Ce charmant condo dispose de 2 chambres et 2 salles de bains et est situé à l'extrémité sud de Tybee. Situé à 200 pas de la plage. Le salon principal dispose d'un plan d'étage spacieux avec une grande cuisine entièrement équipée avec des sièges de bar. Salon de bonne taille avec un canapé-lit confortable et une télévision à écran plat. Les chambres se composent de 1 lit queen et 1 avec lits jumeaux et disposent également d'une télévision. Asseyez-vous sur le porche avec vue sur l'eau!

This condo is in a great location. Safe walking distance to several restaurants, shops, night life, and the beach. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Host was very helpful and quick to respond with any questions we had. Only downside was it’s on the 3rd floor with no elevator, which may be a hindrance to those with health problems or disabilities. Otherwise, I highly recommend and would stay there again!

We had a wonderful stay! The property was very clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable, which made it easy to relax and enjoy our time. It was also well stocked with everything you could need for the beach, which was a huge plus.The owner was very responsive, available to answer questions, and extremely accommodating throughout our stay. She even recommended a great place to eat—Stingrays—which we really enjoyed!Parking is a bit tight, but manageable, and the location more than makes up for it—close to everything you might need or want to do.Overall, we had a great experience and would highly recommend this property!

The condo was so clean which was incredibly appreciated. Well stocked for cooking and easy to use/navigate. I didn’t find “200 steps to the beach” to be that accurate, but we did have easy access. The water view…if you stand on the porch and look through 15 other places and crane your neck…sure! :)

We stayed at this property before and loved it so much we booked again. Plenty of room pricing is great and so close to the beach. Owner is great and habdled any queatuons. We will be staying again.

The stay was good. The property has all the amenities you need for a fun vacation. We did have a problem however... There is a sign on the refrigerator of the rules and such. One of those items says remove trash from property upon checkout. Well, this doesn't tell you WHERE to put it and there's no obvious place. Either way, we made sure and brought all of the trash from the other rooms into one bag and left it in the kitchenAs we were packing the car about to leave, there was a crazy lady running after us and screammming at us that we didn't take out the trash. She was not nice about it. This effectively put a scar on the entire trip...this one minute interaction.. As words were said and temporary flared. Just because she had to take out one bag of trash! And I won't even mention how much we paid for cleaning service to do such things on our vacation. Anyway, this just put a real bad taste in our mouth after such a good weekend. The lesson here is if you want people to take out your trash, you have to tell them where... We are guests. We do not live here so we don't know where things are.

Awesome place to stay

The condo is cozy and close walking distance to the beach. We love Tybee Island and go there every year and we always stay at A Shore Thing. Can’t wait until next year to go back!
