The property was exactly what I expected. The check in was the only issue, it was almost an hour after check in time before they were through cleaning the room for us to go in.

Horrible Mattress!

Overall, the unit was not well maintained but the mattress was absolutely horrible!!! The unit was clean.

Great location!

The property was perfect! It is right on the beach so no roads to cross! The property has a full time security guard, and we always felt safe. The access to the beach required a code which was great. The pool area was always clean with plenty of open chairs. I can’t say enough about the property!! The room was perfect for a small family. My boys would not stay on the pull out sofa because it was not the cleanest. The mattress in the bedroom could be replaced. It was an older spring mattress that sloped pretty bad. It was not horrible, but not the most comfortable. The mosquitoes and WiFi were the only real complaints we had. They need to spray the grounds for those things and the WiFi around the entire property was just really bad. I would definitely stay here again.

Very disappointing!

We have stayed at Seascape many times this time was a little bit different. While we still enjoy the scenery of the place in the location, we’re not very happy with the security guard on property. He decided it would be great to yell at our children, not realizing that we were right around the corner on the pool rules. It says adult Jacuzzi 21 or older, but nobody labels which Jacuzzis are which my autistic child mistakenly went to the wrong Jacuzzi and managed to get yelled at. He wasn’t acting up. He was sitting quietly next to his sister, just enjoying the water as we watched the security guard come right up to them and start to scold them very harshly. I was in the balcony above them as this happened, and I confronted the security guard myself asking him not to talk to my children like that please be careful if you come here. Make sure your children know what pool they need to be in because the security guard has no common decency or know how to talk to children. My kids are 15 and 16 years old. They’re very responsible kids. They were not acting up. There was no need for him to talk to them like that.. the pro said there was nothing they can do as he is hired by the HOA or contemplating ever renting here again

Beautiful Location

The Seascape Condominiums have a wonderful location right on the beach with easy access to the beach. Our room had a partial but nice view of the ocean and the pool area. A nice table in the balcony allowed us to eat there enjoying the view and sound of the waves! We had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay. Some repairs were needed inside our condominium but that did not affect our comfortable stay at all . We had a wonderful time and the staff in the office was very warm and accommodating and very professional. Thank you so much!

Great vacation.

Great location, able to be on the beach within minutes from your door. This place is beautiful. We were told the bedroom was king, and we only had a full size bed, so that was a bit disappointing but overall great experience! Would book again.

Love Seascapes - Know THIS unit is very small and no view of ocean.

We’ve always had a good time at seascapes! THIS unit is very small and has no real view of the ocean. Be aware. Also the WiFi was slower than dial up and the TV screen was broke. Our family left the property after day 1 and rented a new condo.

Last minute trip

The condo was lovely. View from balcony blocked by palms but nice and big area to sit. Loved having a table to eat breakfast outside. Bathroom sink eas slow to drain otherwise condo was great. AC thermostat very sensitive to patio door being opened to go in snd out even briefly. Turned itself off twice at night. Went to bed first night not realizing it was off. Double checked second night and turned it back on.

Great location

Clean condo. Patio view of beach and pool is blocked by palm tree. Sink was clogged and maintenance never showed up to fix it. Great beach location though.

Seascapes

Great location and pleasant stay. There were ants in the living room and rug in living room smelled like pee. Called and reported the issues. Was able to see the beach from the balcony. Would stay here again if going to the area.

Perfect for the family!

The condo was perfect for our family of 6. Short walk to the beach and pool. Only improvement would be to update outdoor furniture.
