Nous avons une belle maison Ă  un Ă©tage de 3 chambres Ă  louer qui est situĂ©e dans la rĂ©gion de Treasure Valley, Ă  proximitĂ© du couloir I-84. C'est Ă  moins de 30 min. de presque tout dans la rĂ©gion de Boise. Planchers de bois franc dans l'entrĂ©e, la salle Ă  manger et la cuisine complĂšte qui a des comptoirs en granit, des appareils en acier inoxydable et un grand rĂ©frigĂ©rateur. Salon confortable avec Ă©cran plat de 55 ", TV satellite, DVD, Internet et WiFi. Il y a deux suites parentales (chacune avec leur propre salle de bain complĂšte) et une 3Ăšme chambre (avec salle de bain complĂšte sĂ©parĂ©e partageant les espaces communs) avec des lits Queen Size pour dormir confortablement 6, baignoires profondes, carrelage design et douche Ă  l'italienne. Grand garage attenant pour deux voitures et cour clĂŽturĂ©e avec meubles de patio. Settlers Bridge (HOA) possĂšde une piscine communautaire (ouverte du Memorial Day Ă  la fĂȘte du Travail), des rues bordĂ©es d'arbres, des passerelles et des terrains de jeux, y compris un Tot-Lot Ă  environ 100 mĂštres de la propriĂ©tĂ©. Nous fournissons des serviettes de piscine pour votre commoditĂ©. Le quartier est proche d'Eagle Road avec des magasins de dĂ©tail, y compris une Ă©picerie.

Our host was super communicative- we were exhausted after arriving at midnight and we didn’t fully read the check in instructions so couldn’t get in! It was completely our fault but we called the host at midnight and he walked us through it and was super gracious. Thanks for a great stay!

One light in kitchen is out and one going out. Also it looks like an outdoor decoration on patio fell down. We enjoyed the house very much. It is quiet and comfortable. Having a bathroom for each of us was great as we had meetings to go to every day.

A Great Place to Stay

Great Vrbro in great location and was very very nice. We had 3 couples in our group and this place as perfect. 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. Highly recommend this Vrbro in you are looking in the Boise/Caldwell area.

Thank you, Danny for a stress-free staycation. Your home was exceptionally clean, comfortable, thoughtfully appointed and cared for. Of course we three girls were over the moon each having our own beautiful and bright bathrooms. The neighborhood is convenient while feeling like a retreat. Loved everything!

Pleasant home in Meridian

Very pleasant home nicely set up for multiple guests/couples. Was really good to have garage access in the winter. Plenty of bed and bath supplies available to be very comfortable.

Perfect house to visit with family

The house is perfectly described and the neighborhood is wonderful, quiet and walkable. The pool was an added bonus. Everything you need for cooking is present and master bed was comfortable.

Wonderful Stay

The neighborhood was beautiful. The grandkids loved the swimming pool and playground. The house was very clean and very comfortable. The barbecue unit was perfect and there was a cool pooper scooper in the back yard to perform poop patrol for the dog. All in all the stay was perfect. Thank you for taking such good care of all the details.

Just what we needed while our house was re-piped.

The property was excellent. Plenty of room, well-furnished, easy check in/out process. This was our first VRBO experience and the property owner made it so easy. We will definitely recommend to family when they visit from out of town.

Great communication with Owners

Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, we had to cancel our stay in-which we’ve never had to do before. The owners, JoAnn and Danny, responded very quickly to our email, we’re very polite and courteous in not only explaining the process but helped walked us through it as well. What was a rough, sad and stressful event for us in not being able to make our trip the owners made the cancellation process as smooth as possible. Being that we come to Idaho often, we will definitely be using these owners and their properties as a place to stay in the future. If their properties are indicative of how they treat their customers, then am sure they will and our stay in them will be exemplary. Thank you again Danny and JoAnn for all you kindness and help.

Lovely spacious home

The neighborhood is really nice, quiet, clean and close enough to shopping, groceries, entertainment and freeways. Nice layout and very comfortable. Quaint backyard and patio. Greatly appreciated the simple accommodations upon arrival - laundry soap, dish soap, bath soap, shampoo, toilet paper and coffee! Would stay again and highly recommend. Also very pet friendly!

Great place to stay.

Great place, clean and stocked. Responsive owners. A little too much furniture that was unnecessary and could be arranged for better comfort. Primary bedroom bed could be placed on furthest longer wall to accommodate both nightstands for use rather than only one. Extra table in dining could be used for an end table. Just minor inconvenience. I would suggest updating tv instructions. :) otherwise really nice stay quiet neighborhood. Would have felt more secure with chains on door to garage and front door.

Great Place!

We had an absolutely awesome trip to Idaho! And, this trip was complemented perfectly by this outstanding home! The location is convenient to shopping, restaurants, and both (highly popular) wedding venues we attended. The home had everything we needed for a family coming from out of state. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend this home!

The Boise Area is beautiful and the weather is mild. It is a good ski area in the winter and has a very nice river walk (Boise River Greenbelt access 2.8 mi. on Eagle Rd.) as well. The Boise Area also boasts Live Theater, Museums, Zoo and Botanical Garden.
