Maison de vacances de 3 chambres avec vue spectaculaire sur la mer

Golygfa Deg, ou "Fair View" en gallois, est un gîte de 3 chambres avec une vue imprenable sur l'estuaire de Teifi. Situé dans le village de Gwbert, à seulement 5 minutes en voiture du bourg de Cardigan, le chalet est à proximité de nombreuses plages, attractions familiales et sites historiques. Il est également à distance de marche de deux restaurants populaires et d'un parcours de golf de 18 trous, tandis que des excursions régulières en bateau avec des dauphins au nez de bouteille et des phoques partent du ponton à la lisière du village. Après une récente restructuration, la propriété dispose maintenant d'une grande cuisine / salon / salle à manger ouverte qui donne sur une grande terrasse patio orientée sud et ouest. Il y a un jardin arrière sécurisé et une «salle de jeux» autonome avec une table de ping-pong pleine grandeur, un jeu de fléchettes, une console X-Box360, un lecteur DVD et une sélection de jeux de société. Les animaux sont les bienvenus et une connexion Wifi illimitée est disponible.

Amazing views that don’t disappoint

Excellent location and brilliant front room / kitchen area really makes this house. We were really well placed for walks, beach visits and close to restaurant meals when needed. Will remember those views forever!

Lovely house with stunning views!

We spent a happy week at this lovely house. The kitchen/living room was especially impressive with uninterrupted views of the estuary. We were lucky to have good weather for the first five days and were able to make the most of the lovely decked area. The house is very well equipped with everything that we needed. A very relaxing stay!

Lovely cottage with fantastic sea views

Lovely cottage with fantastic sea views over Cardigan bay and the Teifi estuary. The main sitting area and kitchen are lovely and much bigger than they look on the photos. Great outdoor patio area but unfortunately we didnt get to use it but can imagine spending long summer evenings out there on dolphin watch! Overall a great place to stay with everything you need for a relaxing break.

Amazing views

We had a lovely stay here. The views from the house are amazing regardless of whether is it sunshine or raining. The house was clean, the kitchen had everything you needed. The games room was an added bonus that the kids loved. Antony was helpful and always quick to respond. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Spectacular view at Golygfa Deg

This cottage has the perfect outlook overlooking Poppit Sands and into Cardigan Bay. The living/dining/kitchen is clean modern and spacious with that all encompassing view. The property was spotless and very well equipped. Enclosed garden for the dogs,

In need of a bit of TLC

Great location. The bungalow had everything you may need.for week long break. A few things require upgrading and maintenance to justify the rental price. On the whole enjoyed our half term stay.

Thanks for the review Peter and I’m glad you enjoyed your stay over the half term week. Over the next few weeks, there’s going to be a bit of a make-over at Golygfa Deg. This includes a new master bedroom and a brand new open plan kitchen that will create one living space across the entire front of the property, with un-interrupted views of Teifi estuary and out into the bay. It’s a really exciting project for us and we look forward to hearing feedback from our guests in 2019. Watch this space for before and after photos 😁

West Wales gem

Spacious cottage, well maintained and cosy- great location for exploring the local area. The welcome pack was very helpful. Although this was technically low season we still found plenty to do. There is also a games room although our two didn't need it.

Could not fault the contents everything you need, very comfy beds , loved game room playing darts etc, the veranda was amazing and as weather was kind to us we spent most of time there admiring the view , gorgeous sunsets most evenings and we did get to see dolphins playing in the bay Wednesday afternoon. Would gladly stay again .

We live in Wales and work in Cardiff but have been coming down to West Wales at holiday time for many years - staying regularly in the nearby Patch Caravan Site.

We try to stay at Golygfa Deg, with our three children and golden retriever Jessie, as often as we can because we love spending family time together in such a beautiful part of the world. Its where we can really relax!!!

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

We love this area for lots of reasons - there are numerous local beaches which are just fantastic with beautiful clear water and great surfing too. We love the variety of wildlife too and have rarely stayed here without seeing the famous bottle nose dolphins from on the beach at Mwnt or while we are walking our dog around the coastal path.

For us Gwbert is only a short drive away but when we are there it feels like a real get away from our hectic day to day lives at work and school. It is a magical place for us with so many fond holiday memories....

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Our cottage is so convenient for the beaches and the local town of Cardigan. Plus the nearby golf course, the coastal path, boat club and two great eateries are within walking distance of the front door.

The best bit is the ability to sit on the patio deck at the end of a fun-filled day with a glass of wine and watch the sun set into Cardigan Bay - just bliss!
