Totalement nouveau sur la location cette année cette chambre à deux unités spectaculaires deux salle de bain complÚte au Silver Beach Towers, l'une des stations les plus récentes et les plus haut de gamme dans le centre-ville de Destin, offrir un hébergement de luxe à le vacancier discriminant. Les unités disposent plafonds de neuf pieds, cuisine avec des appareils haut de gamme, des comptoirs en granit, bain à remous dans la salle de bain principale et le golfe balcon privé avant de la salle de séjour, Chambre principale et Chambre d'hÎtes entiÚrement équipée.

Le bùtiment Silver Beach est un bùtiment entiÚrement clos, donc pas plus avoir votre porte ouverte sur le monde extérieur. Chaque étage est desservi par deux ascenseurs avec seulement trois unités à chaque étage. Les ascenseurs ouvrent sur un espace intérieur commun qui vous mÚne à trois portes privées aux unités respectives. Pas plus d'entendre la foule tapageuse monter et descendre l'ensemble du corridor ou en écoutant les voitures de croisiÚre dans la rue. Tout ce que vous entendrez est le ressac frapper le sable. En tant que client, vous avez la pleine utilisation de l'installation qui comprend un hall d'accueil de deux étages commun et spacieux, grande piscine chauffée et un grand pont soleil. de nouveaux meubles Master Bedroom Marque et 3 téléviseurs à écran plat.

Perfect summer getaway

The condo was clean and all appliances worked perfectly. We had a great view of the gulf and pools. The building is in a great location with plenty of entertainment nearby such as The Track for mini golf and go cart racing and Big Kahuna water park for some fun on the slides. Both Target and Walmart are within a couple miles for and shopping needs. We'll definitely book here again.

Great Stay Overall!We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Everything met or exceeded our expectations—except for one small hiccup: we couldn’t get the TV in the spare room to work. It wasn’t a big issue for us, but worth noting. Otherwise, everything was great and we’d definitely stay here again!

Early spring break this year. Was not disappointed in the condo at all. Very upscale and secure. The beds were GREAT! Attention was paid to detail in decorations throughout. The view was amazing. We are coming back to this condo in the summer.

Beautiful getaway

What a beautiful place to stay! Right on the beach, close to everything. Condo was very nicely decorated and clean! There was a little hiccup getting in to condo and with the beach service, but the owner was great with communication and even let us check in an hour early. Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely Stay - Beautiful Ocean View

We visited Destin due to my son's Beach Wedding. It was a beautiful condo complex. Our condo was very clean, the balcony was larger so the entire family could enjoy ourselves sitting outside listening and watching the ocean!

Amazing!

We loved our time at Silver Beach Towers! The condo was exceptional, clean, and overall blew us away! We loved being right on the beach with pool access. Heated pool was amazing. Any staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Can't wait to stay here again!

Difference is in the details

This condo was beautiful, comfortable, and spotless. Everything is in excellent conditioned. View is spectacular from the living room and the bedrooms. So many conveniences make staying here a joy beginning in the parking garage with plentiful carts available for unloading luggage and groceries to the always available elevators. The pool area and grills are cleaned each morning. The traffic light at the entrance makes it easy to get where you are going even during spring break. It’s a great location and a beautiful condo.

Great Property

This condo was comfortable, clean and a fantastic location. We come to Destin annually but this is the first time at Silver Beach Towers. We would definitely come again. The only complaint with this particular condo would be the access to the condo. It is a key which was a struggle as it seemed the lock mechanism was loose. It was a hassle every time we entered. A key code entrance would fix the issue and be much more convenient.

love the condo but couldn't stay to enjoyed it due to Hurricane Mike we got 2 1/2 days in it but the condo itself was gorgeous and would recommend it also make sure you have insurance that cover your stay if a disaster ever hit. I had one type but didn't realize i needed more but lessons learn. The condo itself and Reece Mills give 5 stars

Lovely but lacking

Beautiful unit and views. Walking distance to good restaurants and some shops. Loved having 2 bedrooms with access to the balcony to listen to the surf at night. The lack in communication with access to checkin and beach chair rentals was the worst I’ve encountered with VRBO. They had a coffee maker but no filters, double sink in master bathroom but only one soap dispenser and no beach toys/towels.

Amazing location- beautiful unit

We absolutely LOVE this complex and this unit overall was beautiful! We have stayed at this complex before. It is very well-maintained and lovely. This unit had many positives: great quality towels, comfy mattresses, nice, soft, cozy bedding, kitchen well-equipped, bedroom decor really nice, nice iron, and of course location, location, location is top notch!! There were a couple of boogie boards on the balcony we used a couple of times. The Keurig was nice to have- there were 3 pods there so bring extra if you’re a daily coffee drinker. Only negatives: no laundry pods, no dishwasher pods, so pack your own if you intend to use. Every unit we’ve ever stayed in gives you a few to get started. Overall beautiful unit, wonderful complex, perfect location, awesome beach service! Would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Wonderful place

Wonderful place but lack of communication with the manager/contact person. We were told we would get free chairs at the beach, but we were not told we had to book/reserve it ourselves a few weeks before. When we got there, we were informed we didn't have beach chair reservations and either the property manager or I should have booked it a long time ago. When I reach out to the property manager and asked this, I got no reply and even sent another message and was ghosted. The place would have been 5/5 but when communication shut off, I could only give 4/5. Everything else was wonderful.

Girlfriend trip

We need to explain the 1 rating for the checkin process and communication with property manager. The property manager or whoever met us had just been released from the hospital that morning. She was in pain and felt bad. We understood and told her we could go up to the room ourselves. However, we couldn’t figure out how to get in the car garage and our fob didn’t work in the front door of the building. We later figured out the lobby was locked after 10:00. Our problem was we called the woman two or three times saying we couldn’t get in the garage or building. She didn’t answer and never called back during our entire stay. Her number was the only number provided. We had no other number to call.

Great place but check in needs work

Our stay was great after we spent several hours trying to access the building. I had called the after hours number and left a message that we couldn’t enter the building as the fobs
which were in the condo
are needed to enter the building, parking garage etc. I had asked property management for help as was told that the East tower stays locked 24/7. Finally 3 hours later a family who was on their vacation as well let us into the building after explaining our situation and showing my reservation confirmation. I never heard back from the property manager, so I sent a message telling them about our problem trying to enter the East Tower. She apologized for not returning my call as she was out of town. This was the emergency number and I feel that someone should be available 24/7 if problems occur. Anyway, I was told that Silver Beach no longer gave them the door code and thought we would just follow someone into the building. What if we had arrived late at night with no one around. The check in process needs attention. It was a rough several hours to the start of a week away. Other than that the condo was very clean and well appointed. One other suggestion would be to have TV’s set up to stream Netflix etc or to be able to mirror from your device.

Spring Break 2023

We have stayed at the Silver Beach Towers several times and the location never disappoints. The beach is gorgeous and the water super clear. The pool is awesome (one side heated and one not) for whatever your liking. The hot tubs are hot but only one of the hot tubs have jets that work. The property is extremely well maintained. Our condo was nice but upon arrival, was not clean. Mirrors were spotted, tubs were not clean, drawers needed to be wiped out and the sheets were spotted with bleach stains and looked sketchy. We notified the property manager and she responded immediately. She sent the housekeeper over, who then argued with us and stated that she cleaned it but maybe someone entered the property after she cleaned. HUH?? Anyway, she wiped a couple of things and left. We took care of the rest. There were a couple of other minor things about the condo that we reached out to the property manager about and each time, she responded within minutes. I would recommend staying at the Silver Beach Towers as it is hands down the best location and property in Destin. This particular condo was nice, but pricey especially with the cleaning issues. The property manager was super easy to communicate with and tried to make things better. Overall great trip!

Lovely property

This condo is very nicely decorated, up to date, and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, utensils, and appliances including toaster, blender, hand mixer, coffee maker, as well as a Keurig. The beds were super comfortable. The bathrooms were well stocked with fluffy towels. There are tvs in each bedroom and a large tv in the living room. We really appreciated all these amenities. There are gorgeous views of the beach from both the living room and both bedrooms. The property overall is very well maintained. I gave 5 stars in each category except for the check-in process only because it involves having to meet the property manager at the condo. Entry is granted the old fashioned way with a key. It would have been more convenient if the door had a key pad to gain entry. But having said that, the property manager was very easy to work with, and she met us at the condo promptly so check-in went without a hitch. Condo manager returns calls and texts promptly. The only improvement I would have liked to see was a safer shower. Neither showers had shower mats and they were very slippery. We remedied that purchasing our own mats. Grab bars inside the shower would be beneficial too. But overall this is a great condo and it was a pleasant experience staying here. Highly recommend!

Silver Beach Towers comprises two nineteen story gulf-front buildings that comprise 194 units over 600 feet of sugar white sand and beach. All units are gulf-front as the only thing between your unit and the turquoise ocean water is green grass, pools and white sand.
As a guest you have full use of the facility which includes a common and spacious two-floor lobby, huge heated pool and a large sun-deck.

The Silver Beach building is also fully enclosed so no more having your front door open to the outside world. Each floor is serviced by two elevators with only 3 units to each floor. The elevators open up to a common interior space which leads you to 3 private doors to the respective units. No more hearing the rowdy crowd running up and down the entire corridor or listening to the cars cruising down the street. All you will hear is the surf hitting the sand.

Each unit has the following items that are normally not included in rental units:

All Units Gulf Front (absolutely no street between your unit and the Beach)
Private balconies 300 sq ft or larger
Two 6,000 Sq Ft Pools with waterfalls (heated Mar to Nov)

Elevators and all common areas are indoor and air-conditioned thus when you open your front entry door you are still in an air-conditioned lobby with only 2 neighbors.
Building, parking deck and pool are all privately gated and secure.
