Ces belles villas indépendantes achevées en 2012, font partie d'un petit complexe privé avec une grande piscine commune.
Les villas sont totalement indépendantes (certaines avec piscine privée) et se trouvent sur une belle colline surplombant la mer dans un écosystème plein de chênes, d'oliviers et de végétation méditerranéenne.
Avec une vue à couper le souffle .... à seulement 5 minutes de la magnifique mer Tyrrhénienne ou du Golf Club San Michele, des courts de tennis et de football de Cittadella del Capo, du port de plaisance de Cetraro équipé d'un grand port de plaisance et de services d'amarrage, du spa Terme Luigiane et centre de bien-être.

Beautiful view

A wonderful Villa. All you need for a two week stay. The communal pool was gorgeous- infinity part over looking the sea. The area felt safe, parking was good. You do need a car to go anywhere and we couldn’t find a taxi service. The area is great as can visit many beaches and towns. Diamante was our favourite. Thank you

Extraordinary

Check in was flawless. Any question through WhatsApp answered immediately. The location is nice and quick but only 5 minutes from the beach , shops en restaurants. The few from the veranda’s is breathtaking. The swimming pool large and beautiful located. The inland’s beautiful green, and deserted. Fantastic views.

La villa è ben tenuta, pulita luminosa. Ampi spazi esterni, peccato per il prato e i divanetti esterni. Zona giorno luminosa, ventilata e molto ampia arredata in modo semplice ma con gusto. Al primo piano 3 camere da letto con una vista super. La piscina condominiale pulita e tranquilla. Consigliato.

War ok. Würde ich nicht nochmal buchen

Viel zu weite Entfernung zum Strand/Stadt. Leider nur mit dem Auto möglich. Dies mus unbedingt erwähnt werden. Einkaufen oder in die nächste Stadt, nur mit dem Auto möglich. Mülltrennung die reinste Katastrophe. Wir wurden ausdrücklich mit Anschreiben darauf hingewiesen, wie was zu trennen ist. Bei der Mülldeponie war aber dann alles gemischt. Ich würde die Unterkunft nicht weiterempfehlen.

AMAZING!!!

We are a big family with 7 members - all of us had enough space, it was all very family-friendly, especially with the nice and calm area and the swimming pool which you could use basically anytime. The villa was very well made, nice and clean, incredibly comfortable. Not to mention the great price and the most beautiful panorama to the sea. Pierro is a very nice and friendly person, answers any kind of questions you have, in the shortest amount of time! Definitely coming back to this place!

Five Star Holiday!!

To get the only negative out of the way first, the villa had not been cleaned as thoroughly as it ought to have been, but having brought this to the owner's attention, we are convinced this will not happen again. Having been to three agriturismos in the past, this was a new venture for us and we were completely blown away by the step-up in the standard of accommodation. The villa is fabulous, the area is fabulous, the local people are fabulous. The web-site does not fully portray just how wonderful Casa Rossa is. The pool is much bigger than we had imagined, the villa much more spacious and well-equipped and the view even more breathtaking. Sitting on the balcony looking out at the Tyrrhenian Sea is a memory that will live with us forever. There is nothing we lacked for in the villa - and for the first time ever on holiday, we had a better sharp knife than we have at home! Definitely recommend the restaurant in Torrevecchia at the top of the hill and D'Aprile e D'Aprile in Belvedere Marittimo, but we also enjoyed cooking in the kitchen or on the barbecue and eating on the veranda. Calabria is definitely one of Italy's best-kept secrets. Caroline and I have always said we would never go back to the same place, but for the first time ever, we are giving it serious consideration (and are saving to buy in the area!). Thanks April - we cannot recommend your villa nor the area highly enough!

Consiglio a tutti di trascorrere le proprie vacanze qui a villa rossa perchè è un posto assolutamente fantastico!!!! L'accoglienza della signora Arianna è stata da 10 e lode e la condizione igienica della casa altrettanto! Noi siamo venuti dall'Abruzzo per ammirare l'incanto della costa calabrese, abbiamo scelto questa posizione perchè si raggiungono facilmente note località turistiche e puoi spaziare tra le varie spiagge o tra la costa rocciosa a seconda dei propri gusti. La casa è perfettamente attrezzata anche piu' di quello che abbiamo nelle nostre case! Voglio complimentarmi con la signora April per aver scelto così accuratamente anche l'intermediaria, Arianna, che ci ha reso tutte le informazione piu' plausibili su tutto ciò che concerne il soggiorno calabrese. Wonderful holidays in wonderful Villa!

Now we came back home... The departure was somewhat difficult to us after spending two weeks in this paradise. Everything there make you feel so comfortable and have everything you love and need! Viila is so tastefully furnished that you will feel yourself like at own home - comfortable and snug. Villa has a very beautiful Balcony ... Luxurious seaview... Ofcourse, we have got a chance to sitting on it with a glass of tasty calabrian vine and looking on stars. First time in our life we saw here a lunar eclipse! It was great! Villa has a very lovely garden, and I think it is not difficult to watered it by yourself every day, in Calabria in the summer pretty hot, and after watering the garden provides a cool. Only once we were in a restaurant, the Belvedere Maritimo :)... We cooked by ourself every day, grilled meat and fish on the grill in the garden .. actually, I did not even want to go anywhere from the villa, as there was really warm and comfortable, like at home. About 100 meters from the Villa there is a wonderful pool, where often there was no one except us. Our doughter learnt to swim in this pool! How lucky we are that we found your ad, dears Arianna and April and that you friendly invited our family to spend holidays in your house! April, this is especially nice that you rent out your fabulous Villa to "foreign" people! And I hope,that if it will be possible, we'll return back to your Villa next year!
