A lovely place, has everything you need. It is a great base for exploring the local area . Having the local shop and the pub on the doorstep is so handy. We would definitely recommend.

This was a lovely cottage. Great location and the cottage itself was so comfortable. The host was very accommodating and communicated very promptly. We would go back there again in a heartbeat.

If you are looking for a rural village/New Forest setting then this is the place. Lovely cottage and easy access to the coast avd the special tiwn of Lymington. We really enjoyed our stay and having the quintessential post office and general store just down the labe was magic. They had everything you could possibly need and open long hours. Also at the other end the local pub!

Lovely cottage with perfect location for getting around the new forest but still close to the beach.Blackout curtains would be nice for the lovely sunny mornings but we had a lovely stay

It is a charming cottage with assess to a nearby pub. I would be cautious booking if you are carrying large heavy bags as plants overrun the garden path and stairs in the cottage are narrow and steep. Kitchen is well equipped and supplies generous. There a a wonderful village store just down the road.

Was a lovely cottage in a great location for exploring the area. We drove to Lymington for the Saturday market and sea front walk and also walked from the cottage to Milford on sea for coastal walks. Lots of pubs and cafes in the area and a village shop just up the road.The cottage was very well stocked with everything we could need in the kitchen with some thoughtful touches such as blankets for if the evenings were cold. We was lucky with the weather and sat out in the back garden in the late afternoon/early evening sun. The cottage was also very clean on arrival with a fabulous well maintained garden, a home from home.Would highly recommend a stay at this cottage.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property was very homely and spotlessly clean. Short drive from Lymington and the Crown Inn pub around the corner was fantastic. We regularly visit the New Forest and would not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you Nicky for offering such a wonderful property.

Lovely to have a welcome pack waiting . Comfortable house in quiet area. Would recommend. One thing which I'd recommend is some outside lighting in front of the house and by the steps as very dark when parking at night.

Lovely cottage, very comfortable. Really well equipped and clean. We stayed in November but am sure garden would be lovely in spring/summer. Didn't take pet but is dog friendly with enclosed back garden. Owner was easy to contact, very helpful would definitely come back.

Short New Forest Break

We found this cottage to be in a good location for exploring the New Forest and Milford on sea. Check in and communication very good. Enjoyed a comfortable stay. Pub just down road, good for a drink but wouldn’t recommend eating there.

Lovely property, a shame the local pub was shut as that was one’s one of the reason we booked it to be able to walk back after a meal and drink.

Great cottage, very clean and welcoming . Quality linens and the best stocked kitchen we’ve ever had!! Nice enclosed garden perfect for our elderly dog. Thank you Nicky- just what we wanted!
