Maison moderne et minimaliste avec 2 étages.

Excellente décoration très soignée, grands pièces et espaces ouverts.

Située à Alcudia, au nord de l’île, plus exactement sur la zone résidentielle calme de Bonaire, et

une belle végétation aux alentours.

La maison se trouve à 2 km d’Alcudia, à 1 km des plages de San Joan et san Pere et à 500

mètres du port nautique du Cococdrilo et La caleta, zone de baignade rocheuses fréquentée

par les majorquins.

Location idéale pour profiter de la mer, des plages, de la montagne et ses randonnées et de

nombreuses excursions sur la zone nord.

Capacité pour 6 personnes, 2 salles de bains, salon/salle à manger, cuisine totalement équipée,

piscine privée avec grille de protection pour les enfants en bas âge.

Alcudia, située au nord de l’île, municipalité écotouristique de 30 km de littoral et une grande

diversité de paysages.

De la grande plage de sable fin du port sur plusieurs kilomètres, aux criques cachées d’une

grande beauté, on trouve de magnifiques petits coins de paradis.

Pour les amants de la nature : sports nautiques, vélo ou randonnées, l’éventail est grand.

Alcudia est une ville fortifiée, ses murailles datent du moyen âge (XIII ième siècle) . Vous

pouvez également visiter près de son église San Jaume, le théâtre et les ruines de Pollentia,

ancienne ville romaine fondée 123 avant JC.

Marina has a beautiful villa, really stylish

Marina has a beautiful villa, really stylish, open planned and a great location. A really peaceful setting with good access to a local bus route and a 10-minute drive to a decent supermarket in Alcudia. The villa was super clean and well equipped with air con in the living area and mezzanine bedroom space (awesome), but not in the small bedroom which did get quite warm - a fan was provided though. Kitchen had a huge fridge and a decent equipped pantry with doors opening out onto a wrap around patio with dining table. Swimming pool was excellent - just the right size for five of us with optional pool guard and nice grounds. We ate at both the local restaurants one a bit more lively with music and the other (Bonaire) closer to the water and with excellent fish. Overall, an excellent stay and would go again.

Had a wonderful stay at Villasmar place

Had a wonderful stay at Villasmar place. Booked for a family holiday and it was perfect. The facilities have everything you need and more. Location was great with walking distance to restaurants and small supermarket. Marina who we communicated in with was excellent. Would highly recommend for familysmall group of friends.

Wonderful house

The house was perfect - spacious, clean and nicely decorated. The garden and pool were wonderful and we appreciated the pool fence for the safety of the kids. The house is located in a pretty and quite neighbourhood and it is close to various nice beaches, Alcudia old town, shops and restaurants.

We had a lovely stay in Marianas house

We had a lovely stay in Marianas house. The accommodation is very quiet and offers a lot of space. The house is a bit outdated, but everything was clean and tidy. We would recommend this accommodation to large families. Mariana, the host, lives right next door and was always helpful if we needed anything.

We had a lovely week at Marina’s villa.

We had a lovely week at Marina’s villa. The pool was fab, kids enjoyed it every day, especially with the blistering heat! Plenty of space inside and all the things we needed. Excellent air conditioning which we loved. Marina the host was exceptional, very organised and helped us with a house key issue instantly. Area was quiet, Alcudia had great restaurants and nearby beaches had crystal clear water. Wished we could stay longer. Superb holiday all round.

It was a nice stay. Everything was perfect.

The house is perfect for groups of 6 to 8 people. We had a wonderful stay. The house was clean and had all the necessities for cooking. The pool was definitely nice to have. The area is very nice and quiet as well. The next beach is very close (3 min by car15 min by foot). The handover of the keys was very uncomplicated due to the code-protected box on the outside of the house. All in all, we would definitely recommend to stay at this place.

We enjoyed our stay at Marina’s place

We enjoyed our stay at Marina’s place. She was easy to communicate with. When we arrived she had food and snacks ready for our kids! There was some wine in the fridge for us. We appreciated this a lot. The place was clean and kitchen extremely well stocked. Beds were very comfortable and the location was peaceful and quiet. The pool was great for the kids. The finca is extremely well equipped

The finca is extremely well equipped, from the kitchen to a tabletennis platform with bats. it is also very nicely decorated, the pool is great. the coty center is about 3km away, so its better to have a car available. communication with the hosts was uncomplicated and we were welcomed warmly, also they had a list with some good tips for going out prepared.

The villa was lovely and clean

The villa was lovely and clean with good amenities and Marina is an excellent host. She is very responsive and accommodating. She gave us some excellent recommendations for local restaurants and was always available to answer any questions. The welcome pack was a lovely touch as we arrived late in the evening. There are 23 restaurants within a good walking distance from the villa and would definitely recommend going to Alcudia Beach and the old walled town.

We had a blast!

We had a blast! There were six of us longing for a few well spent summery days. We had a late flight and therefore late arrival but because of the check in system that was not a problem. Villa is in the private area so we could really relax and get a good night sleep. Pool is amazing and very clean. Kitchen is fully equiped, it has a dishwasher, stove, toaster and so much more. Bathrooms are spacy, clean and stocked with shampoo and clean towels. Hosts are amazing. We had an amazing comunication and they are very kind. I would totally recommend booking this place :)

A beautifully kept, well equipped villa

A beautifully kept, well equipped villa with a fantastic pool and garden. Marina has thought of everything you could possibly need and is on hand to help if needed. The beach 10/15 mins walk away is totally beautiful and Alcudia Old Town can be reached by foot( half and hour)taxi and is absolutely lovely. It is important to note there is no air conditioning but there are fans in each bedroom which is great. Overall a great Villa which we would highly recommend

Agree with all the praise that other reviewers have given to the owner and the villa. Lovely spacious property, really very clean, excellently equipped (in particular in the kitchen), very nice and really safe pool, just everything about it. It was good that the garden and swimming pool were so private. Loved the location, in a district with two/three restaurants, one of which was really fabulous both for meals and for a relaxing drink and then the port wasa only an 8 minute walk away, with a cove in which to swim, and the beach just up the road too. Mariane was great, really helpful. And thanks Mariane, for all the extra touches,

The house is exactly as described

The house is exactly as described and check in was really easy. Marina’s communication couldn’t be better, before, during and even after our stay. We felt instantly relaxed and the welcome touches made us feel at home quickly. The outside space is amazing! Plenty of sun and shade and the pool was clean and we used it all the time. We were a group of 6 and there was plenty of space for everyone. The house was spotlessly clean and had everything you need for a home from home stay. The supermarket is under a 10 minute walk away and sold all basic food and drinks as well as freshly baked croissants and bread in the morning. There were 2 restaurants just next to it and we ate in both. 5 Oceanos had the better food, but service wasn’t that good. Nura had great service, the food was ok. We also ate at the bodega del sol on the way into Alcudia. This was our favourite place! Amazing vegetable paella and the cheapest sangria!! There was another restaurant in Bonaire that served white sangria, but we didn’t eat there! The cove on the front was great for swimming, but beware of the sea urchins and maybe invest in water shoes! We walked to the beach (playa de Sant pere) which was stunning! Crystal clear, warm, shallow water and once you get deep enough, great for swimming. We walked into Alcudia, it takes about 35minutes and enjoyed the market days. There are bigger supermarkets here, such as Lidl and mercadona. We rented a car for a few days and found this easier to get to Palma and Pollenca. We also did the early morning dolphin watching trip, we’ll worth the early start to see dolphins in the wild. There’s plenty of free parking in Alcudia too! All in all we had an amazing holiday and spent a few days just at the villa and relaxing. It was so good, we didn’t feel the need to go anywhere! There was also a table tennis table and bbq round by the washing machine. A beautiful villa in a beautiful part of Mallorca! Thank you, Marina, you were an excellent host and it was lovely to meet you and we look forward to returning one day x

La maison était parfaite

Je tenais à vous remercier de nouveau pour votre maison. Ce séjour a vraiment été exceptionnel et idéal pour notre famille! La maison était parfaite pour nous 5, nous nous sommes vraiment sentis chez nous le temps d'une semaine. Le quartier est paisible, chaque détail est bien pensé dans la maison et dans le jardin, il n'y a vraiment rien à redire sur notre séjour! Bravo aux propriétaires et aux architectes pour ce petit îlot de tranquillité! J'espère revenir une prochaine fois!

La maison est exactement telle que décrite. Nous étions 8 et tout a fait à l'aise pour le nombre. La maison est très bien équipée et très propre. L'emplacement est idéal. Tout a été parfait dès notre arrivée et jusqu'à notre départ. Je recommande vivement cette maison et je remercie vivement Marina. Nous y retournerons volontiers

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in Marinas Haus! Die Villa ist sehr sauber, bestens ausgestattet und liegt ruhig in schöner Umgebung – ideal zum Entspannen. Der Pool und der Garten sind traumhaft, und auch die Terrasse lädt zum Verweilen ein. Marina ist eine außergewöhnlich herzliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, die sich um alles kümmert und immer erreichbar ist. Ein Auto ist auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert, um die Umgebung und die schönen Buchten in der Nähe zu erkunden. Ein kleiner Wunsch wären Moskitonetze an den Fenstern – dann wäre es wirklich perfekt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können das Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Das Haus war sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet

Das Haus war sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet (Gewürze, Spiele, Bücher, Anti-Mücken-Spray..) und es hat sogar ein kleines Verpflegungspaket im Kühlschrank auf uns gewartet. Marina war jederzeit für uns erreichbar und hat uns Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben. Ein defektes Küchengerät wurde umgehend ausgetauscht. Es waren extra Handtücher für den Pool/Strand vorhanden. Im Badezimmer war besonders am Morgen ein Abflussgeruch zu bemerken. Die Regelung zur Müllentsorgung haben wir als lästig empfunden. Man musste jeden Tag dafür Sorge tragen, dass die richtige Mülltonne pünktlich am Straßenrand steht. Am Abreisetag sollte der restliche Müll selbstständig mit dem Auto zu öffentlichen Mülltonnen transportiert werden.

Wir hatten wunderbare zwei Wochen in Marinas Haus. Das Haus ist ruhig in schöner Umgebung gelegen und ist mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet. Der Pool ist wunderbar, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und wir hatten zu fünft sehr gut Platz. Marina bewohnt das Haus selbst, wenn sie es nicht vermietet - sie ist für alle Themen ansprechbar und reagiert schnell bei Fragen. Wir können das Haus sehr empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Points forts : Propreté, arrivée, communication, emplacement, exactitude de l’annonce

Wunderschöner und erholsamer Familienurlaub

Wenn man einen schönen, entspannten, ruhigen und erholsamen Urlaub verbringen möchte, ist man hier genau richtig. Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Wohngegend, man hat seine komplette Ruhe von allem. Wir konnten die Zeit dort genießen. Von der ersten Kontaktaufnahme bis zur Abreise stand Marina uns immer zur Verfügung. Im Haus hat es an uns an nichts gefehlt. Der Pool und die Außenanlagen sind ebenfalls sehr gepflegt und reichen vollkommen aus um Spaß zu haben. Ein Parkplatz ist direkt vor der Tür, so das man nicht auf die Suche gehen muss. Der kleine aber feine Sandstrand ist in wenigen Gehminuten zu erreichen. Port d‘ Alcudia ist in ca. 10 Autominuten zu erreichen. Für uns steht fest, das wir sehr gerne wiederkommen werden.

Sehr zu empfehlende Unterkunft

Uns hat die Unterkunft rundum super gefallen. Besonders wichtig für uns war es, dass wir den Pool mit einem Zaun absichern konnten. Auch die Ausstattung und der Vorrat (Geschirr, Handtücher, etc.) war absolut top. Ebenfalls hervorzuheben war der super freundliche Empfang durch Marina und die einfache Kommunkation via WhatsApp. Die Unterkunft war der ideale Ausgangspunkt für unsere Ausflüge mit unserem Mietwagen, welcher aufgrund der Lage aus unserer Sicht erforderlich ist.
