Exceptionnel ! Je loue un appartement de 86 m2 de plein pied, trÚs bien situé, sur les pistes (domaine du Brévent) à 5 min à pied du centre de Chamonix.
Il est orienté au Sud, vue splendide sur le Mont-Blanc.
Appartement dans une petite copropriété de 5 appartements disposant d'une piscine sécurisée ouverte l'été.
Dans un chalet de charme 1930, en trÚs bon état, l'appartement est constitué d'un grand séjour-salle à manger, une grande cuisine équipée, 3 chambres (à partir de novembre), 2 salles de douche dont une hydrojet , une loggia de 13m2 et une terrasse plein Sud devant la piscine. Parquet, marbre, belles prestations.
Parking privatif, salle de jeu commune (ping pong).

Great location and efficient indoor space for the 5 of us. Bandwidth of WiFi is limited (if you want to stream or work while here), but otherwise a nice place to stay. While not a lot of new snow fell snow this month, up high the skiing was awesome!

Second year in a row attending the UTMB events. Can't fault this apartment and the host was quick to solve the one issue we had (caused by a neighbour closing the water mains). Otherwise a very pleasant stay, great location and would highly recommend if you want to be close to the best parts of Chamonix.

Superb place

Wonderful place with a beautiful interior, three good sized bedrooms, big living space and two great outdoor spaces - the terrace and pool area for eating and enjoying the pool and the balcony for evening lounging. All in all a superb place for our family to stay.

UTMB week stay

Team of 6 Aussies competing at the 2024 UTMB. Apartment has a very open living area that overflows to a balcony and pool. Everything is within walking distance and trails are just out the back door. Pool is a bonus. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a stress free and comfortable stay.

In the spirit of fairness our early summer season experience in this apartment may or may not be the usual standard for this property. My first impressions upon entering the apartment after finally figuring out how to do so was very pleasant. However, once we started to unpack our belongings I got the distinct feeling that the previous occupants had run out the door 5 minutes before we arrived. Not that that is a problem but they left laundry, opened food containers and personal care items which we had to take care of ourselves. Additionally during our stay the wifi was weak to non-existent, the electricity and hot water seemed to be fickle and the pool was more like a pond. Again not the worst thing in the world but defiantly a points deduction. On the up side the the location to town and lifts, property and peacefulness are excellent. This property would 5 stars if more professionally managed.

Beautiful views steps from Chamonix center

I’m always nervous when staying at a property on VRBO for the first time.There was no reason to be nervous here. The chalet floor was amazing. Absolutely beautiful views of the mountains. It’s in a quiet, gated neighborhood but the walk to Chamonix center still only took a few minutes. The place has two solid bathrooms. If you’d like, you have the ability to block the rooms into two separate suites by closing doors. The kitchen is quite nice and the Nespresso machine was a nice treat for coffee each morning. There’s a nice private patio, a shared pool. And the common living room/dining room was perfect for our group. The property manager also communicated with us well before and during the stay. If we are staying in Chamonix with a group again, we’d definitely look to stay here.

Wonderful Location poor cleaning

We stayed in Chamonix for over a week. We arrived at the property, and it was not clean. We had to wash all of the bedding. There were stains on the sheets. Clearly, they had not been washed. The sheets on one of the beds was shredded. Not sure how that got missed. My brother vacuumed the entire chalet because of spider webs, dirt etc. We killed so many huge spiders. When I called the contact person, they were not very kind nor helpful. We each had one had towel per bathroom and one bath towel per room. My husband and I had to share 1 towel for the entire trip. I think this property would be amazing if they had a better property management company that could make sure the property was cleaned prior to arrival. I have to say, we cleaned it so well, I'm sure the next arrivals did not have any issues.

Superbe appartement Ă  2mn du centre mais piscine dangereuse

L'appartement est superbe et excellemment bien placĂ©, trĂšs proche du centre ville de Chamonix tout en Ă©tant au calme et avec une superbe vue sur le Mont Blanc et l'Aiguille du midi (notamment). Le seul dĂ©sagrĂ©ment Ă©tait la piscine: elle n'a Ă©tĂ© remplie que le jour de notre arrivĂ©e et mĂȘme s'il faisait beau l'eau Ă©tait bien entendu froide. Mais surtout, la piscine n'est pas aux normes de sĂ©curitĂ©: pas d'Ă©chelle ou de marche pour descendre et remonter, pas de barriĂšre autour, pas d'alarme. Je dĂ©conseille donc vivement pour des familles avec des enfants petits et c'est trĂšs dommage car il y a peu de logement disponibles avec piscine extĂ©rieure sur Chamonix.

Excellent chalet/apartment with pool - superb location and facilities

We stayed in the apartment for two weeks in the summer. We have three sons 19, 17 and 12 years old and the three bedrooms were plenty big enough for us along with the living area and kitchen. Having the pool just outside was so convenient. Waking up and eating breakfast every morning with the view of Mont Blanc and the Aiguille du Midi from our balcony or terrace was amazing. The apartment is literally a five minute walk from the center of Chamonix but located in a quiet, gated residential area - an added bonus is also being literally next to the field where paragliders land - a beautiful sight. Not having to worry about parking is also a bonus. All in all a perfect apartment for a summer holiday in Chamonix.

Smart property with pool in perfect location

3 small double bedrooms, 2 shower rooms, good sized well equipped kitchen and very good sized lounge dining room. Panoramic views of Mont Blanc, garden and good sized pool. Clean and modern decoration. Balcony with furniture and terrace with furniture by pool. Perfect summer accommodation. Approximately 500m walk to town centre. The only criticism I have is the shower units are small and toilet poorly positioned in one of the shower rooms, especially for long legs! Although this is one of the pricier properties it gave value for money and would definitely return.
