The location was absolutely perfect! Perfect walking distance to the beach and the cute little “downtown” area! Once we arrived I noticed that it wasn’t very clean
there were lots of crumbs and dirt all over the carpet and all around the edges of the couch.. the furniture is also not very comfortable, could definitely be upgraded to some more comfortable and relaxing to sit on. There was hair on the walls of the shower as well. Not trying to be picky just things we noticed. Loved the patio are though and being able to sit and enjoy outside!

Overall the property was well maintained. Just a couple of small things.. toilet in the hallway whistles really loud, fan and light broken on front porch. More seating in living room, small chairs very uncomfortable.

Cute & Great location to beach

Great spacious house for 4 friends to hang out, enjoying beachy themed decorations, and a short walk to the beach and restaurants/bars alike. Everything was clean and ready for us to enjoy the home. Extra bonus... Beach towels available for use too!

Property is exactly as described & pictured. Location is awesome, walking distance to many things including the beach.Only downfall is carrying your luggage 2 flights of stairs & not many channels on the tv should you have a rainy day.Take a roku with you. (2nd) time we've stayed at this property.

Beach Getaway

This property is a good location from the beach and shops as well as the pier. Its just right across the street to the beach. I liked that there was seating outside on the small balcony where we could sit see/listen to the waves in the morning.

Property was located within walking distance of all bars and shops. Down a quiet little lane, an arms throw to the beach. We had a great experience.

Beautiful sunrise every day!!

We enjoyed Tybee and our week long stay, quiet, great location at south end of the island, short walk to the beach, pier, restaurants, shops, etc. Kitchen has most items needed. A few more basic spices for cooking would be a plus.The kitchen, appliances, utensils, bathrooms, bedrooms all met our expectations. To improve overall guest experience, some small TLC maintenance items could be completed: fix loose knobs, replace burned out lights, light bulbs, replace rusted HVAC grills, vents and other metal items. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the condo met our expectations. Thank you.

Good location right by the beach

Apartment is in good condition. It's less than a block to the beach which is what we wanted. We had a minor issue but the property manager answered very quickly. We had a good stay.

Nice Stay!

Condo was large, well appointed and perfect for our requirements! We enjoyed our stay, particularly given the proximity to the beach, restaurants, and the pier. Condo was amazingly roomy and easily accommodated our son and daughter-in-law when they drove up from Florida to stay with us on two weekends. Cindy is a great host who definitely lives up to her premier status. Her rapid response to a minor issue was first rate! If/when we visit Tybee Island again, her nice condo will be our #1 choice.........Thank you Cindy!Ron and Judy

Great - as usual

This is the second stay at this place - the first being a year ago. It is well stocked with the necessities! Great to have the convenience of dishwasher, washer and dryer! Convenient to beach and “downtown” Tybee. Would stay there again, and would recommend!

Pirate Fest stay

What an amazing stay! The condo is immaculate! Looks exactly like the pictures. Check in and out was super easy. Great location to everything! Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! Would definitely stay again! Already thinking ahead to next year!

Great location for Beach lovers

Just a short walk to the beach and bustling Tybrisa street/ pier! We enjoyed going to and from the beach multiple times a day with ease even in the hottest parts of the day. If you prefer a softer bed you may want to bring a mattress topper. This was our third time at Tybee and we loved this condo

Great Week Stay

This was our 2nd week long stay in this condo. Everything is with in walking distance. The condo has everything a family needs. A short walk and you’re on the beach, on the pier, eating at a restaurant or walking thru the local shops. It’s always a great time on Tybee! A great and friendly beach community.

This very comfortable condo is just around the corner from the pier, restaurants and clubs yet secluded enough to be quiet and peaceful. Although not on the ocean, you can see the beach from the balcony!
