We are really sad to hear that from you Richard. 1) Our place is indeed located on a small hill hence the spectacular view. You, as all the guests are aware about this before you make the reservation. Moreover, Mykonos is a small island with lots of small hills and irregular roads. It’s quite interesting to know why this came as a surprise to you. 2) As you may know Mykonos is worldwide popular destination and cafe / bars during rush ours are also there. Our location is in residential area and we always have low levels of noise during the quiet hours. This is also written in our house rules. 3) Also, the transfer charges are always available before your booking and it’s optional. We do also provide free transfer between certain hours. Transfers in Mykonos are quite pricey. Especially when you have a request at 4 AM. Ultimately, you’re not obliged to our transportation service if you prefer your own private one and we didn’t forced you in any way. 4) Grocery stores can be found all around the island. Google maps is quite handy tool. There are also quite many in the town within a walking distance. Unfortunately it’s not in our control the location of them. Therefore we don’t see a reason why this negative sentiment in your review. I feel very disappointed that your review has such a pessimism and hate. We really loved your staying and yourself and never heard any complaint from you throughout your staying. Instead we’ve received nice and happy mood from you which made us really glad :) We hope all the best for you! Very best, Stefanos
