Spacious and charming chalet

This self catering rental is ideal for family summer and winter breaks and is located in a scenic region of Austria. The property has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep eight. There is an upstairs bathroom with sauna and a downstairs shower room. The kitchen has all the expected conveniences of a modern chalet, including dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. In addition to the living room, which has a television with built in DVD player, free wifi, a sun room with beautiful views over the cosy village of Stadl provides the perfect opportunity to relax and enjoy your holiday to the full. The property also has a storage room which contains a heated book rack so ensuring you enjoy your skiing to the full. The chalet is part of a modern development which was built in 2007.

Wir haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub in der HĂŒtte verbracht. Es hat da nichts gemangelt. Die Region ist bekanntlich sehr schön und man kann sehr viel unternehmen, wenn man sportlich aktiv ist

Prima vakantiehuis voor een skivakantie

Vakantiehuis was schoon, heel ruim en met prachtig uitzicht op de bergen. Zo’n 15 minuten rijden met auto naar skigebied. Woning ligt op een (steile) helling, wandelen naar dorpje/bakkertje is daardoor redelijk ver. Je hebt de auto echt nodig.

Christmas Ski vacation

Just returned from a long trip in which my family and friends stayed in chalet. We found the place very clean, well equipped and fully functioning. We loved having a sauna, shower, and plenty of cupboard space. The place was really worm and welcoming, the views were fantastic. The location is really close (10 mins drive) to ski resort. We would like to say a BIG THANKS to John who has provided us with all the instructions, weather updates and other bits of very useful information. This was one of the best Christmas we've had. THANK YOU JOHN.

Sehr empfehlenswert!

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub. Das Chalet war ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus. Es ist gemĂŒtlich eingerichtet und mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Der Wintergarten und der Blick von da ins Tal ist herrlich. Die Sauna war eine super Entspannung nach einem Skitag. Trotz zweistelligen Minusgraden, war es immer warm im Haus. FĂŒr uns, wir waren fĂŒnf Erwachsene, war das Haus mit seinen zwei BĂ€dern optimal. Das Skigebiet Kreischberg ist unweit gelegen und mit PKW gut erreichbar.

Calme

Propriété dans un environnement trÚs calme, trÚs propre et trÚs fonctionnelle. A proximité de supermarchés et d'une boulangerie. Pour les amateurs de randonnées en montagne (le départ de nombreux circuits sont accessibles à 15-30 min en voiture). La véranda trÚs lumineuse et le sauna sont trÚs appréciés.

Prettig verblijf.

Het was een fijn, schoon, huis, in mooie omgeving. Mooi uitzicht vanaf balkon. Wat ontbrak was een parasol. In de ochtend was het erg heet op het terras.

Sommerurlaub in Stadl

Wir hatten eine ganze Woche in Johns Chalet zugebracht. Obwohl eigentlich zur Hochsaison, war die Ferienhaussiedlung kaum belegt - Wunderbare Ruhe. Das Haus ist gemĂŒtlich und zweckmĂ€ĂŸig eingerichtet. Die Sauna und auch den Grill haben wir gern genutzt. Das Chalet ist sehr schön gelegen und guter Ausgangspunkt fĂŒr WanderausflĂŒge in die Umgebung. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefĂŒhlt. Iris, Marc und Detlef aus Berlin

Lovely

We enjoyed our time in this very nice country hut. Due to the two terraces, the winter garden and the sauna the hut is an enjoyable place to be both when the sun is shining and when it is raining outside.

Heerlijk huis, prachtige omgeving!

Wat een heerlijk huis! Zeer compleet ingericht, alles is aanwezig (van een plastic zakje tot een föhn). Er liggen veel folders/wandelkaarten in het huis. Met 2 mooie terrassen buiten heb je alleen nog een zonnetje nodig. Een prachtig uitzicht heb je al. De omgeving is mooi groen. Er zijn veel skigebieden in de buurt en allen heel verschillend. Met de kabelbaan omhoog en dat een mooie wandeling maken. Een zwemplas in Stadl (op loopafstand) is erg fijn als het mooi weer is. Verder een bakker, supermarkt, lekker restaurant en tankstation in het dorp. Ideaal. Leuke plaatsten in de buurt zijn Tamsweg en Murau. Communicatie met John was vanaf het eerste moment prima. Er werd snel gereageerd op een vraag, erg fijn! John, bedankt voor de hele fijne vakantie in Stadl. We zeggen het voort!

John and Milly Webb have owned this property since 2006. We have three children and as a family we use the property for a winter skiing break and also as a summer holiday. We're an Irish family and have spent time living and working in Poland.

Voici pourquoi l’hĂŽte a choisi cet hĂ©bergement

The chalet is located in the breath taking Austrian province of Styria or Stieirmark. When we first visited Stadl, we fell in love with the scenery and we can never get enough of the mountains, valleys and hassle free environment. Stadl is a small rural village and the people are very friendly and down to earth. The chalet itself is ideal for our needs as it is large enough for Milly and I to have some quiet time to ourselves while cosy enough for a family to enjoy our own company and the company of friends who frequently holiday with us.

We spent a little bit of extra money on a sun room. The views from it whether it is summer or winter, with a good book and glass of wine are what holidays are all about.
