"Moraira Club" est une résidence de luxe avec piscine et jardins communaux à 5 minutes à pied de Moraira et de ses fantastiques plages.

Cet appartement dispose de 2 chambres, 2 salles de bains dont une en suite. La résidence est de très haute qualité et comprend la climatisation, chauffage central, carrelages en marbre, cheminée fermée, etc. Il est totalement équipé et décoré avec des meubles de qualité.



L’appartement jouit d’une fantastique terrasse avec accès la piscine. Cette terrasse est indubitablement la meilleure part de la maison et sera l’endroit idéal pour profiter d’un verre de vin et d’un coucher de soleil.



L’appartement ainsi que tout le complexe (garage compris) peuvent s’accéder sans escaliers. Il dispose d’un ascenseur et d’une place de garage.

Great Location

The apartment is very close to the town and it's supermarkets, shops, restaurants and bars. The apartment is spacious with a large patio area, plenty of patio furniture and very easy access to the shared complex swimming pool. The kitchen is well equipped with a great range of glassware. This is not so much of a criticism but more of an observation. The swimming pool can get noisy. In addition the neighbours above us were noisy which at times was a frustration. But this is not a criticism of solhabitat

Excellent location . Apartment was received very clean and well equipped . Staff were attentive & friendly. For a long time rent it would be nice to have Sky/Cable TV - which would make the stay home from home. But this is not an essential- just a luxury.

Loved the location.. So close to town. We have stayed here three times. The accommodation is so clean and the pool and its surrounding area are beautiful. Solhabitat were a pleasure to deal with. The apartment was great and really modern. However, there must be very little soundproofing between floors.

Great location and clean apartment

This apartment is in a fantastic location walking distance from the main town and port area. The communal pool is large and very well maintained as are the gardens. The apartment is spacious with 2 large bathrooms and a well equipped kitchen. Air con is a plus in the heat and the terrace is a great size for relaxing during the day. The service from solhabitat as agents is brilliant with great communication throughout A full length mirror would be useful

The apartment is very clean and modern. Well furnished with a lovely patio and view of the mountains,and overlooks the pool. We have just stayed for 2 months in the apartment there was only one set of bedding. We were told more could be hired

Lovely apartment - improvements to be made.

The Solhabitat staff are very friendly and helpful. The apartment is in a convenient location and has a beautiful swimming pool and surrounding gardens. This is the second year we have stayed at this apartment, however there are a number of improvements that need to be made to maintain its appeal and status:- • Cleanliness - Outside terrace is very dirty and needs a deep clean. All outside furniture and cushions were dirty and need a deep clean. • Outside furniture (table and chairs) needs to be updated as very dated. • Only three sun loungers for a four-person apartment. This is vert inconvenient and not appropriate. • Crockery - most of the crockery has chips in it and needs to be replaced. • Need more oven trays for cooking - i.e. Pizza etc. • Glasses - There is a mismatch of random drinking glasses, these need to be replaced/updated. • The apartment smells strongly of smoke throughout, this is most noticeable when you arrive and returning to the apartment after being out for the evening. • The Air-con smells of smoke and fills the apartment with a bad Smokey smell when used. • No welcome pack on arrival (i.e. Water, milk, bread etc). Last year this was supplied when we stayed at this apartment and was most welcome after a long day traveling.

Please accept our sincere apologies for the issues you encountered during your stay. We take your observations seriously and will address the following points with the property management and maintenance teams: A full deep cleaning of the outside terrace and furniture will be scheduled. The outdoor furniture and cushions will be reviewed and updated where necessary. We will ensure that the appropriate number of sun loungers is provided for future guests. The crockery and glasses inventory will be thoroughly checked and replaced as needed. Additional oven trays will be added to the kitchenware. We are especially concerned about the smell of smoke in the apartment and air conditioning unit, and will carry out a full inspection and deep clean to resolve this issue. Regarding the welcome pack, we understand how much this gesture is appreciated after a long journey and will review its inclusion moving forward. Nice apartment, great location.

The apartment is a nice size, and equipped with most things you need for your stay. The swimming pool is very conveniently located just the other side of the large patio which we accessed by a gate. A lot of people use the pool throughout the day but we weren’t bothered by noise, however this may be different in the height of the season. The grounds are well maintained and the pool is a free-form shape, with a jacuzzi at one end. The welcome bag was also a very nice touch on our arrival. The apartment was quite expensive and we feel that certain elements let it down. We spent a lot of time out on the patio, but there was only one sun bed which was functioning properly. This is a villa for 4 people, therefore all the sun beds should have been fit for purpose on the day of our arrival. The dining table and chairs on the patio are also old fashioned, but functional and there was no comfy seating other than two old reclining chairs. The shower in the main bathroom, also needs to have either a deep clean or refurbished as the grout is very discoloured, and there is an old broken coffee table out on the patio which should probably be disposed of. The one thing they could do with in the kitchen is a trivet to stand hot pans on and quite a few plates had chips and should probably be replaced.

a good holiday...and that is the intention of it...especially in times of corona ! I can recommend (to the office) ...in every accommodation you hire out....a coffee machine like a senseo, expresso machine....and thanks to the office to take care of that immediately :-)))

Tranquilo, excelente ubicación y calidad

La ubicación y el entorno tranquilo y familiar , la fantástica terraza con rápido y cómodo acceso a la piscina, el buen equipamiento de la casa (AA, electrodomésticos, ventiladores, agua caliente ..) . Falta menaje de cocina, sobre todo vasos. El mobiliario de la terraza no está a la altura del resto de la casa.
