Bonjour je m'appelle Robert et je veux vous souhaiter la bienvenue en Arizona chez moi ici est Surprise. Ma propriĂ©tĂ© a un son surround haut de gamme, de nouveaux appareils de cuisine Samsung, une cheminĂ©e, une trĂšs belle piscine avec cascade et un tout nouveau bain Ă  remous Caldera, ainsi qu'une cour parfaitement amĂ©nagĂ©e et entretenue avec beaucoup d'espace. La cuisine est dotĂ©e de tout nouveau comptoir en granit haut de gamme installĂ© Ă  partir de mai. La propriĂ©tĂ© est situĂ©e Ă  une distance de vĂ©lo, Ă  moins de 2 miles, du Surprise Stadium «KC Royals and Rangers», du centre aquatique et du complexe de tennis et de raquettes Surprise * USTA Outstanding Facility!* Ainsi que, parc communautaire et parc pour chiens.(Quelles sont les caractĂ©ristiques du volleyball de sable, du tennis, de la pĂȘche, du basket-ball, etc.?) Il y a aussi un marchĂ© du dimanche Ă  partir du 19 octobre de 10-2. PrĂšs du parc rĂ©gional de White Tank; Il y a 7 terrains de golf publics et de superbes sĂ©lections de restaurants dans un rayon de 2 miles. Le stade des cardinaux de l'universitĂ© de Phoenix, le stade Gila River Arena (concerts et LNH), le casino NASCAR, le casino Diamond nouvellement construit et West Gate Entertainment sont Ă  une courte distance en voiture. Ai-je mentionnĂ© Beautiful Lake Pleasant parfait pour le camping et les plaisirs aquatiques avec la location de tout, des canoĂ«s aux balades en mer. Aussi, si vous ĂȘtes sur le point de dĂ©cider entre cette propriĂ©tĂ© et des propriĂ©tĂ©s comparables s'il vous plaĂźt contactez-moi parce que je ferai tout mon possible pour rendre ce choix plus facile. Beautiful home, wonderful owner!

Fresh flowers, wine, beer and chocolate waiting for us when we arrived. Our stay was perfect. The owner, Robert, was very accommodating. Large house, great set-up/floor plan. Quiet neighborhood, , clean and great for relaxing. Highly recommebnd & hope to stay here again when we are back in the area.

Had a wonderful time with my teammates at this VRBO. The house, pool, and hot tub were great. We finished 3rd in the country. I’m sure the hot tub had plenty to do with that. Haha. Robert was a great host. Very good with communication and easy checkin. Great house!!!

Girls trip for tennis tourney

Rob was an accommodating and flexible host! Property clean, beautiful back yard. Used the hot tub, dipped our toes in the pool, otherwise too cold for our early April stay and we decided not to pay to heat the pool. Used the grill and had everything we needed for cooking/eating. We were in Surprise for a USTA tennis tournament. Property was a quick and easy drive to the Tennis and Raquet Complex, restaurants, and stores. Recommend to stay with Rob!

My family just returned from a week long stay in Surprise and our experience was wonderful. Prior to booking this home I had several questions and Robert always responded very quickly with helpful information. The home is spacious and the pool area is fantastic! When we arrived at the home, Robert had made sure the home was very welcoming, he even left some wine and roses!! This home is conveniently located in a nice, quiet neighborhood. We went to several MLB Spring Training games, hiked at White Tank Regional Park, ran a 5K and spent most of our time in the Arizona sun! This is a wonderful home and Robert wants to make your stay the best it can be. We would definitely stay here again if visiting the Surprise area.

I have played in Surprise multiple times for nationals and this property was perfect for a team. It was close to the facility, very spacious and all the amenities needed for a team. I would highly recommend this property.

Great Property

This was a wonderful property! The neighborhood was very quiet and the pool and hot tub were fabulous! The bedrooms, kitchen, and sitting areas were very comfortable and had everything we needed for a girl trip! I would highly recommend this property and I would definitely stay here again.

Just as described - Super clean

We were in Surprise for a tennis tournament and were very happy with the accommodations. Everything was explained clearly by the host. The home is very spacious, well equipped, comfortable and in a convenient location. We had a blast and everyone was so glad we did this instead of getting hotel rooms. Fantastic short term rental. Better than anticipated.

Amazing Property Close to Everything

The interior size is incredible. Seven adults had ample space to enjoy privacy and their own sleeping area. The kitchen had sufficient amenities to prepare meals. Coffee dependent individuals had multiple options. Three bathrooms allowed for our group to shower quickly after our tennis matches and get back out into Surprise. Restaurants and grocery options are within walking distance. After figuring out the pool controls, we were able to raise the temperature for wading. Paying for the hot tub was worth it. Our plans experienced an abrupt change. and we had to leave around 7:00 a.m. Cleaning instructions came after. We had done a few things on the list but missed others. My only suggestion would be to have laminated lists on the kitchen counter.

A great long weekend

Everything was as expected with the property. Good communication from the owner and was very responsive. Plenty of room for 4 adults who stayed at the property to have their own space and more. Plenty of room for entertaining and relaxing (4 sitting areas inside the home and 2 outside). Pool was cold (but could be time of year) but hot tub was perfect for a relaxing evening. Enjoyed the indoor and outdoor spaces. A quiet neighborhood and close to plenty of stores and restaurants. Would recommend and would stay here again.

Spring Break Retreat

We chose to stay at this property because of the backyard features, beautiful pool, hot tub, outside fire table. The home was really nice. The weather couldn’t have been more perfect. The only thing I’d suggest is more lighting on a few of the rooms, extra propene for the fire table (it was empty) so that was a bummer. Great location. Great pool!!
