Clean, tidy and spacious property in a quiet street. Close walk to the beach, shops and places to eat. We had a lovely weekend and would book again.

The propety was lovely we had our own garden to chill and sunbath the dog had a lot of space to explore and try to bury her biscuits we were close to the places we wanted to visit,donkey sanctuary,sutton on ses beach,the lovely icecream at browns dairy farm homemade ice cream and the observitary at chapel st leonards the weather was fantastic.

Our wonderful stay in Chapel Saint Leonards

From booking to checking out Carl made it so easy for us. The cottage was clean and comfortable and had a lovely garden for our dogs to play and exercise. We will be staying again soon and we would highly recommend booking this property.

Great bungalow

We had a lovely stay with our dog. Everything was provided including milk and flowers. Fantastic garden which our dog loved. Quiet location with amenities and beach close by.

The house was lovely and clean and is really handy for buses out to Skegness or Mablethorpe as well as a short wander to the shops/ pub/ beach.The garden was a particular high spot and our dog loved it. We had everything we needed and didn't bother driving out to do a "big shop" as the co-op and spar are so close by.

Home from home!

Beautiful, clean accommodation. Stunning garden! Set in a lovely, quiet location but not too far from the amenities. Just a bus ride to Ingoldmells and Skegness. Would highly recommend.

Very close to seafront just a short stroll

Great stay, plenty of room , the only slight disappointment, had to wait for water to re-heat if another bath was required

Plenty of space for a family get-together

Good location, easy walk into town. Spacious accommodation and the dog loved the garden. Good quality bedding. Toilet seat upstairs very loose, shower could be improved but otherwise very comfortable for our family get-together.

Lovely cottage

We really enjoyed our stay at sunshine cottage good location for all Skegness activities. Good sized garden for the dog and house was spacious and clean inside. Anderby Creek beach only 10 minutes drive away with a great dog friendly beach for our dog and a dog friendly beach cafe that served nice food soft drinks and alchohol.

The listing of this property is accurate. It's a very homely welcoming place with shops in easy reach. Plenty of communication from Carl and informative information too. If staying in the area again I would be more than happy to book again and recommend as well.

lovely location

The cottage was fine for a couple of nights with the grandchildren, everything is close by & an easy walk to shops & beach. The house could do with a bit of TLC and the upstairs loo seat was missing (apparently the previous guests had an accident) & it wasn't replaced during our stay but this didn't cause us a problem. Beds were comfortable & there is plenty of hot water.

Good location and nice cottage

Very clean and ideally situated for village and beach. Unfortunately lack of communication from owner meant stress obtaining access to property. Thank goodness for help from the cleaner !!

Stay at chapel

Nice bungalow needs a little TLC very clean bit out of the way but not a problem because I hired a mobile scooter for my mum and I was pleased that the owner keeped me up to date on everything because you have the wrong address for the property

Great family and dog friendly stay!

A week away with family and 3 dogs. Very clean throughout and everything we needed was available. Fab enclosed garden with outdoor furniture - dogs loved it as did we. Really good location, area was lovely. Property does require some maintenance/repairs in a few areas. However, this did not affect our lovely week away and we would definitely stay here again. Also, communication with host was excellent, thank you 😊
