The updated kitchen is complete with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a breakfast nook with a view of the pool.
The backyard is an oasis of relaxation, complete with a private pool, covered patio, stainless steel BBQ, propane firepit set, and the backyard is perfect for outdoor entertaining.
This home has it all and is the perfect place to unwind and relax.

The large, open kitchen features granite countertops, a breakfast table for four, a dedicated working desk, dining table for four, and items for all your cooking needs including cookware, microwave, French door fridge, Keurig coffee makers, oven, dishwasher, toaster, and more. Plates, utensils, and glasses for more than eight people….Everything has what a fully stocked kitchen should have.

For your comfort, ~pool heating is available for an ~additional fee~. These amenities are not included in the nightly rate shown above in listing as not every guest requires, nor desires heat. We ask that you notify the owner in advance if you wish to use . The daily fee for pool heating is $95,
Children friendly (please note there is no fence around the pool so children under 12 must be supervised at all times). Outdoor music rules per below.

★ Are there any noise restrictions or quiet hours? ★
Yes - Community quiet times are between 10pm and 8am. Amplified music and is not allowed. Respectful low volume music until 10PM is allowed. All music must be off after 10PM.


★ Is the property pet-friendly? ★
Pets are allowed for a $100 fee per animal. However, we kindly request that they are kept off of the beds and sofa. If pet hair is found on the beds, there will be a $150 fine per bed where hair is detected for additional cleaning.
