We had a lovely stay at River House which is just a few minutes from beach and as central as you can get. The garden and pizza oven was brilliant with the sun shining. Lots of beach equipment in the garden sheds. Well equipped kitchen and lots of bedrooms and bathrooms for 2 families.

Everything was perfect for a relaxed Christmas family gathering. The house was well-equipped with all that we needed, and Ayvin was very friendly and helpful, too.

We had a super stay at Ayvin's beautiful home in Lyme Regis. He was very welcoming and showed us all the facilities that the house had to offer. The weather was warm and sunny so we had lots of meals in the peaceful garden and even cooked pizzas in the pizza oven. There were seven of us and the house was spacious and had everything that we and the children could need, and we were only 2 minutes from the beach, shops, restaurants and pubs. We will definitely be visiting again. Thanks Ayvin.

Excellent accommodations!

This house is perfect in many ways- the location can't be beat, large enough to make all 6 of us happy, very comfortable beds, everything you could want in a kitchen, overall clean, excellent communication with owner, easy check in, off street parking, and tasty local eating areas nearby.

A family gathering with mixed age groups. We loved the property - ideal location, great outdoor social space, off street parking and a good indoor layout. We didn't need the cars if we didn't want them. The shops, cafes, restaurants and beaches were all within easy walking distance - even for our 84 year old Mum (who appreciated the rails/handles in the property!). The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay - even for Dora the dog. Plenty of room to space out and areas for the young ones to play. Loved the river feature under the house. Highly recommend this property, it was perfect for our 5-night stay. Thank you.

Fabulous home!

Excellent location and very well equipped for a large group. The garden and outdoor eating area are fantastic. Just a few minutes flat walk to the beach and close to restaurants, bars, shops.

Super few days at River House.

Had four days at this beautiful house with my wife and daughters, everything was just perfect, lovely house, close to all the restaurants, beach etc. The owner Ayvin was extremely helpful and really made us feel at home, I would definitely stay there again should I return to Lyme Regis.

Our second visit to River House did not disappoint. Clean, tidy and generous sized it offers a great place to stay to spend a wonderful holiday in Lyme Regis. Great location

We really enjoyed our stay with our family and dog. This was an ideal location and close to all amenities. It’s very rare to find a large house at a reasonable price that is in the centre of a town. The parking was an added bonus too.

Perfect for a large family group

Very comfortable bedrooms and enormous sofa. The pizza oven and huge covered dining area in the garden were an added bonus. There is loads to do in Lyme Regis, all of which is an easy walk from the house. This house is definitely recommended by us

Brilliant location

Family get together

Fabulous location for us. Lots of room for the whole family. The garden was stunning and the outside pizza oven proved a real bonus. Great to have parking for 3 cars, although it is a bit tricky to navigate the very narrow driveway. We all had a fantastic break and all wished we could have stayed longer.

Lovely Home and Great Location

The house has great character and is very well stocked for cooking and the rooms plenty of nice towels, soft sheets and pillows. The fireplace was set up and we also had the chance to use the pizza oven, logs and equipment all readily available.

Long family weekend

We had a lovely family weekend with 4 siblings and partners. Plenty of opportunities for walks, swims and runs and lots of space inside for chatting, reading and sharing meals. Delightful town with lots to explore

Family Gathering

A perfect house for a family get together. Plenty of comfy places to relax in the house - lovely to watch the River Lim! We enjoyed swimming, walking, popping into the lovely town and trying the delicious beer in the brewery.
