Sous le soleil du Chianti. Vue, piscine et jacuzzi pour votre famille

Villa Marioli est un complexe d'agritourisme au cœur de la Toscane : une terrasse unique surplombant la campagne du Chianti.

Les anciens bâtiments sont situés près de Montebenichi (à environ 200 mètres), une ancienne forteresse de Sienne au Moyen Âge.



C'est une ancienne ferme, une partie du bâtiment datant du XVe siècle et dans les années 90, le bâtiment a été entièrement rénové et la maison reprend vie.



La maison est entourée de plusieurs hectares d'oliviers, produisant une petite quantité d'huile d'olive extra vierge. Les bouteilles d'huile peuvent être achetées directement au complexe.



Le complexe se compose de cinq appartements et chaque appartement est complètement indépendant avec son propre solarium, barbecue, entrée privée, place de parking et piscine partagée et jacuzzi privé (option). Wi-Fi gratuit



Il est également très bien placé pour commencer des excursions d'une journée dans les régions les plus belles et les plus intéressantes de la Toscane et même de l'Ombrie.



L'appartement Il Solatio dispose de 4 + 1 + 1 lits.



L'appartement est de 55 mètres carrés. et dispose de 2 chambres, 2 salles de bains, cuisine / salle de séjour avec une cheminée toscane typique et un salon avec TV satellite.



Véranda / terrasse extérieure et privée pour se détendre ou manger avec barbecue exclusif.



Double solarium, un proche de l'appartement et un autre exclusif dans le jardin en contrebas.

This was an awesome place to stay

This was an awesome place to stay. A quiet location within short drives to all of Tuscany. Fernando was a very cordial host who provided great hospitality and assistance during our stay. Our place was very comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.

Countryside rustic charm

Fernando has a beautiful piece of paradise tucked into the Tuscan hills here. It felt quiet even though there were other guests. The renovated farm buildings lent to the charm of the experience. And we adored the cats

This is a lovely location in a quiet scenic area. It’s a good place to base yourself for day trips in the area. The weather wasn’t right for swimming while we were there, but it’s a lovely pool with a view over a valley. Fernando was really helpful in providing tips about itineraries and restaurants in the area. He could not have been more helpful and accommodating. We arrived later than expected, hungry and tired from our drive and he helped us order pizzas. The only thing that I wasn’t too clear about was the interaction with DOT holidays before arriving and their role, but it worked out in the end.

Peaceful with stunning views!

Fantastic base for exploring Tuscany and the Chianti region or just relaxing and soaking in the beautiful views. Our apartment was perfect for a family of two or three. The twin beds in the second bedroom are small so for a group of adults, you might want to see if one of the larger apartments on the property is available. Otherwise, this was ideal for us as our base for day trips to Siena and wine tasting. We didn’t have time to take advantage of all the amenities of the property, like the gorgeous swimming pool and we were wishing we had another day just to enjoy the property. Highly recommend!! Oh yeah…the little restaurant in the village just up the road was amazing! It’s small so I strongly recommend making a reservation. You won’t be disappointed!

thank you so much for our amazing stay with you

We visited Montebenichi in October 17. Myself, my boyfriend and my Mam and dad stayed in this amazing property. The location is super. The views, the peacefulness and the accommodation are superb. We got a a true experience of Tuscany. Fernando is a fantastic host. We had issues with our car and arrived much later than we expected, This was not an issue for Fernando. He is a gentleman. My mam being a true Irish Mammy needed her cup of tea before bed. As it was late all shops were closed. Fernando called up to his friend who runs a restaurant in the local village for milk for my Mam... we also got some lovely Italian bread sent down to us. (The restaurant is well worth a visit ... the food is delicious!!) Whether you a looking for somewhere to relax with views of the Tuscan hillsneed a base to travel around Tuscany... this is the perfect spot!! We will be back!!

Traditional, rustic Tuscan property with great amenities and great location

The home was very nice! I liked the traditional, rustic Tuscan feel, but still with the modern amenities such as the kitchen, bathrooms, and central heating system. Great view of Tuscan landscape right out the front door! Great location close to all the great places to visit in the Tuscany region. Host was very responsive, courteous, and attentive also spoke good English. There were too many feral cats on the property. I counted at least 10 different cats, many of which felt comfortable enough to come up to the entryway to the home we stayed in, wanting to go inside or be fed. The property is listed as pet friendly which was our main reason for staying, because we have dogs. However, cats make my dogs anxious. Could have managed it if the cats were kept in a controlled area, but there were just too many running around free. If I knew there were so many cats running around free on the property, I probably would not have stayed at this location.

Fernando runt hier een heel leuk verblijf en is vriendelijk en gastvrij. Het huisje was prima in orde en vanaf je terras een prachtig uitzicht! Niet heel erg geschikt voor iemand slecht ter been. Er is een gezamenlijk, niet verwarmd zwembad.
