What a privilege it is to be able to stay in this beautiful home! It's very homely and the 30 second walk to the beach is such a luxury! The beach itself is such a beautiful natural expanse at low tide and a wonderful spot for swimming and waterfun at high tide. A 30 second potter back to a super warm shower was very appreciated! The main bedroom with the extra balcony area is wonderful to wake up to and the en suite shower is so spacious. The stairs up to the main bedroom are steep though so it's great there are two downstairs bedrooms too. Our dogs and ourselves really enjoyed our stay and hope to be back again. Big thanks to the hosts!

The house was just as good as the photos suggested and very well equipped. The location is fantastic and the combination of the welcoming and spacious house and the brilliant location contributed to our really happy time there.

Stopped at Sea Vale over the New Year with all the family, the properties great, loads of room, your every want is catered for and it’s located right next to beach in a quiet and private part of the resort. Would definitely recommend.

Great location for relaxing coastal break

A well-equipped spacious house with a wonderful first floor sun room and balcony looking out to sea, located in a very peaceful road. Probably the best property we have ever stayed at.

The host was very clear with how to get to the house. The house was amazing! All 4 bedrooms have either a bathroom or an en suite. It was so close to the beach less then 100 yards away. Our dog loved the beach.

The house was beautiful and well located, being a minute's walk from the beach.The house was well stocked with food condiments etcHowever we were here on the heatwave Bank Holiday weekend and the windows didn't open in two of the bedrooms nor the other ground floor bathroom and there were no fans. If these issues are rectified, then this house is a perfect summer stay.

Strangely, on this heatwave weekend, this guest called on arrival to say that the house was cold and could we turn the central heating on remotely - which we did! Yes, sorry, the top windows in two bedrooms were stuck after the winter and these have been serviced so they open properly now.

We had a lovely time at this property; we were a group of 6 adults and 3 children with an age range of under 1 to 83 years. The accommodation was fantastic, with all mod cons, and the location was amazing, with immediate access to the beach! There were good local shops and restaurants, and a play park just up the road for when the young ones were beached-out! The one thing that I would advise is that a non- slip mat would be a good idea for in the showers, as several of our party had near- accidents while bathing. But this was a minor detail in what was a marvellous, relaxing time away. Thank you!
