Beautiful town house located in Pollensa, Mallorca, in a quiet street in the center of town, very close to Calvario, with a modern and original decoration.



It has a large garage, which is essential in the old town of Pollensa. The stairs lead to the first floor, where we find a nice dining room with a small terrace, and a modern kitchen.



On the upper floor there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed, and a bathroom.



On the third floor we find a beautiful bedroom with a double bed, a large bathroom en suite and a terrace with fabulous views of the Calvary and the mountains.



Perfect house to enjoy the cycling season as it has a space to store and tune them up. It is a perfect place for your holidays, especially if you want cycling tours and pedaling in Mallorca.

IMPORTANT



In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid for every guest over 16 years of age.

Per day and person, the tax is

from 1 November to 30 April: 0,55 euros and

from 1 May to 31 October: 2,20 euros.

From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa can be paid by credit card, bank transfer or cash. Payment is compulsory.

At 6 km distance you will find the ( port )Puerto de Pollença is located in the north of Mallorca. The bay offers kilometres of fine sandy beaches, some of which are protected from the wind by the Formentor peninsula. Unlike other holiday resorts on Mallorca, the coast is not completely built up with multi-storey hotel castles. Here you will find long sandy beaches lined with pine and palm trees, a wide selection of cafés and restaurants, clothing shops, supermarkets and doctors.
