Un appartement indépendant d'une chambre, récemment rénové et décoré dans un style contemporain dans une position très centrale dans cette ville historique de Winchester.
L'appartement est à côté du parc et du centre de loisirs et à quelques minutes à pied de tous les sites touristiques de Winchester et des magasins, bars, restaurants, etc.
La gare, avec des trains directs pour Londres (1 heure environ) est à environ 5 minutes à pied.
L'appartement se compose d'une chambre double, d'une salle de bains avec douche, d'un salon avec un grand canapé-lit confortable et d'un coin cuisine. Il est entièrement équipé avec lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, four et plaque de cuisson, micro-ondes, etc., ainsi qu'une télévision connectée à écran plat, lecteur DVD, accès Internet haut débit.
L'appartement bénéficie de son propre espace de stationnement, ce qui est inhabituel dans le centre de Winchester et d'un petit jardin commun.

This is an excellent apartment, close to Winchester city centre, with its own parking, and with all facilities. Wow really enjoyed staying here.

Excellent location with off street parking which was a huge bonus. The flat had just about everything we needed and was a very short walk into the centre. I doubt you would find a better place to stay in Winchester at such a reasonable price. Highly recommended. It was a great central location for other places we wished to explore. Fabulous week long break.

I can’t say enough about how much I enjoyed my stay in Winchester, and this flat was ideal. Fairly spacious with a large bedroom, nice size kitchen, and the best part was that it is literally a block or two from shopping, the weekend market on high Street, and numerous pubs. Caroline was an excellent hostess, and I communicated with her two or three times always with a prompt response. This flat was clean and fully stocked with dishes, flatware, glasses, etc. Very convenient to the train station as well, I walked it several times. Also very convenient to the cathedral. I really don’t think you could find a better location or more reasonable price or a better hostess. I look forward to returning and encourage anyone who is considering a stay in Winchester, to take a look at this flat. Many thanks to Caroline and her team.

Charm and Location

The flat was perfect for our stay in Winchester and commutes to London. The ability to wash our clothes was a bonus. Hopefully we will make it back to Winchester and stay at the same location.

Great tidy place with private parking a short walk to town centre

The property was easy to find, and instructions clear for parking and entry. The property was clean and comfortable. Private parking was great. The easy short walk into town made it easy to explore the city, and also central to explore the local area into New Forest and Portsmouth.

A Perfect Choice

This property was evrything you could wish for. Very central and surprisingly quiet. Shops are a short walk away. Lovely and warm, clean and comfortable, well equipped. Easy off road parking which is a bonus in Winchester.

Lovely apartment in a great location for Winchester centre.

A well appointed apartment with everything you might need; comfortable bed, all kitchen equipment including a dishwasher, good wi-fi and off-street parking all within 5 mins walk from the high street. Very clear communication with the owner. Would highly recommend the Garden Apartment.

Park House

A well-designed and comfortable apartment, conveniently located close to shops and only 10 minutes walk from the station. Although on a busy road, Flat 4 is well-insulated from noise as it is tucked round the corner. A well-equipped kitchen and a large bedroom. Although it was very hot throughout our stay it was easy to regulate the internal temperature and light using the skylight.

Good location, close to everything

Apartment was easy and quick to get to and close to everything. Inside it was nicely equipped and very clean. Access instructions were clear but we never saw owner. Negative aspect was how small unit was, especially for the price. Smallest apt by half of 5 we rented and second most expensive.

A winning property in Winchester!

We travel frequently to the UK and each time we settle into a new city and explore the area in depth. This time we chose Winchester, and we could not be more delighted with our choice. This property suited us perfectly. We only use public transportation and we were just a few blocks from the train and bus stations. We could easily walk to grocery stores and bakeries for our meals or we could choose from MANY fine restaurants. The property was soooooo quiet, the bed was very comfortable, we loved having modern appliances and access to great tv stations. We felt the rental rate was very fair and, overall, great value for money. The owners respond quickly to requests and were very good communicators during the booking process. I would certainly recommend this property!

Clean, well maintained and perfect for holiday.

Property was impressively clean and maintained over the whole period of two months of my stay. The owners are very attentive to every need of the lodgers. I would warmly recommend both the property and the landlords to any future lodgers. Just some other benefits I enjoyed during my stay are: first class casual basis gym (New Energy) just 100m away from the property, midtown market at the door step, view from a door step on a medieval church, river and park in the background of the property. Winchester by the way has the best restaurants in England and services at those restaurants are superb. Especially can recommend brassiere Blanc. Winchester cathedral, churches and castles are well known, but I was personally impressed with the fact that Jane Austen is Winchester's own and has a place in the cathedral.

Lovely flat

Stayed in the garden flat for 5 nights. Clean, light and surprisingly spacious for a small flat. Had everything we needed and a quick 5 minute walk to the town centre. Parking at the rear and instructions for gate codes etc were spot on. Had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend. Lovely touch with the milk, biscuits etc. thank you

Two weeks in Winchester

A small, but well equipped flat, with parking. It is close to the centre of Winchester and Winnall Moors Wildlife Reserve. A short walk to the Weirs, the High Street or the Cathedral. And a longer walk to the Viaduct or St Cross. On-line listing shows a washer/drier, but it is only a washer.
