"Wantara Garden Suites" est un condo privé, caché derrière un mur d'adobe de l'époque coloniale dans le centre historique de Quito. Une maison de maître datant de 1900 et plusieurs bâtiments annexes donnent la maison à 8 appartements indépendants. Votre Suite est situé dans la villa coloniale restaurée, conçue pour une expérience de vie unique. L'appartement indépendant de style méditerranéen est soigneusement décoré et équipé de toutes les commodités. Un poêle à bois contemporain offre un confort chaleureux. La terrasse privée donne sur les beaux jardins. Une brise de la colline Panecillo fournit de l'air frais de la montagne et vous asseoir à l'extérieur, entouré de fleurs et profiter du climat équatorien ensoleillé.
Un espace commun ample avec belvédère, hamacs et barbecue invite à interagir avec les autres clients dans notre copropriété.
Suite Cusumbo est le plus confortable de nos suites. Le spacieux appartement de 90 m2 sur deux niveaux est situé au dernier étage de la villa coloniale avec un salon / cuisine en bas, une chambre principale, une salle à manger et une salle de bains. à l'étage se trouve le studio / chambre à coucher avec un lit double (140 x 190 cm) et un confortable canapé-lit
(105 x 195 cm). De là, vous avez une vue imprenable sur le centre historique de Quito et Mt. Pichincha. Cusumbo est également équipé d'un lecteur DVD, un grand choix de films sont disponibles. accès Internet WiFi gratuit, un room service deux fois par semaine est inclus et un service de blanchisserie est disponible à 5U $ par charge.

Oasis in the City

A gorgeous tranquil property among the bustle of historic Quito! The managers were present and helpful, the suite clean and beautiful, and the location so convenient for walking (and eating delicious empanadas!) we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and felt very taken care of.

We loved our week in Quito. Yannik, Gina, Wolfgang and Annemarie answered all of our questions about where to go and what to see. They arranged a driver (Cristobal - 5 stars!) to take us to see places outside of the city and made sure we got back from the soccer game safely! With everything going on in Ecuador, we never felt unsafe on our trip. Thank you!

Felt Just Like Home

What a lovely apartment. We felt very much at home here and could not have picked a better place to stay. How convenient to be met at the airport and transported directly to the apartment. Waking in the morning to have everything there for our breakfast worked out great. The cool evenings made for a perfect opportunity for a nice fire where we enjoyed drinks and planned our activities for the next day. Very convenient location for the historic district. Would have loved to stay longer.

This was a oasis in the heart of the beautiful historic district of Quito. Short and easy walk to town, shops and food. We all felt very safe and secure in the charming courtyard collection of private residences. Would return or give this suggestion to my best friends. Perfect spot for experiencing Quito and its surroundings

A group of us rented all but one of the units at Wantara for a recent work trip to Quito. It was perfect in every way. The spaces are beautiful. The cleaning staff keeps the units very clean. And, if you want to go on a unforgettable journey to any of the areas surrounding Quito, I highly recommend using one of the two tour guides/drivers associated with this property, Thomas and Marcelo. Our group became quite attached to them and they took small groups to different sites throughout the week (Otavalo, the cloud forest near Mindo, and to Cotopaxi and the surrounding area). This is a very special place...one we will never forget.

One of the loveliest places we've ever stayed.

Wantara Suites was completely wonderful, and we can't imagine having found anywhere more perfect to stay in Quito - we'd highly recommend it to anyone visiting Quito. Wolfgang and Andi made our whole visit very easy indeed, with lots of communication before we arrived, and breakfast left ready for us when we arrived late on a Friday evening. Marcelo, who picked us up from the airport, gave us a wonderfully warm welcome to Ecuador and gave us several more lifts after the initial late night pick up (he had to wait over 3 hours for us after our flight wad delayed!) and settled us into the huge apartment after our long journey. Wolfgang and Andy also went to a great deal of trouble to give us tips and advice on Quito and travelling around Quito, and the place felt like a home from home. The gardens are stunning and filled with hummingbirds, the accommodation is gorgeous, filled with beautiful wooden furniture, incredibly well-designed and spacious, and overall Wantara was a fantastic haven from the busy city. We were also really happy to be staying in the old town rather than the newer areas of town - it's so picturesque. We loved Quito, and we loved Wantara, and we'd recommend it to everyone. We only wished we could have stayed longer! Thank you, Wolfgang and Andi; we hope to see you again!

Fascinated by the magic of the 'Old Town' where authentic Ecuadorian traditions are still alive, we decided that this is where we want to live. After a year of extensive search we finally found this treasure. Our project was selected to participate in the BIENALE IBEROAMERICANA DE ARQUITECTURA, for its careful restauration.
Within the 15.000 sqft of the old historical villa with its gardens we created eight independent units cautious of not loosing the colonial charm but adding all the contemporary comforts. Art objects in the lush garden and cozy living spaces gives 'Wantara' a very special flair. A breeze from the Panecillo hill provides fresh mountain air and you sit outside, surrounded by flowers and enjoy the sunny Ecuadorian climate.
