Golf Villa

David's villa is well equipped and has a family friendly pool. It is well positioned for the driving range and 1st tee if you are staying at the resort for a round or 3 of golf. It is also very close to the main complex if you would just prefer a drink and some people watching. Davina and her husband are friendly and helpful if you need anything during your stay. I would thoroughly recommend this Villa. Thank you David.

Mar Menor family holiday

The photos do not do the property justice. A family home with all the resources plus a pool and sunshine!5 adults stayed and we all had enough room in the villa and outside. Communication with Dave before our trip was excellent and Davina whilst we were there. Fantastic time had by all. We were sad to leave. Thank you Dave and Davina. we were any queries not that we had any.

Review

Nice property conveniently located for amenities easy walk to club house and driving range, shame the Spar has moved to the other entrance by the tennis courts. Owner very prompt at dealing with niggles (pool needed treatment following the floods and someone was round within the hour, and the air conditioning needed attention half way through the stay which was again dealt with the following working day). Whole family agreed they would happily stay again (especially the wife who could keep an eye on me on the practice area :o).

Nos hôtes ont été particulièrement a l'ecoute et très réactifs. Les enfants ont adoré la maison dotée de tout le confort et dans un environnement sécurisé proche de Los Alcázares et de ses plages d'eaux chaudes sans vagues du mar menor... Très bien placée entre Carthagène, Torrevieja et la Manga!

We enjoyed our stay, just one down side if I was to be picky but didn't cause us any problems was the hedge around the pool kept dropping it's leaves in the pool. Great Villa in a convenient location

Really fabulous location for a stay in Mar Menor Golf, welcoming key holders and a home-from-home feeling where guests tend to leave more than they take. Don't expect a sterile home to arrive in - almost everything you will need is right at your fingertips. Only downside is the leaves that fall of the bushes getting into the pool - but they give you the privacy you want from the golf range, so something to live with.. Overall a great family holiday in a lovely villa - Many thanks!

Absolutely beautiful villa with everything you need a real home from home! Perfect location on the resort within walking distance to all of bars and restaurants. We will definitely be back. I bought my villa in Spain of plan,therefore have owned it since new. My wife and i go there about six times a year my two children who are 21 and 23 also use the villa with there partners. It is an ideal place to get away to and just chill by the pool or the superb Mar Menor beach.
