Spacieux 3 BR / 2. 5BA sur une impasse tranquille parfaite pour les familles. À quelques pas d'une belle plage gardĂ©e.

La chambre principale spacieuse dispose d'un lit king-size, d'une salle de bain privée complÚte, d'une terrasse avec vue sur l'océan et d'une télévision. La deuxiÚme chambre a un lit queen. La troisiÚme chambre a un lit queen et deux lits superposés. Chaque chambre a ses propres portes coulissantes donnant sur les ponts. Il y a une salle de bain complÚte récemment rénovée partagée par les 2 chambres d'hÎtes en bas.

La cuisine est entiĂšrement Ă©quipĂ©e et prĂȘte Ă  recevoir avec un nouveau comptoir en granit. Le salon comprend une grande tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat, un lecteur Blue-ray, une sĂ©lection de DVD, des jouets et des jeux pour votre divertissement.

Internet sans fil, parking hors rue, blanchisserie, draps, serviettes, chaises de plage et jouets de plage sont inclus.

Un grand espace extérieur comprend plusieurs ponts et un patio à l'arriÚre. Grande terrasse privée hors de la salle à manger comprend un gril à gaz parfait pour les réceptions en plein air.

Great Property

I stayed here this summer, the house is in an awesome location. Super close to the beach, nice neighborhood and close to anything you will need. The house itself is clean and has enough space to fit everyone. It was an awesome experience, the owners are responsive and very nice people. Highly recommend staying here!

Excellent Vacation!

We had a great time at this property. It was nice to be able to walk to the beach. And the beach was not bust at all. We had no one within 50 yards of us. This property had everything we needed for a wonderful week long vacation. Thank you Doug.

Enjoyed our Stay

We enjoyed our 3 week stay...spacious open concept living areas...nice big deck for outdoor sitting and entertaining. Our 4 year old granddaughter truly loved all the toys, puzzles and games. Walk to the beach is a hike - however there were carts, beach chairs - and beach toys available. Linens and towels were also provided. We love Brigantine. This neighborhood is quiet but family friendly.

Well stocked and convenient

This house was great for our two families of 4. All the kids shared the bunk bed room. The kitchen was well stocked. Towels and linens provided was a treat. Plenty of toys and games and baby gear as well (we didn’t need that but the kids - ages 7 and 10 - had a ball with the toys and legos!). It was good having a bathroom on all three levels. LOVED that we could walk to the beach (which was guarded but not crowded at all!). Plenty of beach chairs, boogie boards and sand toys and the beach buggie was a huge blessing. Loaded it up, no one had to carry too much and no complaining :) Thanks for a great week in Brigantine!

Wonderful stay in nice home!

These three fifty-something couples had a great time at your place. I loved the different porches and the backyard. The two smaller bedrooms could have used a full length mirror on the wall/door to help get ready, or even a smaller wall mirror.

Great place ! Great location!

This was our second year renting. This rental is on a very quiet block (beach block). The home is very comfortable and spacious. I have a family of 6 and there was more than enough room. I would highly recommend this rental.

Beach Property Brigantine Comfortable and convenient location to beach with plenty of room

We enjoyed our stay in this property. We were only three doors away from my brother and his family so this was perfect for our family reunion. As seventy year old individuals , we did have a bit of trouble negotiating stairs with the main kitchen -living room area being on the second floor.Perhaps we did not read the description carefully enough. The property was well stocked with things for beach activities. The wifi connection was great and all the appliances worked beautifully.The neighborhood was quiet even during this Fourth of July week. The transfer station was very close and it was no problem to run our trash over several times during the week.The people in this town are really friendly and anxious to help you. Everything you could need is in close proximity to the property from pizza to crab to the post office to the Acme. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to have a very pleasant week at the New Jersey shore. Gail and Jerry Feldman

We loved the place! It was very clean and well maintained .

It was a short walk to the beach. It was nice to have the beach chairs, wagon and sand toys there for our use! It was a very child friendly rental. We used the decks and the gas grill. It was a great place and I would recommend it to anyone!!!

Stunning!

The visit was for my BA graduation celebration. The stay, location, amenities, neighborhood, rental professionalism, and convenience shopping was nothing short of excellent! Neighbors were very friendly and tickled that we both owned Jeeps. Doug (the host) provided a lovely home with every item you could possibly need to relax, relate, and release. I definitely want to come back for the summer and possibly even after my MBA is completed. I recommend this rental for those who want a super quick ride to the AC strip or that simply want to bask in the cute community of Brigantine. We all left stress free and smiling. BTW uber was only 9-11 bucks per ride. I had a party of 9. Thanks again for a lovely stay! Alicia
