The View est un chalet récemment rénové avec climatisation et vue imprenable sur la mer. L'entrée s'ouvre sur un jardin avec une belle pelouse bien entretenue, un petit jardin d'épices, une douche extérieure et une table d'appoint toutes deux en travertin romain. En entrant dans la maison, vous trouverez un grand salon avec deux canapés-lits (respectivement un et deux carrés), une table à manger et une bibliothèque. À côté d'une cuisine entièrement équipée en travertin. La salle de bain avec douche a également été récemment rénovée en travertin romain. avec
donnant sur le jardin, vous trouverez la chambre, avec un lit double confortable, une grande armoire encastrée et une bibliothèque. Depuis le salon, une grande porte vitrée ouvre sur deux terrasses: la première idéale pour
déjeuners et dîners lors des chaudes journées d'été, le second, équipé d'un coin salon confortable
à l'extérieur, pour se détendre et profiter de la vue extraordinaire sur la mer et le maquis méditerranéen.

À l'intérieur du Capo Blu Village sur une colline venteuse à seulement un kilomètre de la mer, The View est votre maison de vacances idéale pour profiter de la beauté du sud de la Sardaigne. À seulement 45 minutes en voiture de l'aéroport de Cagliari Elmas, The View est à seulement 4 km de la chaîne de 20 km des plages de Chia et de Tuarredda, et est idéalement positionné pour s'aventurer dans le reste de la côte sud de l'île. Lorsque vous préférez une pause plage, une courte marche de 200m vous amènera aux piscines (une grande et une petite pour les enfants, ouvertes de mi-juin à mi-septembre), des courts de tennis (10 euros de l'heure, nous fournissons des raquettes et balles à jouer) et le football, ou au terrain de jeux Capo Blu.

An unforgettable stay!The apartment was impeccable when we arrived - impeccably clean. Very well equipped, nothing was missing to feel at home. Absolutely wonderful place in Pula near Chia

Enrique is very thoughtful and responsive hostess. The place is very nice with the stunning views of the mountains and the sea. Everything was wonderful. Many places to visit and restaurants to go around. Every recommendation he provided was a spot on. I would highly recommend his place. Thank you!

Perfect stay with beautiful view

The apartment is exactly as beautiful as shown in the pictures. It is located above a little hill, and the view from the terrace on the see and the landscape is amazing. Also, the apartment is well equipped: Kitchen had everything we needed (including even a toaster and a small oven). The apartment is perfect for guests looking for rest and silence. The nearest beach is about 20-25 minutes on foot from the apartment. However, for getting to the restaurants nearby, one will need a car. Enrique sent us a document with recommendations for restaurants and beaches beforehand. Thanks for the perfect stay!

Wow

We have never arrived at a holiday destination to find that it is 10x bigger, better and more beautiful than we had imagined - the website photos really do not do it justice - this Apartment is a little piece of heaven. We enjoyed 11 glorious nights at Enrique’s place and loved every minute. It is a wild ride up the hillside and a steep walk down and a car is definitely a plus. The beaches are stunning although a little further away than we thought but this did not detract from our holiday although without a car we might have missed the best bits. Charming Setting with Room for Improvement

The apartment’s biggest advantage is undoubtedly its panoramic view of the sea, providing a lovely scenic backdrop. However, it’s worth mentioning that the surrounding buildings are quite close, which detracts from the feeling of a secluded escape. The location is also quite remote, making a car almost essential—especially if you plan on grocery shopping, as the nearest store is around 11 km away. Without a car, you should be prepared for a rather challenging hike. The furnishings, particularly the leisure items, have a wistful quality, as if they’ve seen better days, and unfortunately, they fall short of the comfort one might expect for the price. To add to our concerns, one of the chairs broke on the first day after a child sat on it. Thankfully, no one was harmed, but the poor quality could have easily cut our holiday short. I would strongly recommend taking pictures on the first day and conducting a quick quality check before sitting down, opening the fridge, or using any of the amenities. It’s also worth noting that the apartment isn’t equipped with a television, but both rooms feature slightly dusty bookshelves filled with books about Palestine, which adds a unique, if somewhat peculiar, charm to the overall atmosphere. In summary, while the apartment has some appealing features likę the view, we found it lacking in terms of value for money and comfort. It might suit those with a taste for nostalgia and adventure, but we were left with mixed feelings about our stay.

Dear Gregor, It's strange you complain now because you didn't mention any of these concerns during your stay. I understand that everyone has different expectations but it seems that yours are extremely high, certainly much higher than those of any of the guests who have stayed at The View over the last decade. You complain about the price after asking for a discount which I gave you and then you paid even less than what was due. You arrived two hours before the agreed check-in time (let me remind you that this is not a hotel) and we accommodated you in the swimming pool. You didn't pay for the chair you broke which we had bought one month before your arrival (and we used when we stayed at our place one week before). The car is needed to discover all the terrific beaches of Chia but there is also one at 700 meters from the apartment. There are also some groceries around 4-5 km from the house but of course the car is needed to reach them. All this information is provided in the infosheet prior to arrival. I would also like to mention that you smoked inside the apartment (which smelled of smoke) which is completely forbidden, there is the terrace to smoke if necessary. The bathroom was flooded when you left and both the sinks were clogged. The cleaning staff was shocked at the state of the property after your departure, telling us they never found it in such a filthy state before. We have never asked for any money to our guests when they broke something so I'm more than happy if they take pictures of the house. I apologise if we like having books at home, and are sure that other guests would rather have those than a TV in a beach home. I'm sorry if you didn't find the apartment up to your expectations but seeing the damage you've done, we deeply regret having accepted you as our guest.

Belle maison dans résidence à flan de colline

Superbe terrasse avec une vue manifique. La résidence est en hauteur avec de nombreux escaliers donc que pour les personnes mobiles. Bien agencée et meublée avec gout, nous avons passé un très agréable séjour.

Es gibt immer Dinge die einen stören und wir haben gelernt uns nicht weiter davon runterziehen zu lassen. Man hat Urlaub und genießt es in vollen zügen. Der Ausblick ist super. Die Strände sind der Hammer. Der Pool mit Badekappe war wirtzig. Ich komme wieder nach Sardien und empfehle die Wohnung auch gerne weiter. Vielen Dank an Dich Enrique.

Ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen

Wir haben in dem Appartement einen sehr entspannten Urlaub verbracht. Der Vermieter war sehr bemüht, dass es uns gut geht und antwortete schnell auf alle Anfragen und versuchte, alle Bedürfnisse zu erfüllen. War echt toll!!! Der Blick auf das Meer ist atemberaubend. Leider ist der Pool weiter weg, als wir uns das vorgestellt hatten. "10 Min zu Fuß den Berg hinunter. Im Hochsommer ist der Aufstieg zur Wohnung doch ein wenig anstrengend, sodass wir ihn nie nutzten. Zu zweit ist die Wohnung und große Terrasse sehr angenehm und erholsam. Leider konnten wir in der ersten Woche der lauten Discomusik aus dem Ort nicht entfliehen. Ohne diese wären unsere Abende noch entspannter gewesen. Insgesamt aber ein toller Ort mit einer schönen Atmosphäre!

Beautiful apartment

We had a great week here in Pula. The apartment combines a rustic feel with the most modern equipment and quality materials (beautiful bathroom). The view from the balcony across the site and the pine forests to the see is really something very special and you can never tire of watching the swallows around the balcony. The two swimming pools, available for owners and guests only, are more than 200 meters away to be fair- we drove there - but are really well maintained. I would call it a lido, and there are many activities there for children. The water was beautifully clean and warm, ideal for stopping off at on the way home to the apartment in the evening. Being built into the hillside the walk down from the car park is quite steep and not ideal for anyone with poor mobility. There are several beaches very close in the Chia area. Our favourite was Nora beach in Pula. Supermarkets 1km away were reasonably priced and well stocked. Gets 5 stars from us.

Eine wunderbare Wohnung - absolute Entspannung mit toller Sicht

Lieber Enrique, wir danken Dir von Herzen für Deine und Giacomos super Betreuung! Wir kommen gerne wieder! Die Wohnung ist gepflegt, ideal für zwei Personen, angenehm kühl im Sommer (wir brauchten bei 25 Grad draussen keine Klimaanlage). Sie liegt oben am Berg in der Anlage, und man hat dadurch eine wunderbare Sicht auf die Umgebung und das Meer. Es gibt auch einen kleinen Kräutergarten zur Benutzung - dies haben wir sehr geschätzt. Den Pool konnten wir nicht nutzen, da er nicht offen war. Die Küche ist gut eingerichtet, mit großem Kühl/Gefrierschrank und Convection Ofen. Zum Einkaufen muss man etwas fahren, aber das wussten wir. Das Wohnzimmer ist für zwei (oder mehr Personen) super, und bietet genug Rückzug und Ausruhmöglichkeit auf den zwei Schlafcouchen. Und nun das wichtigste - die Terasse: von morgens bis späten Nachmittag ist dort Sonne. Die überdachte Fläche ist auch bei Regen gross genug. Enrique hat auf alles sofort geantwortet und war sehr gut erreichbar (er war in Rom). Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Für alle, die dies im Sommer buchen möchten ein Caveat, die Wohnungen liegen übereinander und damit darf man keine absolute Stille erwarten. Ausser uns war jetzt in der Vorsaison noch kaum jemand da. Nochmals ein riesen Danke!

Erholung pur

Schön gelegen, praktisch, gut. Die Bebilderung der Ferienwohnung ist keinesfalls übertrieben. Der Ausblick ist wirklich phantastisch! Beim Frühstücken auf der Terrasse diesen Blick genießen zu können, lässt jeden Tag gelingen. Die Wohnung selbst ist umfassend eingerichtet, es fehlt an nichts. Auch die Wohnungsübergabe und die Abnahme am Schluss ist völlig unkompliziert dank der tollen Organisation durch den Vermieter. Rundum: ein idealer Standort für den südlichen Teil der Insel - die Strände wunderbar, glasklares Wasser. Erholung rundum.
