Just the most amazing holiday! The villa was absolutely beautiful, the pictures don’t do it justice. Quietly tucked down a small country lane with guaranteed peace and tranquility but still only a few KM’s from the life, restaurants and bars of Port d’ Pollenca, Pollenca and Alcudia. With the perfect swimming pool and hot tub, It makes for the most perfect holiday for all the family.

Stunning villa, stunning views

This is a fantastic villa which is perfect for a two family stay. It is very clean and well equipped. The service from Salvador and his team was brilliant and we had an amazing time. The views over the bay of Pollensa and mountains is just breathtaking, a joy to wake up to every morning. We will definitely be back!

Perfect house

The house, gardens and facilities are brilliant and exactly as advertised. The check-in process was straightforward and the hosts were understanding when our flight was delayed. I would recommend staying at the house.

Excellent stay

Everything about this villa was fabulous. Jose was very helpful and always on hand, he rectified a couple of problems with the air conditioning straight away. The grandchildren loved the donkey and she loved the carrots and apples! We have stayed in villas in and around Puerto Pollensa for many years and this has been the best for the whole family. The views are amazing.

Es Coster de Na Llusia - Mallorca

The property is as described and its facilities are to a high quality. The views from the terrace are fabulous. We had a wonderful holiday in a wonderful home. Our family enjoyed the pool facilities and took full advantage getting to know and feeding Llusia, the friendly donkey (who lives in an adjacent field) treats on a daily basis. All in all, a great holiday.

Making Memories

The property was exactly as described and in excellent condition, the Hosts Salvador & Joseletes couldn't have done more for us. The only mistake we made was not arriving in a car as the Villa is quite isolated and getting Taxis was very difficult so after two days we hired a car which again Joseletes helped us out with obtaining. So all in all i would very highly recommend this property.

Wonderful Villa and Service

We had a wonderful family holiday with children and grandchildren in this beautiful villa. The setting is stunning with incredible views. The villa is well equipped with everything you need and helpful extras to start you off. Daily maintenance visits and regular cleaning and laundry change. The villa owner is extremely helpful and communication with him beforehand was excellent. He answered emails very quickly and was always extremely helpful. The villa manager, Joselete, was fantastic! He is so helpful, friendly and cheerful, an absolute delight. The children loved feeding the donkey every day! We loved our fortnight, it flew by. We would love to come back and hope to do so. A car makes life easier as it’s a bit isolated.

Tolle Finca in 1A Lage

Die Finca lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Alles war anstandslos sauber und heil. Das Anwesen ist gepflegt und man hat sich sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Der Service war immer zu erreichen und hat sich um alles gekümmert. Wir kommen auf jeden fall wieder!

Zustand und Ausstattung der Villa sind TOP *****+ und an Komfort nicht zu überbieten! Die Lage ist einzigartig mit tollem Blick auf die Bucht von Pollenca. Das Personal (Finca-Manager & Reinigungs-Team) sind super freundlich. Wir haben mit sieben Erwachsenen einen unvergesslichen Urlaub dort verbracht - uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert!

Amazing

The best holiday from start to finish. Amazing communication before and during holiday. Villa is stunning with breathtaking views from all angles. Perfect location to cycle and explore pollensa and alcudia by car . Villa so well equipped literally everything thought of. Joselette who met us to take us to the villa and who answered lots of my questions could not have been more helpful, friendly and nice. We are already looking to come back next year. Thank you 🙏

Wonderful time in this beautiful villa

We really enjoyed our stay in this villa. It is very well equiped, the view is amazing and it only takes a short car ride to get to the beach, supermarkets and nice cities. The service and the communication was excellent and we really felt welcomed. Especially appreciated is the friendly and helpful objectmanager Joselete, thank you!

Schöne Finca in toller Lage

Wir waren mit 5 Erwachsenen und 2 Kinder unter 2 Jahren für eine Woche in der Finca. Die Finca ist sehr Kinderfreundlich eingerichtet, und bietet einen tollen Ausblick auf das Meer. Würden wir jederzeit wieder buchen.

Great gem to relax with friends and family

The finca is really a great find with lots of space surrounding the finca and quietness to enjoy the island. It is a great place for kids and well maintained by the owner and staff. All our requests were handled professionally and without hesitation. Booking process was smooth and every question was answered immediately. This place is definitely recommended!!!

Very recommendable finca with fantastic view

The communication / the check-in / check-out with the owner was very easy and straightforward. The finca is as described and very clean. Cleaning service was included (e.g. towel exchange). The view of the finca is fantastic as well as all the amenities (large outdoor pool, jaccuzzi, tv with netflix). The garden is very clean and large to do some sports. All in all we can highly recommend the finca, it was a fantastic accommodation. We'd like to come back again.

Perfect tranquil escape

We had an amazing holiday. The villa is gorgeous, and the views were so impressive and a lovely surprise to see the sea and the lights of Pollenca. The grounds and the villa were immaculate and the service was top notch- everyday people came to clean the BBQ, the pool and do the bins, which we really appreciated on holiday. It was about a 5 minute drive to the nearest supermarket and Alcudia. My only constructive feedback would be to install a few more lights outside as once it gets dark and you are sitting outside, it does feel quite dark and the outside lights are not that bright. We would definitely return.

Well located (short drive to Pollensa, Puerto Pollensa and Alcudia) beautiful large villa. Fabulous garden and balcony and good deep pool. Hot tub and donkey were bonuses!

Herrausragende Villa für einen Aufenthalt in Mallorca

Die Villa liegt sehr ruhig, aber trotzdem nicht weit entfernt von Alcudia und dem nächsten Strand. Die Ankunft und die Übergabe der Wohnung lief reibungslos. Nach mehrjähriger Erfahrung mit Ferienvillen waren wir von dieser extrem beeindruckt. Die Einrichtung, Ausstattung und die Anlage waren perfekt und sehr gut gepflegt. Der Vermieter hatte des weiteren Ausflugsziele und hilfreiche Tipps vorbereitet. Zusammenfassend kann man sagen, dass es sich hier um eine wunderschöne Villa für einen Ferienaufenthalt in Mallorca handelt.
