Privé Situé à un accès facile de la ville de Wellington Somerset, il a son propre enclos sécurisé clos de 1 acre. Little Owl Barn a amplement d'espace pour le stationnement hors route dans la cour fermée et garage sécurisé. Little owl Barn est idéalement situé pour ceux qui souhaitent explorer le Somerset et le Devon à proximité. Il y a beaucoup de promenades à la campagne à proximité et d'activités à proximité. La propriété est également située dans une zone d'observation des oiseaux idéale. Il y a beaucoup d'attractions locales, y compris Sheppys Cider et plusieurs propriétés du National Trust. La côte nord ou sud est également accessible en env. 30 minutes en voiture. Les parcs nationaux de Dartmoor et d'Exmoor sont également à une courte distance en voiture. We loved our stay at Little Owl Barn. It was incredibly well set up for a family with three dogs with us. The baby gate made it really easy to keep the dogs away from the bedrooms. The French doors onto the field/garden meant they could run in and out and be visible all the time and there was garden furniture and sunbeds provided which meant we could relax outside with them. We wanted a rest and time together so we explored a beach one day but otherwise relaxed at base. The kitchen was very well set up, the place was easy to keep clean.There was a hose outside for when our puppy rolled in the inevitable muck. It is clearly been planned by someone who understands outdoor/animal family life. On top of that, the communication was really helpful and they even left a gift for the big birthday I was celebrating. Hope to visit again soon

A lovely rural oasis, quiet and peaceful. The two large fields were heaven for our dog to run around in at her leisure. Philip was very helpful about the property and the milk, tea and coffee on first arrival were very welcome. it's well situated for visits to the coast and the country.

Lovely house, extremely well-equipped, and with the most genial hosts you could wish for.We had two weeks at Little Owl Barn in July/August 25, and found it to be really comfortable, with everything you could need (in fact the most amount of kitchen equipment of any house we've rented), in a lovely setting. Very conveniently close to Wellington and Taunton, whilst still completely in the countryside.The hosts are fantastic: really friendly and approachable.We would totally recommend this place for a relaxing holiday in comfort.

I am not going to go on about this beautifully sorted and quite lovely little place, as there are plenty of reviews that have already done just that. What I CAN add is that, rather than just 'doing what it takes', Philip & Sarah really have gone 'above & beyond'. There were all sorts of little touches that made our stay so much nicer, which so many other places do not do. Thank you!!!

Somerset barn

Lovely spacious property, very clean, beautiful views and very peaceful, just what we needed. Great garden for our dog very secure, he loved it! Lots of places to visit within half an hour and local town for shopping. Would highly recommend.

Perfect in every way! Gorgeous views, fabulous kitchen!

Philip and Sarah are generous hosts. This restored barn has every modern comfort and very well appointed home and well equipped kitchen. One of the best HomeAway stays ever! My stay in Wellington was perfect, thanks to these fine accommodations!

Little Owl Barn

Have just had the perfect week in Little Owl Barn. Sunshine every day. Our 3 dogs loved the huge secure garden. Barn was very clean & had everything you needed. Coast only 45 mins away. Vey quiet & beautiful location. Hosts very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back. Can’t fault anything.

We stayed here for a week from Easter Saturday. We had our 2 dogs with us that absolutely loved the garden and paddock to play in. The home was spacious,light, clean and very well equipped. We will definitely wish to return and recommend anyone to stay here.

VERY IMPRESSED

We have just returned from a very enjoyable stay at little owl barn. We were very impressed by the barn very clean and well equipped, we would definitely like to return. Our 3 dogs also enjoyed racing round the paddock with no chance of escape. Little Owl barn is in a good location for exploring Devon and Somerset.

Beautiful barn that lived up to expectations.

Really super property with great facilities and excellent for dogs. We stayed over Christmas and had everything we needed in the kitchen for a full Christmas lunch! The barn is very comfortable cosy and warm the Christmas tree was a great touch along with the doggy gift! Our hosts were fantastic and answered all our pre visit questions very quickly and the recommendations for eating out were very good. We’d love to return when the weather is nicer to explore more.

Upside Down getaway

Very clean and felt comfortable. Very peaceful with amazing views across fields to the Monument. Well equipped kitchen with more than enough for our needs. Friendly hosts made us feel welcome and answered our questions. Good instructions on how to get to the house and helpful information on restaurants.
