Récemment meublé et appartement décoré dans le West End d'Aberdeen. Court séjour ou séjour hebdomadaire pour un voyage d'affaires, en famille ou en ville avec 3 chambres à coucher, grand salon, grande cuisine avec table à manger, Wi-Fi gratuit (fibre optique), jardin et stationnement gratuit dans la rue.

A Self Contained spacieux appartement d'époque faisant partie d'une terrasse de belles maisons de granit dans une belle bordée d'arbres croissant à Rosemount. La propriété a un accès privé sécurisé et bien éclairé à la porte principale et des compromis de trois grandes chambres doubles (une avec salle de bains), un très grand salon avec baie vitrée avec poêle à bois, salle de bains avec baignoire / douche et belle grande cuisine avec table à manger avec six chaises. Les chambres sont aménagées en 1 x chambre double et 2 x chambres doubles (une avec salle de bains). Les chambres ont chacune une commode / bureau adapté à une utilisation de l'ordinateur. Le jardin privé arrière a un banc / table pour manger à l'extérieur en été et une zone de séchage partagé.

Pack de bienvenue d'épicerie essentiels sera offerte à l'arrivée. Tous les autres éléments spécifiques peuvent être fournis tant qu'ils sont commandés à l'avance. Nettoyage hebdomadaire avec des draps et serviettes fournis.

L'appartement est dans une marche facile aprrox 10-15 minutes distance du centre-ville et un accès facile aux différentes lignes de bus vers les centres d'affaires de Aberdeen. Aberdeen Royal Infirmary à Foresterhill est à environ 8 - 10 minutes à pied de.
Il est un Co-op, boucherie, poissonnerie, pharmacie, banque, pub, restaurant, café, une boutique de fromage et Oddbins le tout dans un deux minutes à pied de l'appartement. Westburn et Victoria parcs c / courts de tennis intérieurs et extérieurs w sont à environ 5 minutes de marche.
Notez l'appartement peut être loué pour court terme ou à long terme des baux si nécessaire. Un lit pliant peut être fourni pour une septième personne si nécessaire.

L'appartement ne convient pas pour Stag ou de garçon.

Great place!

Very nice and comfortable house in nice Aberdeen neighborhood. Walking distance to a grocery store, good restaurants, and a nice large park. The unit was spacious and well equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent location and awesome property!

The location is great for walking to all the sites. There is a grocery store around the block. Check-in was easy and Koi left us some milk in the fridge and snacks which was much appreciated. Beds were good with comfortable mattresses. Highly recommend!

Quiet location with nice yard and proximity to restaurants.

Beautiful home with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Yard is very nice and relaxing. Neighborhood is quiet with easy parking. Washer/dryer is very helpful. Will try to reserve again if in Aberdeen.

Space, beautiful space!

After two weeks in a very cozy but small apartment in Edinburgh we felt the need to spread out, enjoy some space and do some laundry. This elegant whole-floor apartment suited perfectly. It was so comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. A lovely neighborhood and walkable (or a short cab ride) to the city centre. Could easily accommodate 6 guests but we loved having the breathing space to ourselves. Highly recommend.

It was a beautiful property with comfortable beds. Plenty of towels, blankets, etc. Clear instructions on what was expected of us and what was nearby except the instructions for turning the water on for the shower could have been clearer. We loved the property and the step by step instructions on how to use the laundry machine. Coming from a different country it was nice having that instruction book.

Excellent home and host

Koi’s home is in the most perfect area! Parks, shopping, restaurants, all convenience walkable. Her home was beyond our expectations, cozy, comfortable and the garden is simply stunning! Her hospitality was over and above for us well, we needed a extra desk - next day arrived! And the welcome food basket was the icing on the cake! Truly Koi and her home made our first experience of Aberdeen memorable and feel like home.

Great, quiet apartment to stay in the city

This apartment is very conveniently situated, on Rosemount, with Coop around the block and opened until 8pm, a Godsend. There is a hairdresser 2 minutes away as well. There is a chese shop, a fishmonger, liquorstore and restaurants nearby. Perfect for organising your life. The apartment itself is vast, with 3 bedrooms and a pleasant living room. My sole worry is the kitchen, very cold and somewhat dark. The old windows would need to be new, double panned to keep the draft away. I was planning to organise a family dinner there but backed out because it felt so chilly. If the flat was mine, I would replace the wooden kitchen door leading to garden by a double panned glass door to bring in some much needed light. With some renovation it would be really nice because the kitchen has all the needed amenities and tools. The owners were also very kind to provide milk and cakes upon arrival. They were very accomodating during our whole stay and super prompt in their communication. Parking was great too. The neighbourhood is a safe one in Aberdeen. So, all in all, it was a very good stay and I would recommend it.

Very central location for a stay in Aberdeen

Koi is an excellent host. She met us at the apartment, showed us around and gave us good information about the local area. There are two bus stops close by and the trip into central Aberdeen is only about 15 minutes. House was warm and is quite large. Beds are very comfortable.

Lovely flat and an interesting town

We were six and we had lots of fun in Aberdeen. The flat was really nice and modern. Our son loved the large living-room and the bedroom he shared with his grandma. Everything was totally alright.

Authentic, central yet quiet

Authentic Aberdonian home on wonderfully quiet peaceful street. Great rooms, plenty of space and clearly loved. Two minutes to park(s) for the kids, five minutes for food and all other necessities, town centre very pleasant ten minutes, all on foot. Great place to explore Aberdeen and the surrounding area from, lots of different things to do within a 45 minute drive (or a ten minute walk).
