Pour 4 personnes (même coût). détails architecturaux de 1800. La lumière naturelle, cuisine entièrement équipée privé et salle de bains en marbre. Bouteilles d'eau à l'arrivée, serviettes, linge, sèche-cheveux, planche à repasser et fer à repasser fournis. 2 minutes à pied du métro & FOOD. Situé sur un arbre SÛR rue calme / bordée à Harlem historique, cet appartement est idéalement situé pour Voyage à travers New York; il est à 15-20 minutes de train à la plupart des destinations touristiques. En raison des nombreux bâtiments et d'établissements historiques, ainsi que la population la plus diversifiée dans la ville cet endroit est bien recherché par de nombreux voyageurs. Il y a des restaurants de 24 heures et un service de transport disponibles et le meilleur de tous les SUBWAY est juste autour du coin de l'appartement (2 minutes à pied) de sorte que vous ne pas avoir à vous soucier de transporter les colis lourds loin. Vous aurez accès à la télévision par câble de base, le service Internet sans fil, cuisine complète privée (avec vaisselle, casseroles, micro-ondes, cafetière, et ustensiles de cuisine). Everything is as described, host always available and communicative. Stayed 8 nights, not a problem at all, kitchen is little but works perfectly. A great choice to save a little since every other place is expensive. Subway was super close and 1 train takes you to main station (Times Square).

Close to Subway and grocery stores. Cute studio apartment. TV didn't work but we were okay with that. We do wish there was hand soap, shampoo and conditioner. Will stay again!

The room itself is fine, but the towels are dirty and the dishes were not clean it looked as if they were just rinshed out and put away. When we arrived the apartment was freezing and no real directions on turning on the heat. The bed was made but the sheets were not washed, a lot of dirt was in the covers. The apartment was #3 and if you dont mind stairs it was a decent place to stay. The cleanliness could be improved tho.

This was a great location. Within walking distance for breakfast. Easy travel. On street parking, first come first serve!

Very pleasant

The suite was very clean. Although the heater broke on one of the days of our stay it was fixed rapidly. Very close to the subway and deli and restaurants etc.

No Muss, No Fuss Hidden Gem

A great short stay conveniently located to the 2 and 3 trains, as well as LaGuardia. You will be able to get anywhere via public transit, but I recommend walking and exploring the surrounding neighborhood.

Nice unique unit, much more SF than typical NYC hotel rooms offer; kitchenette has microwave, range top, good size refrigerator, and dishware for four. Room was very comfortable. Close proximity to the 2/3 train and three blocks from B/C. The neighborhood is diverse and safe.

The host was very communicative. It was easy to book and to get confirmations about the stay. The neighborhood is what i would call transitional. Always felt safe. The first day the shower handle broke off. The host was very responsive and called a plummer right away but it was unable to be fixed during our stay. Lastly, i wouldn't recommend if you had an expectation of using the kitchen for cooking.

Excellent spot for a family looking for a continent and cheap place to visit New York. Excellent access to the public transit system and easy communication with the property manager. The property was extreamly cleanly and very safe with multiple forms of security. Slightly different from online listing, only 1 room with a pullout couch and queen bed but still lots of space with the dining room, tv and kitchen area.

Great Experience!

I had the pleasure of staying at this property for a week. I had a great experience. The owner was very attentive whenever I needed to communicate. In fact, I had an issue with the television due to a previous tenant (I'm not the most technically savvy) and the owner gave me step-by-step instructions for resolving the issue. I would definitely stay here in the future.

great apartment at an unbeatable price.

The apartment was clean and comfortable. The subway was a minute's walk away. Both the bed and the futon were very comfortable. I had to contact the host with a couple of questions, and he replied withing minutes. I'm hoping to visit again in the Summer.

Only there at night

Hello,We stayed here to have a place to sleep and eat breakfast in between days of exploring New York and seeing Broadway shows. This was a clean place with basic provisions. The neighborhood was vastly different based on the time of day. In the morning on the way to the subway (a block and a half away!) the neighborhood felt stable and safe. This was very different at 10:00 p.m. when we returned from our show on Broadway. The place it self felt safe after you got inside, and was a comfortable place to relax and recharge for the next day's adventure.

Convenient and Cozy.

Excellent location, just a few minutes from subway, restaurants, bars and stores. Apartment was as advertised. Entry code provided didn’t work but owner responded and resolved right away. Water pressure and temperature control in shower functioned poorly but otherwise place was very comfortable and a good base from which to explore NYC.

We stayed in this one-room apartment for five nights with four adults. We were able to fit our luggage, which we couldn't have done with more (three large suitcases, two carry-on suitcases, and three backpacks). Communication with our host was excellent, and he helped us promptly with any issues we had! The information about the apartment (how to get there, the codes, etc.) was very well explained. We were able to cook a quick snack in the basic equipped kitchen and self-cater. There is no oven but a microwave. The location was good, and we were quickly in downtown. There were a few grocery stores nearby. It was also quiet enough to sleep at night. The subway is just around the corner. We recommend to have hooks in the bathroom for the towels and a wash cloth and another tea towel in the kitchen.It was very convenient that there was a hairdryer, some rolls of toilet paper and washing up liquid. The sofa was a bit worn out to sleep on, but it was ok.
