Cette belle maison 2005 sq ft a tous les ingrĂ©dients pour des vacances merveilleuses. La cuisine a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour cuisiner un bon repas. Tabourets de bar au comptoir font un excellent endroit pour recueillir. Le salon dispose d'une grande section avec 60 "TV Ă  Ă©cran plat pour votre plaisir visuel. Une connexion Wi-Fi et bleu lecteur de musique de dent vous donne une chance d'Ă©couter vos morceaux prĂ©fĂ©rĂ©s et rattraper son retard sur les derniers Ă©vĂ©nements. La chambre principale dispose d'un lit King size avec des draps de luxe. Le plancher au plafond fenĂȘtres donnent une vue fantastique sur le terrain de golf. Immense salle de bain double vasque avec comptoirs en granit dispose d'une grande baignoire Ă  remous, douche vitrĂ©e et immense dressing. Great house and location

Overall a great comfortable house located very close to Coachella which was the reason for our visit. We didn’t use the facilities much as we didn’t spend too much time in the house but would definitely stay again.

You Won’t Be Disappointed

This is a lovely spacious home. We were here for Indian Wells Tennis. Location was perfect and easy to get to. Al is very responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

Winter Sunshine

Enjoyed our stay within the Indian Palms neighborhood. The house had everything we needed and plenty of space. It was nice to sit on the patio and watch the golfers on the 7th green. We were in town for a sports tournament at the polo fields and we were really close. The sunshine was great as we escaped a snow storm back home.

Very happy with property manager

The carpets should have been cleaned, along with the windows. The house is a well designed property but lacks things like more cutlery, cups and glasses. Al was great to work with. He always responded to our questions and needs right away.

Coachella weekend

A group & I stayed at Al’s place for the Coachella festival weekend. We were very impressed. Al was very prompt in responding to our questions and helping us with the check in process. We did not have to wait at all to get into the gated neighborhood as previously described in reviews. The house was extremely spacious, clean and well equipped with all the necessities for our stay (cookware, towels, soap, parking etc.). The pictures don’t do it justice. We would definitely book Al’s place again if we decide to visit the area in the future!

Property is well maintained. If there were any issues the property manager addressed them promptly.

I like the location of this property. Being close to centrally located in the valley you are no more than 15 to 20 minutes to most of the golf courses. Located in Indian Palms allows the renter to use the exercise facility, pool, golf driving range and chipping and putting areas, tennis courts. Having use of 2 bikes was nice to be able to bike around the community. The beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked, and patio was nice to be able to look out at the golf course and mountains. I love the valley area, the weather was fabulous the whole time. A very relaxing vacation away from the cold and snow.

We had a great stay, even though we had to cut it short. The tennis at Indian Wells Tennis Garden was canceled so we enjoyed more time in the house than expected! The pool situation was a bit confusing, since there was no explanation in the house on which key went with which pool. Every HOA area has its own pool; we found it in the end! Smaller than the one in the pictures. though. The views down the fairway are beautiful and it so very peaceful to sit outside with your morning coffee!

Really great deal

We were here for a horse show and don’t like paying an arm and a leg for a place to stay, we spend most of our time on the horse property. It was nice to come home to warm up, shower, and cook and dinner.

Nice quite neighborhood

My family enjoyed staying at the private house with swimming pool, view of the mountain, and close to trails. We ran into small problem, but the owner/host Al took good care of the issue. Al is very responsive and communicative.

Lovely Hideaway

We loved our stay at this clean, we’ll-kept property. The kitchen was well-stocked with essentials, even a garlic press and spices. The back porch overlooking the golf course and the mountains was a wonderful place for morning coffee or to have a cool place to hang out in the hot afternoons. The gym was very good with helpful staff, and we were able to check out pickle ball equipment for a bit of awkward hilarity on the nearby courts. The property is 15 mins from Indian Wells and about 30 from Palm Springs. It was a great base to see the various sights in the area. We highly recommend the Palm Springs Tram.

Quiet get away

Property is in a safe gated community. Convenient to shopping necessities. Reasonably priced 27 hole golf course a 5 minute drive to clubhouse. House is well maintained, clean and perfect for 6 people. Property manager (Al) responded quickly to questions and requests. Would stay there again and would recommend to friends.

We really enjoyed the property! Very clean and comfortable. All amenities listed were there. Al, the property manager answered my texts right away and even came and installed new tires in one of the bikes...within an HOUR!! Amazing ! Thank you Al!

Visiting my wonderful uncle.

Could not have asked for a nicer place to stay. Close to my uncle’s house. Right on the golf course for morning entertainment. Very responsive to our phone calls and questions. An all around wonderful stay. I highly recommend this lovely home.

House wasn’t kept up

I have bite marks on my back from the second night I stayed there. The house is beautiful but not cleaned well. As soon as you come in I took a picture of nats and bugs webbed in a corner. I wanted to enjoy my vacation so I went to the store and bought sponges and cleaners and cleaned it myself before the rest of my family arrived. The couch is half way peeled off which is hidden under a throw blanket. There was clothes from other people in two closets, like they were left behind. Besides, that the house itself is spacious and Beautiful. I just had to rewash sheets, thank goodness there are washer and dryers.
