Villa de luxe POCRNJA avec piscine chauffée, jacuzzi, sauna et table de billard

Villa POCRNJA est situé dans un environnement très calme et naturel en place Stanići, à seulement 4 km d'Omiš et à 30 km de Split. Il est situé à la partie supérieure de Stanići avec des vues absolument ouvertes sur la mer et les îles. Vous n'avez besoin que de quelques minutes pour rejoindre la jolie plage de galets avec beaucoup d'attractions aquatiques, à 400 m de la propriété, et le centre Stanići avec de nombreux bars, restaurants et magasins se trouve à seulement 200 mètres. Tout est à distance de marche, donc la voiture n'est pas si nécessaire, mais elle est recommandée.

Villa POCRNJA est meublée avec une grande qualité et offre tout ce dont vous auriez besoin pour des vacances très confortables et luxueuses avec des vues magnifiques sur la mer depuis presque tous les coins de la propriété.

Villa POCRNJA propose 6 chambres doubles, dont 5 en suite avec douche, chacune avec TV et A / C. Deux des chambres ont une terrasse avec salon pour profiter de la vue sur la mer. Au rez de chaussée, (niveau de la piscine), est une salle de gym avec TV, sauna, table de billard et salle de bains avec douche. Derrière de grands murs en verre, à l'extérieur sur terrasse couverte, devant le sauna, il y a un jacuzzi pour 5 personnes. La zone extérieure propose également une cuisine d'été avec barbecue et salle à manger, piscine chauffée (8m x 4m) et solarium avec 8 chaises longues avec parasol et douche.

Premier étage offre salon et salle à manger avec mur de verre du sud afin que vous puissiez profiter de la vue sur la mer ouverte, même pendant que vous faites le dîner dans une cuisine entièrement équipée et moderne. TV avec PlayStation, A / C, salle de bain avec douche, deux chambres (une en suite) et spacieuse, terrasse couverte avec table à manger.

Deuxième étage offre moderne et confortable 4 chambres avec salle de bains avec TV et A / C, deux avec terrasse avec salon.
Au rez-de-chaussée se trouve un immense garage avec 6 places de parking.

Great vacation home

Beautiful and clean vacation home. The pool was delightful, salt water, nice size and good temperature. Great location up a hill, small shops nearby where you could get your daily supplies. Perfect hosts, very helpful! We had a great stay and hope to come back some day.

Very beautiful view from villa, big garage with games (table tennis, billiards, darts) modern fittings inside house are admittedly big benefits. Very pleasant hosts and infinity swimming pool are other reasons why to come back again. We definitely recommend to stay there.

Fantastic stay in Stanici

Very nice place with very nice view. We were 11 people, 6 adults and 5 kids. Close to beach . We enjoyed our stay very much and would recomend this house. Would recomend to rent a car, as it was a bit hard to get uber or taxi.

Overall a fantastic experience. Villa was exactly as described and pictured. Location is excellent. Perfect if you want beaches and access to smaller towns/cities. Definitely need rental car. Hosts were pleasant and live next door if you need anything.

Fabulous property with every facility catered for. As we went at the end of September all the restaurants in Stanici were closed for the season with only one bar open but not a problem to get Taxis to Omis

Villa Pocrnja is a fantastic villa in Tice about 5 miles from Omiš. It is beautifully maintained and has a glorious view out to Brac. There were eight in our party and so we had plenty of space and enjoyed all that the villa had to offer, in particular the lovely pool and the games room downstairs. The owner and his family live next door and so are on hand if you have any questions.

Beautiful Villa with amazing views

I couldn’t believe just how true to the pictures the villa was. Our hosts were flexible and accommodating when our flights were delayed and made us feel very welcome. The basement garage is a god send in the heat, but I will never tire of that view you get from the pool.

Urlaub im Freundeskreis

Lage/ Aussicht und direkte Umgebung herrlich zum Entspannen. Auto von Vorteil. Super Strände in der Nähe, sowie Omiš für Einkäufe und Kulinarisches. Die Unterkunft im Allgemeinen relativ gehoben und gepflegt, gerade der große Pool ein absolutes Highlight ! Bei allen schönen Einblicken war bei unserem Aufenthalt jedoch auch nicht alles perfekt. Der Whirlpool war defekt und konnte innerhalb unseres 10-tägigen Aufenthaltshalts nicht repariert werden. Die Menge an Geschirr und Kühlmöglichkeiten hielten sich in Grenzen. Die Sonnenüberdachung war stark eingerissen und rostig.

Duży, przestronny dom z pięknym widokiem na morze. Dom posiada wszystkie niezbędne rzeczy do udanego urlopu. W okolicy możliwość aktywnego spędzania czasu: rafting, zip line, pływanie. Gospodarz mieszka zaraz obok więc bardzo łatwy kontakt.

The villa and views are true to photos , amazing , beach is lovely pebble beach . The hill to the house is steep 7 min up hill , good exercise. The turning up to the road is tight and on a bend once you have done it once it’s fine . The outside eating area has a fridge, dishwasher and hob next to bar b so you have a mini outside kitchen , mini supermarket , bread and fruit and veg stall at the bottom of hill . It was a fantastic place , we loved it , We would go back

Mycket fint hus i Stanici!

Utsikten är magisk! Huset har allt man kan önska sig - fina, rymliga sovrum, fräscha toaletter, bra kök (även utekök vid poolen). Vi var fyra familjer (12 personer varav 5 barn). Pingisbord, biljard och dart i garaget vilket var kanon för barn. Vi är supernöjda! 🌟

Amazing Villa

An immaculate property with fantastic views of the area and the island of Brac. The owner was very accommodating. and as we arrived late at night supplied some excellent groceries for our breakfast. We feel a car is essential, which means it is very easy to get to other fantastic locations by car. We were not blessed with the best weather but the amenities of the beautiful villa meant this did not diminish our holiday enjoyment. The only downside is that this property would not be suitable for people with mobility problems as the area is very steep and the villa itself has a large number of stairs. We had a toddler in our party who we always felt was safe.with plenty to keep him entertained. An instruction manual on the use of the appliances (washer dryer, oven) would be a benefit. We would certainly recommend both this villa and Croatia as a holiday destination

Restaurants, bars and nearest grocery stores are in walking distance, only 200m far, and small town Omiš is 4km far where are many activities like rafting, zip-line, canyoning, canoeing, free climbing, hiking and cycling trails, water activities and of course a lot of history attractions in old part of town. Here you also have opportunity to rent a boat and have a day tour to island Brač.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

Villa POCRNJA is located in very quiet and natural environment in place Stanići, just 4 km from Omiš, and 30 km from Split. It is positioned at higher part of Stanići with absolutely opened sea and islandviews. You need only few minutes to get to the lovely pebble beach with a lot of water attractions which is 400m far from the property, and Stanići center with many bars, restaurants and shops is only 200m far. Everything is in walking distance so the car is not so necessary but is recommended.
