Little Coon Guest House-Catch & libĂ©rer la pĂȘche.

SituĂ© tout prĂšs de la riviĂšre Ouachita et de Wolf Pen Gap, Little Coon se trouve sur une colline surplombant un Ă©tang de 1 hectare et un Ă©tang de 5 acres. Les clients sont invitĂ©s Ă  pĂȘcher Ă  la fois.
TrÚs calme et paisible. Little Coon est décoré avec un mobilier vintage amusant. 1 lit queen pour 2 personnes et un canapé-lit dans le salon peuvent accueillir 2 personnes supplémentaires. Le canapé-lit est mince, donc un matelas est disponible.
Du café gratuit avec des fixations, un barbecue et un ensemble de patio sont disponibles.
Il y a une unitĂ© de fenĂȘtre pour la climatisation et un poĂȘle Ă  bois pour l'hiver ainsi que pour les chauffages au sol. La maison est bien isolĂ©e et reste gĂ©nĂ©ralement confortable toute l'annĂ©e.
Tous les draps, serviettes, ustensiles de cuisine et de cuisine sont inclus. Apportez vos boissons préférées, mangez et régalez!

We had a great stay! Beautiful property, close to wolf pen gap trail head. Our favorite part of the stay was the hosts super sweet gigantic dog!

Great place to stay. Very quiet and peaceful. Close to the trails so thatvwas perfect for us. The "lil pup" was so much fun. He kept us company every night.( We called him Bear) we would definitely recommend this to anyone.

Unfortunately, a friend tried to visit us uninvited, while we were not there so the host apparently got upset, and has now blocked us from staying there again, because I didn’t see her message.

Very quiet and restful. It would have been great to have a higher toilet. We had several centipedes in the house, but they didn't bite. Great place to relax.

Tried to call the owner to make sure it was ok to park and go ride since we came into town early, but did not get an answer nor a return call just a message about it being an issue that we arrived early. Also the cabin states online can accommodate 4 guests but since our 14yr old daughter was with us and not just 2 of us it was a problem. Also online it says nothing about not being able to have guests but this owner does not like anyone else to be there. I have never felt so unwelcomed. We tried to book elsewhere but because it was a holiday weekend nothing was available.

Riding the trails

Cabin was perfectly clean and comfortable. Was able to cook steaks outside on the grill and all other meals in the fully furnished kitchen. Bed was soft and I slept like a baby. Located really close to the Wolf Pen Gap ATV trails and a swimming area on the river a half mile away. Best bang for the buck!!!

Cute Cabin Perfect for Two

The weather was perfect and we always enjoy being able to travel with our dog. Cabin stocked with all our needs. Property was clean and comfortable.

A great get away

The cabin was perfect for our trip to pick up our grandchildren for the holidays. My husband and spent 3 nights enjoying riding our sxs in Mena. Then continued our trip to Berryville to pick up our grandchildren; returning to the cabin for a night before going home to Southeast Texas because it’s a halfway mark for us to all rest. The cabin was perfect- clean, warm and private! Doc was a welcomed surprise that helped ease our missing our fur babies! We hope to make this a regular stop during our custody swaps!

It was a quiet, relaxing place

We enjoyed the whole experience. The cabin/small home was cute. The property was well kept and their dog led us to the right up to the cabin. (Such a cute addition). The Fall foliage was a beautiful reflection off the pond and the quiet area was so relaxing.

Weekend Getaway

The cabin was secluded and on beautiful land. The owners have a dog that was friendly as can be, and guides you up to the cabin. The cabin was cozy and welcoming, perfect for a weekend getaway. 10/10 would stay again.

We ended up leaving

We thought the property was beautiful and loved the “bear dog” visits. He was super sweet. We felt that the description of the property was a bit off. It had said there was an acre pond but it was actually less than half an acre and unfortunately we couldn’t really enjoy it because it had not been maintained and there was 4 foot grass around it. My husband went to the other pond to fish because it was accessible and the owner approached him without a greeting and told him he couldn’t fish there. She was very rude and not welcoming at all. Another thing that was listed in the property description was that you could drive from the property to the Wolfpen ATV park in your ATV easily. I had thought that meant it was very close and easily accessible but it was actually much farther and down the road. We ended up trailering our ATV and driving and finding a place to park and go in. My husband and son were so uncomfortable with the exchange with the owners that we ended up booking another home and leaving this property.

Amazing place

This was an amazing cabin, located in the courner of the property. So secluded and wonderful. Lovely character. The house dog is wonderful, he comes to greet you every time you arrive home. I will most definitely come back and stay again

Second Time Around

This was our second visit and won’t be our last. This rental is off the beaten path and in a very quiet peaceful setting. Perfect location for trail riding and the host is great.

The house is great and very well kept! If you’re staying to ride WPG it’s an ideal place to stay with just a very short ride to the North TH. We will be staying here again (if available) on our next trip up.

First Trail Ride

This property is just as advertised. The host was very accommodating and communicated very quickly. The ride to the trails was a very nice ride. The host has done an excellent job with the outdoor space for a nice relaxing atmosphere after a day on the trails. I will definitely stay there again. LS

2nd visit and will be back

We love riding our SxS at Wolf Pen Gap trails and this secluded cabin is a short drive away from the North trailhead. The cabin is adorable and has all the amenities needed to enjoy a fun getaway! Thanks to the amazing hosts that make check in/out super easy and very accommodating.

Great location and hosts

I quickly rented this after my husband and I decided almost last minute to book a trip to Wolfpen Gap trails. It was a nice drive from the location to the trails - about 5 miles to the TH. Quite Beautiful peaceful place to stay. And the dog is super friendly and helpful - he lead us right to the cabin 😀

My husband and I decided to escape to Mena Arkansas to enjoy the scenic views and country living full time. We love our animals and classic cars. Of course fishing and hiking are also on that list.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

We looked at around 20 or so properties in the area before deciding on this one. This property used to be a vacation home for another family. It was so spacious and had so much potential we just had to have it. This house in on a private lane that dead ends so privacy is extreme.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

We love how secluded we are here. It cannot be seen from the main road and there are 2 gates to pass through. Privacy is important to us as well as to our guests! There is no check in/out procedure for your privacy and convenience.
