Cottage isolé dans un emplacement rural idyllique

Blackhill Farm Cottage est situé à 10 miles au nord de Perth dans un cadre rural paisible entouré de champs et de bois. C'est sur une ferme prÚs de 2 miles des routes publiques les plus proches qui donne un merveilleux sentiment d'intimité et d'isolement. Il dispose d'une cuisine ouverte, salle à manger et salon qui le rend idéal pour les familles et les groupes d'amis. Le chalet a son propre jardin et a une vue imprenable sur la campagne environnante.

Le chalet peut accueillir jusqu'à 6 dans 3 chambres, (une double en bas et deux doubles king size à l'étage), et dispose d'une salle de bain principale avec douche, (bain profond), baignoire, wc, sÚche-serviettes et chauffage par le sol. Il y a un WC supplémentaire à l'étage. Tous les draps et serviettes sont fournis et tout est inclus dans le loyer.

La cuisine est trÚs bien équipée avec 4 plaques de cuisson, double four / grill, réfrigérateur / congélateur, micro-ondes, bouilloire, grille-pain, lave-vaisselle, ustensiles, couverts et vaisselle et laveuse / sécheuse.

Le salon dispose de deux canapĂ©s 3 places, TV Ă  Ă©cran plat, digi box, lecteur DVD et un poĂȘle Ă  bois confortable et nous fournirons un panier de bĂ»ches dans les mois d'hiver. Le chalet est Ă©galement chauffĂ© partout.

Le chalet dispose également d'un barbecue et une table extérieure pour profiter de ces belles soirées d'été. Le stationnement est disponible pour 4 voitures.

Sur la ferme, nous avons Ă©galement un Ă©tang de pĂȘche qui est disponible par arrangement et pour 2020, nous aurons une sĂ©lection de vĂ©los Ă  la disposition des clients.

En plus des champs et des bois environnants, la région a beaucoup à offrir à tous les ùges avec beaucoup d'activités intérieures et extérieures. La ville de Perth est à seulement 15 minutes avec de nombreuses boutiques et activités de loisirs. Nous sommes également à seulement 10 minutes de l'A9, ce qui permet un accÚs facile à Highland Perthshire et à Edimbourg et Glasgow sont également facilement accessibles. La gare la plus proche est également à moins de 20 minutes.

Nice little cottage

We had a wonderful stay. The cottage is neat and cozy and for us everything was perfect. The contact to the landlord was welcoming, nice and supporting. We enjoyed the quietness and seclusion of this place.

Quite rural - 1.75m from the proper road and 15/20 min from Perth which was a bit far for us. Nice cottage. Comfortable beds etc A few bits that you usually get in holiday homes were missing eg tin foil, hand wash. There was only one oven mit & some of the crockery/cooking things needed a wash before use.

Lovely and quiet.

Lovely place; quite far out in the country. Very comfy. Communication with the host was very difficult. Couldn't figure out how to use the television and the dvd player was missing cords. Instruction manuals for everything would be really helpful.

Great Vacation Stay

We stayed at Blackhills Farm Cottage for 38 lovely days. For the first two weeks we were joined by two good friends who were pleasantly surprised at the choice I had made. The cottage is very comfortable and well located for day trips north, south, east and west. Its rural setting is quiet and very enjoyable -- we saw lots of pheasants, grouse, geese, a few deer, rabbits, ravens, and of course sheep! The two story cottage has a large master bath downstairs and a 1/2 bath upstairs where two bedrooms are with double beds. There is plenty of storage space in the bedrooms. Downstairs there is a bedroom with two single beds. The house is set up well for children to be there -- we didn't have any with us but appreciated what was there. One note I would empasize: if you are over 6ft 1inch, do not stay upstairs. The ceiling is too low. The kitchen is very well appointed: great prep-ware, cookware, utensils and cutlery, a nice big kitchen and plenty of storage space. The kitchen has a combo washer/dryer which is great once you sort out the best settings for your laundry. They also have a good drying rack, if you prefer the old fashioned method of drying. The kithcen closet has an upright vacuum and a hand vacuum which is great for fast cleanup of dropped crisps that get crushed! Of course there is also a broom, mop, ironing board and buckets. The living room is comfortable with a great fireplace, plenty of DVDs and books and lots of regional guides in the drawer in the credenza. The wifi got upgraded while we were there. David and Julia were very responsive hosts and a pleasure to meet. We highly recommend a stay here for a stay of any length of time.

Absolute Ruhe

Ein sehr ruhig gelegenes Ferienhaus. Großer offener Wohn-KĂŒchenbereich. Dee Teppich im Wohnzimmer hat schon etwas gelitten und die Kissen auf dem Sofa rochen etwas muffig. Im Flurbereich hat es am Ankunftstag durch das Dach bei krĂ€ftigen Regen reingetropft. Das Wlan war das was am meisten gestört hat da es nur sporadisch funktioniert hat. Der Vermieter , obwohl selbst im Urlaub hat sich sehr bemĂŒht das in Ordnung zu bringen. Es handelt sich um eine Satelliten Verbindung als Wlan, was bei der Buchung nicht ersichtlich war. Es war nur begrenzt tauglich da nur Email abfragen und z B Google suchen möglich waren. Kein streaming ect. Trotzdem hatten wir einen angenehmen Aufenthalt

Scottish Six Day Orienteering Base

For the orienteering competition we had to travel to six different locations during the week, three to the west of Crieff and three north and south of Perth. The cottage was fairly central to all these destinations so fitted perfectly. It had everything we needed, especially wi-fi for a couple of our party, plus peace and quiet in the evening. Sitting in the garden surrounded by corn fields enjoying the afternoon/evening sun after a hard run was great, especially with a cup of tea and the house martins flitting round. Plenty of hot water for after run showers, fully fitted kitchen with washing machine for dirty running gear, everything we needed. A huge positive tick for David and Julia, thanks very much.

Amazing Holiday

Wir haben das Cottage fĂŒr 2 Wochen gemietet. Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub. Die Clarks sind sehr nett und sehr zuvor kommend. Die lĂ€ndliche Gegend ist sehr entspannend. Internetverbindung ist nicht so schnell. Das Haus war sauber. Ganz klare Mietempfehlung. GeschĂ€fte des tĂ€glichen Lebens waren in 15 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar.

Dreckiges Ferienhaus

Das Haus war in einem vollkommen verdreckten Zustand. Die Töpfe und Pfannen, konnte man unmöglich benutzen. Der Teppich, und das Sofa voll mit Flecken. Der Staubsauger voll mit Dreck, genau wie der Abstellraum, kein Toilettenpapier, keine MĂŒllbeutel. Ich werde Fotos schicken, damit sie sehen, was vom VorgĂ€nger oder wem auch immer das so verlassen wurde. Die HaustĂŒre defekt, Ungeziefer im Haus. Ich werde jedenfalls ĂŒber Fewo direkt nie mehr Buchen. Ich konnte mich mit dem Vermieter leider nicht unterhalten, weil meine Englischkentnisse nicht so gut sind, um das begreiflich zu machen.

Great cottage, very isolated

Great cottage, very isolated and perfect for our needs this trip. Very well laid out, plenty of crockery, cutlery and glasses, but bring towels, tea towels, loo and kitchen roll with you. Loved watching the House Martins, Deer, Hare and other wildlife! Bird bingo was good fun too :) I didn't bring my dogs this time and I'm glad as I think it is hard to call it dog friendly when they are expected to sleep in an out door kennel. This may be OK if you have working dogs but not my pampered pooches!

Knusse cottage op prachtige locatie

In april hebben wij drie nachten geslapen in deze cottage. Het was slecht weer, maar met de haard aan was het binnen zeer comfortabel. Vanuit het keukenraam hebben we dagelijks reeën gezien. In de omgeving hebben we een aantal leuke ritjes kunnen maken.

Wonderful time in your cottage at the end of the world

Having grown up in the area Perthshire has always been a special place to me. It offers so many things to see and do and Blackhill is just a brilliant place to bring up our young family. Having lived in the cottage for a few years ourselves we think it makes the perfect cosy getaway for families or small groups of friends.

The cottage is in a brilliantly private and secluded location to offer the ideal getaway to the Scottish Countryside. There is so much to see and do around the farm but it is also very close to Perth and is centrally located for trips to the rest of Scotland.
