We really enjoyed our stay at K106. The hosts were very prompt in answering any questions we had. The condo was very comfortable and we enjoyed being able to watch the sunrise from the comfort of the living room. The park pass was a plus since we were so close to Hunting Island State Park. We made good use of it. We look for.forward to being able to come again. Highly recommend.

We've stay in the same condo at least 5 times. We love the ocean view, the front porch and a comfortable bed. We actually got to meet the owners and they are delightful! The condo has all the amenities that we need. We will be going again if we find a warm week in December.

My husband and I absolutely loved how quiet and peaceful our stay was. Everything was exactly as expected or better. It.was.a.pleasure.dealing with the owners, they went out of their way to make sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. We will definitely be back as often as possible!

Our family decided to take a last minute vacation before the summer ended and found this location to stay. We were extremely happy with the condo and the area. The host were a pleasure to deal with and very helpful in anyway possible! We look forward to other trips to Harbor Island that our oldest child has already making plans for!

Harbor Island is amazing with its tranquility and inclusiveness. Our rental did not disappoint with absolutely amazing waterfront views. We hope to make it a yearly family stay.

Perfect sweet sunset on the beach

This stay was perfect as always. Have been several times never disappointed. Host are great to communicate. Easy in and out. Clean Everything you need here. Nice ocean. Nice pools. Great grounds on the property well maintained. Plenty to do in town. Short drive to Hilton head savannah or Charleston.

Wonderful

LOVE Harbor Island. It was perfect for our needs. Owner was great to work with. Small inconveniences, such as lowest toilet and vanity I’ve ever seen. Very narrow shower, however, these are not deal breakers. I appreciate the rental and will return again.

Breathe the Ocean Air

We always enjoy our visits to Harbor Island. Ann's condo has everything you need. The beach chairs and wagon were much appreciated. The oceanfront deck is so nice to sit and relax on. Watched the sunrise every morning. Enjoyed seafood meals at Johnson Tavern. We love spending time at Hunting Island and she provides a pass. Beaufort is such a pretty town. Love all the history there. Didn't want to leave! Communication with Ann was great! We'll be back!

Just what we needed!

We had a wonderful stay! The view from the deck is perfect for catching sunrises. It is cozy & homey, with simple decorations-nothing over the top-which made it that much more comfortable. We definitely plan to return! Thank you for sharing your little piece of heaven with us!

Birthday Weekend

My girlfriend and I took a birthday weekend trip and absolutely enjoyed it. The condo is in a wonderful location, secluded, but close to restaurants, shops, etc. We will definitely be back.

Great location

This is a beach front property, with a great view, nice deck, and a short walk to the beach. Also close to the pool. Owners were wonderful to work with. We would stay here again.

Great Location! Great ocean view from deck!

Great location! It was wonderful to have the State Parks pass to use to visit Hunting Island State Park. We spent a lot of time on the beaches at Harbor and Hunting Islands walking, shelling and watching the dolphins and sunrise. It was very quiet while we were there making it the perfect place to relax and unwind after the busy holiday season. We did not want to leave. We cooked our meals with the plenty of pots, pans and dishes provided. The Crock-Pot came in very handy, too. (one thing to know, the floors are uneven and could possibly be a problem for someone with balance issues.)

We live in Rincon, Georgia which is just north of Savannah. We purchased the property with the intention that it will be our retirement home someday. Presently we are employed part time and have other considerations which keep us in Rincon. But Harbor Island is close enough for us to visit on the weekends or even run over for just a day. Earl is a war veteran and former body building champion and I (Ann) am a national and world champion powerlifter who continues to do personal training.

When we visited this property we simply fell in love with the area. It was not the hustle and bustle of Hilton Head and we enjoy the quieter atmosphere.

The ocean view from the back deck is just beautiful and it is so peaceful to just sit there and listen to the ocean waves break.
