Du 21/10 au 21/12, le Lagoon Pool et le East Polynesian Pool seront fermés pour maintenance. La piscine ouest, située entre les tours 3 et 4, restera ouverte.

Ce condo n'a jamais fait l'objet d'un programme de location auparavant et les nouveaux propriétaires ont décidé de le partager !! Ce condo est parmi les très rares qui pourront dormir confortablement 11 et il est également situé dans l'un des endroits les plus recherchés de Long Beach, tour 2, 1er étage, très proche de la piscine lagon !!

Imaginez commencer vos vacances tant attendues et bien méritées en entrant dans cette belle unité à Long Beach! Vous ne voudrez plus jamais quitter! Profitez de cette spacieuse copropriété de 1800 pieds carrés avec sa vue sur l'océan du sol au plafond de chaque pièce, ou sortez sur votre immense balcon privé pour regarder les dauphins jouer le long de 1300 pieds de plage de sucre blanc! Cette copropriété est la vie haut de gamme à son meilleur, avec un lit king-size dans le maître avec un lit jumeau séparé, deux lits queen-size dans la deuxième chambre et un autre lit king dans la troisième suite. Tous les draps sont en coton égyptien de haute qualité, qui se sentent bien après une journée sous le soleil de Floride! Toutes les chambres ont de nouveaux matelas haut de gamme. Il y a une nouvelle télévision à écran plat dans le salon ainsi que des télévisions à écran plat dans toutes les chambres, la cuisine est entièrement équipée et la salle à manger a de nombreux sièges! Toutes les chambres ont une salle de bain complète avec baignoire / douche. L'unité est carrelée partout avec de la moquette dans les chambres.

Long Beach est idéalement situé à proximité de tous les grands restaurants, parcs d'attractions et magasins (WalMart est de l'autre côté de la rue!). Il y a une immense piscine lagon (6800 pieds carrés) avec des îles et des cascades, deux piscines polynésiennes (chauffées en saison), des spas à remous, un bar et un grill au bord de la piscine (saisonnier), une location de jet ski / parasol sur place et une sécurité 24h / 24 avec un accès sécurisé et beaucoup de parking.

Great Condo

My friends and I had such a wonderful time staying in this condo. Plenty of room, very clean and a wonderful view of the ocean. The kitchen had everything we needed. Very convenient to everything. Kim’s condos was very quick to respond to my questions. I definitely recommend this condo.

The condo was amazing! We had a wonderful time.

Could not have asked for a better location. Our beautiful condo overlooked the pool and ocean. Each bedroom had their own view! The bedrooms were very spacious each having their own large restroom, closets were huge. Kitchen fully equipped, separate laundry room full of beach toys and chairs. We had a wonderful time, will definitely be back!!!

Wonderful unit for our family of nine. 3 grandchildren, 6 adults. 3 roomy bedrooms with full baths. Floor one so easy up and down for kids. Kitchen a good size. We like to cook some while on vacay, mainly breakfast. Free set of beach chairs included. Will recommend.

Spacious Condo

The condo unit itself checked all the boxes, having room for all our family members to have their own space, while offering the comfort and room to all come together in the dining/family room and balcony. We also find the lower floor access to be so much easier and accessible with no need for long waits at the elevator.

Easy Access

Easy access to the unit via one flight of stairs. Love not having to deal with elevator. Unit is as described and has a great view. Clean but the bathrooms need updating. Great lagoon pool. Beautiful beach!

We will be back!

Spent the week in this unit with our adult daughter and her family, along with our younger children. The unit was spacious, clean, and in the perfect location. Being on the first floor was so convenient for us. Also, Long Beach Resort has a very spacious beach front. You do not have to fight for a spot!

Great vacay!

This unit is great. It is nicely decorated and everything was very clean. The beds were all comfortable. Property manager was easy to work with. Great location right above a pool. It was unfortunately closed during our stay as they are still repairing from the hurricane which was a bummer, but we still enjoyed the other pools and hot tubs. This condo is conveniently located to Wal-Mart and several souvinier shops!

Great family environment in PCB

2 families shared the condo and there was plenty of room. The beach was beautiful with no spring break craziness. Heated pool and hot tub were a hit with the teens. Close to shopping and conveniently located to restaurants. We would definitely stay here again. (Only improvement would have been having 2 queens in the bedroom instead of a queen and a single. Teen boys are way to tall for a single bed)!

Great location and easy access to beach and stores

We had a group of 11 adults and children had plenty of space. Can’t beat the location or the view of the beach and water. Kitchen was equipped with what we needed to cook all our meals and Walmart is easy to get to for grocery pickup. We spent time on the beach and in the pools and hot tubs. A couple of the pools are heated and the pool area was clean and well kept. We had one rainy day but had plenty of space in the condo for all of us to play games and watch football on the TV. The management company is great to deal with and very responsive. Overall we had a great experience for our whole family.

The condo was very dirty. The floors made our feet black within the first 30 minutes . There was black mold around each bathtub so we got mold and mildew spray and we got most of it off. There was a cigarette butt behind the toliet in one of the bathrooms. There were 3 cockroaches in one bedroom and 1 in the kitchen. Very dusty under the furniture. The towels appeared clean but had a stale smell to them. The condo was very roomy and accommodated our family but it needs lots of maintenance done.

Beautiful 3 bedroom condo

We spent spring break in PCB. The condo was exactly as described. We loved the fact that each bedroom had en-suite bathrooms. The bathrooms weren’t terribly clean prior to our arrival as there was toothpaste on the faucets and mirrors. Otherwise, the place was fairly clean. The only heads-up that I would advise other guests is that this condo is right above the heated swimming pool and hot tub. Nights were very loud with spring break pool parties. This is of no fault of the rental agency. Just an FYI to others who may be light sleepers or have young children who go to bed early.

Great location on the beach and fantastic ocean views

Just completed a one week stay. The condo is as advertised. They provide everything you need and some basics to get you started. The lower floor let’s you feel like you are on the beach. This being a rental property, the cleanliness was at par and we had no complaints about our stay. The only thing I would suggest is doing a thorough/regular spraying for cockroaches . We just bought a spray at the Walmart across the street for our stay. All the bathrooms had adult and baby ones. I expect some insects due to the heat and humidity but the cockroaches freaked us out. Nevertheless, it’s not a problem specific to this condo, because we also saw cockroaches in hallways.

Was cockroach invested and very dirty!!

Was so dirty and cockroaches everywhere!!! We come in on a Sunday about 5:00pm after 15 hour drive all went to bed got up the next day was gone all day. Tuesday evening started seeing cockroach call Kim's condos said they would send someone to spray never did we see anyone. The stuff in the pictures that was suppose to be in the room was not!!! The room itself was set up perfectly for us the view was amazing the convince of get to the beach and pool was super!! Never will I stay there again with the cockroaches and how dirty the place was. The place could definitely use some tlc!!

Thank you for your review. We did send someone out within 2 hours of your phone call to do the pest control, you said you were not going to be there so I guess that's why you missed him. The phone call we received from you was over 48 hours after your arrival, per the suggestion of the pest control person there should be no food left out and all outside doors kept closed to keep any bugs from coming in as there were no bugs in the condo when you arrived or even the next day. Week at the beach with famiy

Great location. Close to the beach, stores and restaurants. Not as well kept or stocked as others at LBR we have stayed in. Torn curtains, broken blinds, kitchen not well stocked (no toaster, only 1 dish towel, no cutting board, not enough glasses). Plenty of seating in living room, great balcony with plenty of seating (great view of the beach). TVs difficult to operate. Living room TV control did not work half the time. The TV control in the back 3rd bedroom never did work. The toilet had not been cleaned in the master bathroom. Personally the bed was uncomfortable and was unable to sleep very well but no one else had any complaints about the beds. Missing several lightbulbs, took bulbs from living room to have light in the master bedroom. Having the beach chairs was great and the boys took good care of us. Overall we had a great time and the room was ok, but I will not be renting this one again.

Thank you for your review, regarding the torn curtains/blinds, as these are custom made for this unit this is not something that can be replaced by running to Walmart. There is a small tear in two different panels of curtains and the owners have ordered new ones but it takes 6-8 weeks to get those in, As for the toaster, there was a toaster in the bottom cabinet near the stove and for the one dishtowel, the cleaner should have put out 1 or 2 more but there is an entire cabinet full of extra kitchen and bath linens in the kitchenette area of the 3rd bedroom as well as a large selection of light bulbs and batteries for the remotes. But we are glad to hear you enjoyed the balcony, living room and beach. Thanks again!! Kim's Condos

Our first family vaca in 10 years. Amazing!

We could not have asked for better accommodations. Being on the 1st floor was a plus. With 8 adults and 1 child we had ample space for everyone to relax comfortably. The bedrooms were spacious and multiple bathrooms made for easy access for everyone. The dining-room/living-room was a great space for gathering and playing games. My husband enjoyed the recliners. :) The kitchen was wonderful & had lots of cookware & utensils which made mealtime stress free. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was very helpful. The main balcony was a relaxing place to take in the view & the breeze made for a fabulous place to nap. We greatly appreciated the 2 sets of lounge chairs and umbrellas waiting for us on the beach as well as the short beach chairs and boogie boards. The big pool was amazing for the entire family & we could always find a shady spot when needed. The little one had fun at the small pool too and it was nice that it was so close to our unit and open so late. We loved the easy beach access morning and night. I recommend shopping at Publix on a Saturday vs WalMart. Save your WalMart shopping for another day of the week. Pineapple Willy's was a nice restaurant and Montego Bay was excellent. Putt-Putt was fun. Kim's Condos was always quick to respond when I reached out. Thank you for a great stay.

Great getaway

We brought our family here looking for some relaxing beach time and that’s exactly what we got! The view of the ocean was incredible. The condo was very clean, we only saw a couple of tropical bugs that are typical in any warm temperature home. There was not a cockroach issue. There was plenty of space and the tile made for easy cleanup after beach and pool days. I will say the picture of the laundry room in the listing was not accurate- there werent any of the floats or toys... and my kids were looking forward to that. But there were some beach chairs, a cooler, a canopy, (we didn’t use it), and a little wheeled thing to cart a few towels or a chair to the beach. The balcony is completely safe and low so I didn’t have to worry about the young kids being out there. Plenty of kitchen supplies and utensils. Plenty of storage throughout. Comfy beds and linens. Plenty of towels. Great water pressure and temperature in every bathroom. The only issue we could even say is one that has been stated before, the hot tub and pool can get loud and boisterous at night and doesn’t close until midnight. There were spring-breakers there and they were in the pool until after midnight almost every night we stayed. I gave this property and Kim’s condos a 5 star overall because we truly had a great time. We would come again. Thank you!!

We had an amazing time. The condo was the perfect size for our party of 11. The easement of being on the 1st floor was amazing and the view was breathtaking.

Great stay

Great stay. We love Long Beach. Lots of space only real complaint was the bedroom that has double queens was so hot it was miserable. Had the AC set as low as the unit allowed kept the blinds shut. Ended up buying fans to try and sleep in there. The rest of the condo was cold.
