Magnifique Cottage au coeur de Swanage avec parking

Le chalet
Un beau cottage jumelé de 2 chambres, équipé à un niveau élevé et parfaitement situé au coeur de Swanage.

Idéalement situé à quelques minutes à pied de la magnifique plage, de la ville animée et des restaurants fabuleux, mais avec un accÚs facile pour explorer le reste de la cÎte jurassique.

À manger
Lorsque vous entrez dans le chalet, vous entrez dans la cuisine / salle Ă  manger entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e. Accrochez vos manteaux, retirez vos chaussures et prĂ©parez-vous Ă  vous dĂ©tendre dans cet espace confortable. Tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour prĂ©parer une tempĂȘte est Ă  portĂ©e de main, ainsi qu'un lave-vaisselle pour tout nettoyer. Il y a un rĂ©frigĂ©rateur-congĂ©lateur Smeg pour stocker tous vos aliments frais et beaucoup de rangement dans les placards pour les produits secs. Un micro-ondes et une laveuse / sĂ©cheuse sont Ă©galement disponibles. La cuisine accueille un systĂšme Bose pour jouer vos morceaux prĂ©fĂ©rĂ©s ou simplement vous asseoir Ă  la table Ă  manger et regarder votre choix de programme sur la tĂ©lĂ©vision avec Sky.

Se prélasser
Le salon dispose de deux canapés confortables et d'un fauteuil pour se détendre. Il y a un éclairage doux et une télévision à écran plat. Des jeux de société, des livres et une sélection de DVD se trouvent dans le magnifique buffet ancien.

Baignade
La salle de bain est situĂ©e en haut des escaliers oĂč vous trouverez la salle de bain complĂšte avec douche de tĂȘte. Il y a un sĂšche-serviettes.

En train de dormir
Il y a deux chambres. La chambre 1 comprend un lit double, des armoires latérales blanchies à la chaux et un espace de rangement au-dessus. Il a également une télévision si vous souhaitez vous détendre et regarder la télévision horizontale.

La chambre 2 a 2 lits simples, 2 armoires doubles pour ranger toutes vos affaires et un miroir pleine longueur. Il y a un accĂšs par des portes-fenĂȘtres menant Ă  ...

La zone ornée
Ici, vous pourrez vous détendre pendant que le soleil se couche aprÚs une journée d'exploration. La terrasse a un bel ensemble de salle à manger moderne et un barbecue si vous souhaitez manger en plein air.

Le chalet est livré avec WiFi et haut débit haut débit si vous en avez besoin.

Nous avons la chance de posséder notre propre espace de stationnement directement en face du chalet - c'est une prime absolue à Swanage.

The house was in a perfect location and had the bonus of a parking space meaning we could walk into swanage town. The accomodation was super, a large kitchen diner and cosy lounge. The kids loved their bedroom with comfy beds and lots of space. The double bed was very comfy too. Our host (Sarah) was lovely, contacting us regularly before we went to check we had all the info we needed. A fabulous family holiday was had.

Great location. Been to Swanage several times and this is a great place. Downstairs space is fantastic - comfortable sofas and a large well equipped kitchen. All within pretty easy walking distance of the beach and town centre (there is a hill but it is fairly short). The house is quiet and pretty private with little or no disturbance from the road and easy offroad parking straight outside the door Great communication from the host. All in all a positive experience

The property was lovely and the ability to park my car at the property was great. It is spacious and everything we needed for our stay. It is only a short walk to the shops and seafront where you can start your walks on the South West Coast path.

Quiet and Comfortable

We enjoyed our stay in Swanage, the property is in a quiet location but convenient for the beach, shops and pretty much everything else. The property is well equipped and comfortable. We would definitely return.

The best rental property we've ever had in Swanage

Very well-appointed cottage in an enviable location close to the town centre, the beach and parkland.Plus points‱Beautifully clean and tidy on arrival.‱Large well-equipped kitchen/diner and comfortable lounge. ‱Lots of storage space for cases, backpacks, walking boots etc.‱Off-street parking (suitable for vehicles up to medium sized family cars) is a rare bonus in Swanage.Limitations (these are not criticisms, merely factors inherent in an older property in the heart of a historic town to be considered)‱The double bedroom is small‱The stairs are steep and could be difficult for small children or those with infirmities‱Only one WC During our stay we were unlucky to encounter problems with both the wi-fi and the TVs. The owner was swift to work to rectify these issues and we were confident that she is a capable, caring and conscientious host.We would certainly be happy to return

Very well-equipped and clean property. Particularly excellent were the location (just a short walk down the hill to the seafront, shops, pubs and restaurants) and the fact that there is a parking spot. We would certainly stay again.

Wonderful stay in Swanage

Stayed at the property for 5 nights and I can't fault it. The downstairs space was generous, and the kitchen well equipped. The location was amazing! It was about a 1 minute before you reach the local fish and chip shop and you're immediately in town. Planning my next visit already!

really amazing in every respect

We felt good and comfortable in Sunnybank from the first moment, enjoyed the large balcony for meals and a bottle of wine in the sunny evenings. The flat is located perfectly with only little traffic, but just a short distance to town, shops, beach, restaurants and pubs (donÂŽt miss The White Swan). Really nice and helpful contact to Sarah; thank you very much. ItÂŽs a long way to go from nothern Germany to Swanage, but itÂŽs worth it and weÂŽll surely come back.

Perfect stay

Enjoyed a fantastic week staying at Sunnybank.The cottage was exactly as described,very well stocked with all you would need and perfectly situated for the town and beach. Swanage carnival week is such good fun and with the weather being so great we had a fabulous time. Thanks Sarah...and especially for the stunning cake that greeted us on arrival.

Lovely cottage

Lovely stay in Dorset cottage, property is ideally located close to high street and main parade a must with car park space, really well equipped. Only downside is very small main bedroom but don’t dwell on that as the property as a whole far makes up for it and photos are accurate.

Sunnybank

Everything we expected and more. The location within Swanage is perfect. A two minute walk to all the shops, pubs, restaurants and beach but still nice and quite at the property. Off street parking on the driveway ticked our box for convenience. The property was clean, spacious and well decorated with everything we needed. Beds where very comfortable. Sky tv, DVDs, board games. Nice overhead shower. Sarah is a top host. She messaged us to confirm property was ready for access before the stated check in time. We was also welcomed with a fresh cream cake on the kitchen table. Such a kind gesture. Thank you so much Sarah, we had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend. Beautiful,,,the whole experience,,,getting to Swanage,,, getting to the cottage,,, celebrating both my sisters and my birthday was just fantastic,,the cottage it's self was beautiful,very roomy the outside roof balcony was a plus we loved it,,the salt pig restaurant was out of this world amazing food,,, We would definitely book Sunnyside again with out a dealt.

Lovely short break.

Just come back from a lovely short break in Sunnybank, Swanage. Fully equipped, very clean cottage in a perfect location. Would definitely recommend and hope to return next year.

Great position

Great position, close to town centre and only a short walk from the coast path. Very spacious and with parking space. The owner left us a selection of wonderful cakes. I don't normally like cake but these were special. All spotlessly clean.

Holiday close to Swanage Town centre and beach

Kitchen well-equipped. Cleaners had left sink very stained but rest of kitchen very clean and well decorated. Similarly the lounge. Upstairs light and airy. We knew the main bedroom was going to be small but lots of cupboards in second room. Nice to sit out on upstairs terrace. Toilet very stained but rest of bathroom clean. We were expecting dishwasher tablets and waste food bags but found none. We would have liked to have given a better review as the owner had created a lovely property and provided everything that makes a great holiday.

Lovely holiday cottage in Swanage

We had a lovely stay in Swanage at Sunnybank. The house is in a great location for the town and beach and had all we needed for a comfortable stay. It is decorated to a high standard and we were delighted to spend the week there. All in all, we would definitely recommend Sunnybank and would love to return there for another holiday!

Lovely Swanage

We just enjoyed a lovely week staying at Sunnybank. House is well located, clean and has all amenities that you may need. Plenty of space for 2 adults, a 15 year old and 12 year old. We met Sarah and she is lovely. Looking forward to our stay next year

Sarah and Andy have owned this property for several years and decided to let it out so that others could enjoy it. Our children have enjoyed many wonderful summers in Swanage and now return as young adults to spend time with their friends.

A super cute property with enough space for a family to kick back and relax. So close to the town, beach and gardens and no need to drive anywhere unless you want to.
