Une villa privée mais seulement à quelques pas de la plage de Sandy Lane - Excellent emplacement

La maison est située sur le prestigieux domaine Sandy Lane à St. James, Barbade.

Il se trouve sur plus d'un acre de jardins paysagers avec plus d'une douzaine de différents types de palmiers, ainsi que de nombreuses autres flore et faune tropicales intéressantes et uniques.

Une terrasse en plein air et un patio avec une alcôve intégrée pour des sièges supplémentaires mène à la piscine et au jacuzzi, avec vue sur le 3e tee sur le parcours de golf Old Nine, où il y a une porte de jardin donnant accès au parcours de golf pour marcher ou faire du jogging. Les chaises longues sur la terrasse de la piscine vous invitent à vous détendre et à travailler sur le bronzage que vous avez toujours désiré ou à vous détendre dans le gazebo couvert de style espagnol en prenant le thé de l'après-midi, ou en passant un après-midi tropical paresseux en famille et entre amis.

Récemment rénovée, la villa propose 4 chambres climatisées joliment aménagées, chacune avec salle de bain en suite; 3 au niveau supérieur et 1 au rez-de-chaussée. Il y a une 5e salle de bain complète avec baignoire au rez-de-chaussée, idéalement positionnée pour servir de salle d'eau ou de vestiaire / salle de bain lorsque vous utilisez la piscine à proximité.

Il y a un chalet indépendant vraiment charmant et confortable sur le terrain, composé de 2 chambres en suite, d'un coin salon avec télévision à écran plat et câble, ainsi que de sa propre cuisine. Un endroit privé et romantique pour passer un moment tranquille avec votre partenaire important ou seul, un verre de vin à la main pendant que vous vous trempez dans le bassin profond juste à côté du patio, en profitant de ce cadre des plus tranquilles.

Les clients louant la maison ont également l'utilisation de chaises longues / parasols et des installations au Sandy Lane Property Owners Beach Club. La propriété a l'avantage supplémentaire d'une cabane de plage où vous pouvez stocker des boissons et suspendre des serviettes humides.

Un complément de personnel expérimenté de cuisinier et de femme de ménage, ainsi qu'un jardinier et un gardien de sécurité de nuit complètent l'expérience de la villa, tous les attributs nécessaires pour rendre vos vacances agréables et mémorables.

Great family villa

Spent a fantastic week at Sandalwood House, villa is perfect for family and young kids, staff were great and it’s very well located for the beach/Sandy Lane amenities.

A wonderful stay at Sandalwood

Wow! What an amazing holiday we had at Sandalwood, made even more special by the superb team of staff led by the housekeeper Charmaine for whom nothing was too much trouble. Theo the chef contoured up the most wonderful meals, Cynthia and Shanith worked wonders with the cleaning and laundry as did Jason with the garden. Not forgetting Lyndon the nightwatchman who looked after us every night! The beach cabana and loungers were put into good use by my family - a superb set up on a most gorgeous beach. That is when we could make ourselves leave the beautiful pool area of the house! And Chris was so easy to deal with and so prompt in an answering any questions during the booking process. Will definitely visit this beautiful property again in the future *****

Fantastic Villa

Using all 6 bedrooms at the villa we certainly had a house full but everything worked so well for us. We all had a great time. The house was fantastic, the bedrooms were all a great size and the cottage worked really well for the teenage girls who wanted their own space. The beach was very close and what a beach it was. Sandy Lane beach was stunning and the Property Owners Beach Club part of it was tremendous. In our opinion better than outside the Sandy Lane hotel. It was certainly one of the best beaches we had been to. Finally our thanks go to Charmaine and all the staff at the villa who looked after us all so well. Would love to go back sometime in the future and I will be recommending this villa and Sandy Lane in general to all my friends.

Absolutely Beautiful

We had the most amazing welcome from the staff at Sandalwood, which continued throughout the whole of our stay. The location is perfect as a short walk to Sandy Lane, and to Holetown. The house is kept to a very high standard, the staff were very attentive. Charmaine (Housekeeper) was extremely helpful, kind and thoughtful in everyway, and Jackie was the most amazing cook. Every dish was delicious. We were made to feel at home and nothing was too much trouble. Even the gardener, Jason and the security guard Lyndon were very friendly, they were never intrusive. Couldn't have wished for a better holiday. I highly recommend and will be booking a return visit.

Stunning villa holiday!

This villa really is stunning and looks even better in person. It worked so well for our family, everyone loved it. For a family of all ages this is not an easy thing to achieve! The villa offered loads of room with really beautiful gardens. The added bonus is the beach is just a very short walk away. This worked really really well as you could easily go to the beach and then come back to relax even more at the villa. Holetown was also close by with some lovely restaurants and some fun bars. The icing on the cake was the staff who looked after us all so well and were always very friendly and smiley. They also produced so many great meals for us. Would definitely recommend this villa to a family looking for an excellent standard of villa.

Could not have been better!

We had a fantastic time at Sandalwood House. It truly was the perfect choice for our family. Charmaine, the head butler was the most amazing woman. She treated us like family and we were very well looked after. Jackie the head cook spoiled us with her meals. She worked with the meat we brought and even cooked us a traditional Bajan chicken dinner one night. The outdoor space is very conducive to outdoor living and we made use of pool, hot tub, and the gazebo. We loved having the eating area outside and so we spent all our time outdoors. It really is only a short walk to the beach and access to the cabana was appreciated. Access to the main highway is very easy from here and it was just a couple min drive to the grocery store. Thank you for your suggestion of Sandalwood House. It was the answer for our family holiday. Until next time,

One of our best stays!

We stay in Barbados a lot and Sandalwood was definitely up there as one of the best stays. I don't actually think the photo's do it justice because it is so lovely there is really hardly anything to pick fault with. I suppose you do have to be a bit careful with really young children as the patio does go straight off into the pool but then again the adults loved this part! The bedrooms were all a great size and the cottage was great. We have stayed at a number of villas that have separate cottages and often they can be a bit second class compared to the main house but this one was superb. The rest of the house was really well maintained, with huge praise to the gardener who had the gardens looking magnificent. The staff were so lovely. Always a smile and some gorgeous meals cooked too. We loved the picnics made up for us to take to the beach. Talking of the beach, it was about a 6/7 min walk away which for was ideal. Lots of privacy but close enough to get to easily. The house also has a beach cabana you can use (most are just storage for chairs) as it has a fridge, tiled floor and places to hang up wet towels. All in all, every one of us really enjoyed our stay. Thanks to Chris for recommending it to me. We will definitely be back!

Great time had by all

A fantastic holiday at Sandalwood House. The house was extremely well maintained and we loved the privacy. The staff were lovely and looked after us exceptionally well. The beach was just over a 5 minute walk away which was so handy and beach itself was great for swimming. Thank you Chris for arranging our transfers and car hire. Much appreciated.
