Spacieux Appartement Familial Avec Piscine

Charmant et spacieux appartement de 2 chambres a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour des vacances tranquilles et reposantes. Avec accès à la piscine, Wifi, parking et deux balcons donnant sur la baie, tout près de Cavtat avec Dubrovnik vieille ville à une courte distance, cet appartement est idéal pour une famille ou 2 couples voyageant ensemble.
Cet appartement de 2 chambres est une partie d'un immeuble neuf avec piscine entourée de verdure avec des chaises longues disponibles pour se prélasser. L'appartement est situé au premier étage et se prolonge jusqu'à 105 m2. Il comprend deux chambres doubles, dont l'une a salle de bains avec douche et balcon donnant sur la mer, et une deuxième chambre double avec une zone de stockage. Il dispose également d'une salle de bains avec machine à laver, une cuisine spacieuse et entièrement équipée, partiellement séparée du grand salon. Le salon a des portes coulissantes sur le balcon avec une vue sur la mer pour profiter des belles soirées méditerranéennes. Le balcon est en outre équipé d'une nouvelle grande table à manger et chaises pour 6 personnes. L'hébergement est adapté pour quatre personnes, mais peut accueillir jusqu'à six personnes, car nous avons ajouté un lit superposé dans la zone de stockage dans la chambre principale; Idéal pour 2 enfants ou 1 adulte. L'appartement est équipé de tout le confort moderne à savoir la télévision avec lecteur DVD (chaînes croates), Google Chromecast, lave-linge, 3 air conditionné unités et WiFi gratuit. Lit bébé et chaise haute est également disponible. Il y a un grand parking en face de l'immeuble.
L'appartement est d'environ 900m promenade facile le long de la rive du centre-ville de Cavtat et à environ 500m du bar le plus proche et le restaurant. Cet appartement est très bon choix pour une famille, groupe d'amis ou 2 couples en quête d'une retraite.
Sachez simplement qu'il s'agit d'une piscine SAISONNIÈRE et qu'elle ne sera pas utilisée en avril en raison des conditions météorologiques.

Very spacious appartment with sunset view, airco and shared nive pool, 10 minutes walk from the sea.

We had a very relaxed week in the appartment at Cavtat and used the pool everyday. The appartment is very comfortable with 2 spacious bedrooms, one with annex bathroom and one with annex childrens bedroom. Good stay for families, rustic but near the beach.

We loved our stay in this apartment. It is clean and spacious and the air con keeps it nice and cool after you've walked back from Cavtat! It has all the main things you'd want and we appreciated the washing machine to clean swim wear and beach towels (we provided our own detergent).Ida was there to welcome us when we arrived and talked us through some of the local things to do. It's about a 25 min walk into Cavtat, but mostly flat except the very last bit which is a bit of a hill, but not an issue if you take it steady. You get some lovely views of the sea too. About a 5 min walk from the Obod bus stop if you don't fancy walking, though you do have to walk a short stretch along the road without pavement if you do this. Bus is great value for Dubrovnik 3.20 euro (one way), it's about 2.20 Cavtat to Obod, so if there is 3 or more of you, you may prefer to get a taxi as similar cost.We didn't really end up using the pool as we went to the beach all day, but it seemed clean and had about eight sun loungers available. Would stay again!

Family holiday with teenagers

This spacious apartment was perfect for us. We were a party of 5 so the extra bunk room meant our teenage daughters could bring a friend. Having 2 bathrooms and 2 balconies meant there was space for everyone. The apartment was immaculate and well equipped. We appreciated the beach equipment, guide books etc that were left for our use. There is a supermarket nearby so it’s easy to eat and the kitchen was spotless. The apartment is situated a little way out of town up a steep hill, but this was not a problem for us, it also means the views and sunsets are fab! The pool area was lovely and most of the time we had this to ourselves. Ida was a fantastic host, she greeted us on arrival and arranged our airport transfers which were seamless. Overall we loved our stay in beautiful Cavtat and hope to return.

Wonderful stay

We arrived very late due to Gatwick losing our luggage and general chaos at Gatwick. Ida had arranged a taxi to pick us up and was waiting at the property to go through the apartment, tell us about the area etc.. The apartment was very clean and has beautiful views across the bay. It is a fair walk from the main restaurants, but quite walkable. The boat trips to Dubrovnik were enjoyable. all in all and wonderful holiday and Ida could not do enough for us. we all had a great time - Gatwick delays and lost luggage taken into consideration!!

Lovely apartment but further out of town than I would prefer

Booking process very easy and pick up arranged from airport. Ida welcomed us on arrival and gave us lots of information on the area. Supermarket is quite close by but is up a very steep hill and across a busy road. Nearest restaurants and bars are at least 1km away downhill. Pleasant walk in daylight but we chose to get a taxi back in the evening to avoid the uphill walk in the dark. Pool area ok, would definitely need more sun beds in high season especially as other people removed some to place on their own patios. Apartment clean and spacious but doubt I would stay here again- I would prefer to stay closer to the centre of Cavtat.

Nice apartment

The apartment is nice and large but a bit tired. It has a well equipt kitchen and lounge. The beds are large and very comfortable. The balconies offer a good view of the bay. It is a good walk into town so not suitable for some but we enjoyed the walk. The pool is nice but there may not be enough loungers if the apartments are full. The patio door in the back bedroom does not lock and there is also a window that does not shut and lock. Two lamps in the bedrooms were not working and the en-suite light was not working. The en-suite toilet was dirty and the hand wash container is broken. We did have a lovely time.

Fabulous spacious apartment with pool and sea view

Stayed here in Cavtat rather than Dubrovnik and it was a good choice. The apartment is fabulous with lots of extras. Drinks and dinner on the balcony watching the setting sun was wonderful. Good size pool and nice walk into town. Boat trip to Dubrovnik takes about 45 mins and is a good way to travel.

Lovely apartment

We had a great stay in Cavtat. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable. Ida, our host, was most helpful in advising us on local activities and attractions. The apartment is a 20 minute walk to the lovely harbour. There are also taxis available for the uphill return journey for only 60-70 kuna, especially after spending the evening in town.There are many good restaurants in Cavtat and Dubrovnik airport is only 10 minutes drive. We also drove to Montenegro ( as suggested by Ida) and were glad we had done so. Arriving in Dubrovnik old town by ferry from Cavtat is also a lovely experience. The pool was well used by our family. I would definitely recommend a stay here. The apartment was well appointed and clean. The listing and photographs were very accurate.

Zal Beach in front of Hotel Albatros is15 minutes’ walk from the apartment while the town center is 10 minutes more. Most of the road is flat and along the sea shore, just be aware there is a 200m steep street before the building.
