Property is walking distance to local shops and restaurants.

This was our 2nd time staying here. Mark the owner is very nice guy and communicates really well. From the minute we booked he reached out right away to introduce himself. We had clear instructions for check in. The house was perfect for my family of 4. Could have fit more. We really enjoyed our time here at Seagull’s Landing!

Such a wonderful stay! The living room is so spacious with a nice big couch and a recliner (which my husband loves). Big table for puzzles and a well stocked kitchen. Beach tags and plenty of beach chairs, toys, umbrella, etc included for use. Quick walk to the beach. The parking is a huge benefit, as the street parking is crowded on the weekend. We will definitely stay here again.

Perfect House/Location

Owner was responsive and made check in easy. Let me Know he was available by text anytime. We enjoyed our stay. House is walking distance to the beach, shed full of beach chairs and carts. Fantastic vacation

Perfect beach week

We had a lovely time in Brigantine, the house was spotless and very comfortable, there was more than enough space for my family of 4. The beach was beautiful and the location was very peaceful, we had such a relaxing week!

Great house

Loved everything about the house. Everything that was needed was provided. The shed and outdoor shower made beach living so easy. Great communication from host as well. Will definitely seek this house out again next year. Thank you.

Nice House

This house was perfect for our family of five (including three teens). Plenty of space and just a short 1.5 blocks to the beach. Convenient to walk to restaurants/ice cream/grocery store. Would definitely stay again! We love the quietness of Brigantine, but a quick drive to AC if you want other things to do.

Great beach house!

We had a wonderful time at Sea Gul's Landing! The kitchen is very well stocked, especially with storage containers which I find missing in a lot of houses. Lots of dishes, pots and utensils too. Huge living room with a big couch that offered lots of seating. All of the beds are comfortable!!! Easy walk to the beach and close to grocery, liquor, pharmacy and ice cream. Three private parking spots in back too, which was a huge plus as the street out front was packed on Saturday at check in time. We would definitely come back again

Perfect Beach house!

Enjoyed spending our family vacation in Brigantine! Walked to the beach everyday or drove a few minutes to 4x4 beach especially for sunsets. House better in person than what is shown in pictures and many amenities! Host very easy to communicate with also! Highly recommend area and lovely home.

Perfect Place

We love it. The neighborhood and beach were so mellow - even for August. The house is spacious and all needs were more than met. Brigantine is a great town. It was our first time there and we absolutely loved it.

Wonderful beach stay

We just returned from this property and had a wonderful time. My three children were thrilled to share the bunk room, and my husband and I were quite comfortable on the queen size mattress. It was an easy, safe walk to the beach with crosswalks and sidewalks. The outdoor shower and shed are in great shape and made rinsing sand super easy. Inside, the kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need for making meals when you don't want to go to a restaurant/grab takeout. The washer and dryer were also in excellent working order and made life at the beach with kids so much easier! We definitely hope to return and stay again some time!
