Spot on huge Villa

Has everything you need loads of space. Supermarket on doorstep. Plenty of restaurants near to villa. The pool chap Dave is a nice bloke very helpful for boat trips etc.

Dirty and dusty home with beautiful view

Unfortunately the house was not cleaned and prepared before our visit. Dirty and dusty for a long time, some equipment is broken. Bathrooms are dirty. Specific smell in the house. The house can be good but needs repair and cleaning

Villa Lisa

Spacious property. Great for children and adults. Lots of useful amenities i.e. pool towels, snorkels etc. Excellent pool. Communication was good. Dave who looked after the pool was lovely and gave us a lot of good information about the area, he also arranged a fantastic private boat trip for us. Local restaurants and beaches were excellent. We would highly recommend the property and location.

Great family reunion

We really enjoyed this villa- close enough to walk into town for groceries, and David made the whole process seamless, and helped us finding what we needed- even a Dr, just around the corner! Having pool on site, didn’t even need to leave the property on hot July days! Recommend

Amazing villa in a lovely location

The villa was lovely and huge! The pool was amazing and Dave attended to it well during our stay (we certainly made lots of use of it!) The communication with Neil was excellent from before booking right through to check out. 2 shops within 2 mins walk, and town is another 10 mins down the hill. Had a bit of trouble finding the villa the first night as we took a wrong turn and couldnt follow Neil's informative directions - but once we located it, it was so easy to find! We had a fantastic time, and didnt want to leave! My 2 year old daughter is still wanting to return to our 'holiday home' after 5 days of being gone! Thank you again for a brilliant holiday!

Amazing

I would definitely recommend it to everyone. It is not far down into the city, the only downside is that you have to go up a steep hill when you have to go back. Fortunately, there is both a supermarket and a small kiosk 2 minutes' walk from the house. There is the most beautiful view, and the house itself has everything you need. The pool is nice and big. Before the stay, we had good contact with Neil, who owns the house, and during the stay, Dave, who looks after the pool, is incredibly helpful. There are only pluses from here.

Relaxing paradise

A fantastic, roomy villa in a lovely area with a beautiful pool, a couple of minutes away from the tourist noise and bustle. The owner has an agent in the town who is a huge help and smoothed the holiday for us. Before we even arrived the owner had ensured we had food in the villa for our very late night arrival. He advised, in plenty detail, of restaurants, day trips and the best car hire options. His courtesy and advice made our trip so much more relaxing! The rooms are large and each bedroom has a shower room /bathroom. Every bedroom has air conditioning and there is also a fan if you prefer that. The top, round bedroom has huge views and plenty privacy as it is on its own on the top floor. The main bedroom opens on to a massive balcony, perfect for a glass of something as you watch the beautiful sunsets. A twin room with family bathroom (massive bath!) sits next to that. The other twin room is on the ground floor, a shower room next to it. There are plenty of towels plus beach towels to use at the pool. There is WiFi throughout the house. The kitchen is well equipped - huge fridge-freezer with plenty of ice trays! This is a personal family holiday home so it is well equipped with utensils, crockery etc including plenty of plastic pool side glasses and plates. In the kitchen is a dining table suitable for 8. A large comfortable lounge suite next to that. This area opens on to the garden via a shady sitting area with another dining table. It's great for meals on hot days, keeping you out of the sun at its strongest. There is a number of sun loungers and a really good sized pool. A small shallow baby pool feeds into the main pool allowing tiny folk the chance to play safely. The main pool is warm and really well maintained. Absolutely pristine! It was lovely to have such a good sized pool to ourselves rather than fighting other guests at those large hotels. We loved the villa and would recommend it to anyone looking for a holiday which allows close access to the restaurants and shops in Avsallar Town but gives you a peaceful location to retreat to. A total gem!

Very enjoyable stay in Avsallar and in Neil's Villa

We had a wonderful stay in Neil's villa. Compared to all other villas in the area this villa was closest to the shops. The swimming pool was also a big plus due to it's size. Only one little thing is the villa is surrounded by local residents, so no late nights at the pool especially if you have excitable children. Good size rooms and very well kept villa.
