Nouveau sur le marché de la location de vacances, l'Appartement 28 offre un superbe emplacement, un hébergement haut de gamme et un excellent rapport qualité / prix!

L'appartement 28 est l'endroit parfait avec moins de 5 minutes à pied de toutes les commodités, y compris le centre-ville, le théùtre, les principaux centres de transport et la plage.

Ayant été récemment acheté et rénové, l'appartement 28 conserve toutes les belles caractéristiques de cette propriété de 1850, mais a été fini selon des spécifications haut de gamme adaptées au 21e siÚcle!

Les deux chambres ont été équipées de lits de luxe Hypnos avec un luxueux canapé-lit en cuir italien dans le salon, parfait pour dormir 2 personnes supplémentaires. Coton égyptien et linge de lit de qualité hÎteliÚre similaire utilisé en standard.
Les chambres comprennent un lit king-size avec une fermeture à glissiÚre séparée ainsi qu'une chambre super king-size attenante offrant la flexibilité de lits simples si nécessaire. Des téléviseurs sont installés dans les deux chambres en plus du salon.
Lit bĂ©bĂ© et chaise haute peuvent ĂȘtre mis Ă  disposition sur demande.

Le salon principal et la salle à manger qui incorpore le canapé-lit simple action unique, est inondé de lumiÚre du jour et offre de superbes vues, avec des volets d'origine pour plus d'intimité la nuit.

Stationnement hors rue sera fourni aux frais des propriétaires immédiatement à l'arriÚre et dominé par l'appartement.

We had an absolutely wonderful two week stay at Fiona's lovely flat. The accommodation was well appointed with everything we needed and true to the photos. Fiona and James were terrific hosts and very responsive. The location was perfect; close to the bus and train stations, a very short stroll to the beach, with restaurants and cafes close by. Highly recommend this lovely flat and we would stay here again and again!

Great Apartment

Our first visit to Scotland (and a babymoon) and staying at Fiona’s apartment was definitely a highlight. Such a beautifully decorated, comfortable, and clean space. Fiona had thoughtfully filled it with everything we could possibly need, which meant we didn’t have to bring a lot of our own things. Being just 5 minutes from the beach and park (which our 5-year-old loved!) was perfect, especially as my wife was pregnant and couldn’t do a lot of walking.We felt right at home from the moment we arrived, and it truly made our trip extra special. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, well-equipped, and family-friendly getaway.

Just had a wonderful 3 day stay in Ayr, the apartment is in the perfect location for exploring Ayr and the surrounding area, the host Fiona was great and made you feel welcome from the moment you are handed the keys. Even better in reality than the photos. More spacious than I imagined.

Fiona's place is clean, cute, comfy and well located for a visit to Ayr. It is more spacious than I imaged and beautifully decorated. The beds were super comfy and it is so close to great restaurants and cafe's. Highly recommend her place.

Excellent home from home

Lovely clean comfortable apartment with great quirky art/decoration, very well equipped and comfy beds. Very central in Ayr so possible to go out without taking the car in the evening or to the beach. Many good golf courses near by.

Location very central to beach town etc. Flat beautiful and decor looks like an interior designer had staged flat. Place was immaculate and host amazing with plenty utensils plates dishes to cook your own meals.

Beautiful Flat

Had a great stay in this beautiful, spotless and comfortable flat. We had a slight problem with the heating on the Saturday evening and Fiona and her husband came round right away and fixed it in a few minutes. The flat is very central to all the bars and restaurants and 5 mins walk to the beach.
