Ceci est une maison nouvellement construite de 4 chambres. (1 Juin, 2016 Date d'achÚvement) de la maison de Ranch avec les 4 chambres à l'étage principal. Maison a deux chambres maßtre de bain avec trois salles de bain complÚtes. Cheminée dans le salon. Les plafonds voûtés en salle à manger et salon. Concept ouvert. A buanderie séparée. Deux décrochage garage attenant. Mélanger de bois franc, carreaux de céramique et de la moquette. Patio dans la cour arriÚre. Il n'y a pas de mesures pour se lever dans la maison. Tout est au niveau du sol de sorte cette maison est chaise roulante. Propriété proche de nombreuses attractions: YMCA, station d'essence BP, Top des Boutiques Colline, Peninsula State Park. Pendant la haute saison de l'été, principalement Juin à Août, nous préférons louer samedi - samedi.

We have stayed at this property several times. The home is beautiful and spotlessly clean. We don't cook meals there, but the kitchen contains everything we could want for drinks and snacks. The location is perfect.

Family Trip 2025

This is our second stay at Jeni’s property as it is the perfect space for our family of 8, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms keeps everyone happy. The house is always clean and well stocked with everything he need to cook or play. We walk down the hill to Fish Creek for easy access to the park, downtown shopping and our favorite evening treat at Not Licked Yet or can jump in the car and easily get to any of our Door County favorite things to do.

Girls weekend.

This was our 4th year coming this home. Yes, it is home. Beds are wonderful, showers are great,and the living area is comfortable. We have found we can get anywhere in Door County within about 1/2 hour. We will be back next year!

Everything we could have wanted!

This was our third year at this property. We keep returning because the house is beautiful and its location is perfect. We are three women ages 65-74 and there’s a bedroom with bath for each of us.

VERY Cozy & Comfy

Pictures don’t do this house justice. It’s very nice, very clean and super comfortable. Everything is on the ground level which was great for my elderly mother. And we loved having access to the garage. We’ll definitely stay here again!

The perfect home away from home!

Jeni was so easy to communicate with and the home is a perfect home away from home. We settled right in and had everything we needed. Clean and organized. Lovely property. Surprised with all the extras she had in the home. We are foodies and cooked a meal in, and found a zester for our lemons! Appreciated all the lil extras! Great location to get around Door County. Great for families

We had a wonderful stay! Perfect spot for our family and a friend's family to do a weekend together in Door County. Great location close to downtown Fish Creek, and 15mins from all the other neighborhoods. House was clean and had everything we needed, and Jeni was communicatie. Would definitely reccommend/ stay again!

Great place for family gatherings!

Great home with a nice floor plan. Kitchen has everything you need for cooking your own meals. Nicely decorated home! Plenty of helpful brochures and guide books on what to see and do in Door County. It was the perfect place for our family gathering. We all had a wonderful time!

Wonderful property!

This house was amazing. Very well-stocked and beautifully appointed. The moment we walked in the house we felt at home. We enjoyed the outdoor firepit, including making s'mores. The kitchen and bathrooms had absolutely everything we needed, as did the laundry room. We can't wait to go back.

Roger and Jeni Ripley are the owners of this home at 9409 Gibraltar Pines Lane in Fish Creek. Roger has many years in construction both in commercial and home building. Jeni grew up in the Green Bay area and spent a lot of time up in Door County thru her childhood. Many summers were spent in Sister Bay, WI where her grandparents rented a place. She wanted to pass on these memories to their own kids. We have two daughters, Sydney (age 24) and Madison (age 20). Our kids are currently in grad school and college, respectively.
