Lumineux et calme 1 chambre appartement dans le centre de Londres

Bienvenue chez nous! Vous apprĂ©cierez notre charmant, super lumineux, une chambre (deux Ă©tages) appartement dans le centre de Londres. À quelques minutes de la gare Victoria, du palais de Buckingham et de Knightsbridge, vous aurez tout l'espace pour vous faire votre chez vous.

Notre appartement s'Ă©tend sur deux Ă©tages (40mÂČ). Lorsque vous entrez au rez-de-chaussĂ©e, vous avez un WC sĂ©parĂ©, le salon avec un canapĂ©-lit et une cuisine ouverte. Montez les escaliers et vous trouverez la chambre avec un petit bureau pour travailler ainsi que la salle de bain avec baignoire, douche et toilettes. L'appartement a 8 (!!!) Les fenĂȘtres sont donc trĂšs lumineuses et trĂšs silencieuses car vous ĂȘtes Ă  l'arriĂšre de la maison. Vous ĂȘtes dans le centre de Londres, mais quand vous ĂȘtes Ă  l'intĂ©rieur de la maison, vous serez Ă  des millions de kilomĂštres de tout.

Vous aurez accÚs à tout ce que nous avons, puisque c'est notre maison, tout ce que nous demandons, c'est de faire attention quand vous utilisez les choses. La cuisine est équipée avec tous les ustensiles dont vous avez besoin et il y a un grille-pain, four, micro-ondes et bouilloire.

The flat is charming, in a great location, bright, clean, good bed, and best of all the owner is very very nice!Lots of restaurant choices, walk to Victoria station. The TV was good too.

A Very Nice Stay

We spent over a week at this flat in early July, 2025. Have not spent time in the Pimlico area previously, but very much enjoyed it. Nice neighborhood, safe, easy to get around. The flat was as presented: clean, pleasant. Not particularly roomy, but nice modern furnishings. David is very responsive. Overall, what you are looking in a short term rental.

Great flat

Bright flat near Victoria Station. Small but cute. Easy to get around via tube. Host was great about communicating and offering recommendations. We liked the check in process and advance information.

A lovely home base

We started here at the start of our two week UK your. It was perfect! We loved the neighborhood with so much good food to choose from. Close to the shop too. Beds were comfy. We had everything we needed!

Perfect location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It’s hard to beat the location for proximity to transportation (tube), restaurants, and attractions. We always felt safe in the neighborhood and didn’t have any issues getting into the flat. David was very responsive the one time we needed his attention. The flat feels larger than its actual size and was perfect for my wife and me. Highly recommended.

Terrific Location

We enjoyed our stay in this flat. It was conveniently located to the train station, which made it easy to get to the various sites we wanted to see. Communication with David was excellent. He was responsive and very patient with my many questions. We would recommend a bit of TLC to freshen things up.

Tolle, zentrale und ruhige Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung hat eine tolle, zentrale Lage und ist trotzdem angenehm ruhig. Sie ist sehr geschmackvoll, hell und freundlich eingerichtet und hatte alles, was wir brauchten, sogar eine Badewanne und einen schönen, großen Fernseher auf dem wir englische Filme gucken konnten. Der Vermieter ist sehr, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und spricht deutsch, was die Kommunikation sehr einfach gemacht hat. Ich kann die Ferienwohnung nur empfehlen. Sie ist optimaler Ausgangspunkt um London zu erkunden (8 Minuten zu Fuß zu Viktoria Station).

Great place for the four of us to stay one night before heading home! Especially since we’re all petite. Comfortable sleeping arrangements, even for a pull out couch. Would stay again for a short visit.

Absolutely Wonderful!

We LOVED this London flat! It is bright, beautiful and centrally located. Our family of three stayed here and it was perfect! The moment we walked in we felt we'd entered a peaceful, modern, clean and lovely oasis. The layout and decor are brilliant, the high ceilings make it airy, the huge windows make it bright and the newly renovated, modern decor make it feel luxurious. It had everything we needed and more for a wonderful stay. There is a sweet, small spiral staircase that takes you from the living area on the first floor to the bedroom and bathroom on the second. We loved the beauty and charm of this. For some, this narrow staircase might be a challenge. The flat is centrally located and is a very quick walk through a safe and lovely neighborhood to Victoria Station subway, bus and rail lines. It was perfect for sightseeing. We loved this flat so much we want to live in it full time! David our host was always quick to respond, very kind and helpful and went above and beyond answering our questions. He was a delight to work with. We would love to stay here on every future trip to London!

Nice stay!

We had a very nice stay in Pimlico. It was a short walk to Victoria or Pimlico station, or you could actually walk all the way to Westminster in about 20-30 minutes. Neighborhood was quiet and felt very safe. Check in process was very good, the host was very helpful with how to get in, places to eat and drink, and everything else we needed. One note: the flat is very small, with a bedroom upstairs for my husband and myself and a pull out bed for our two kids to share downstairs in the sitting area. But it was perfect for us, as we were out site seeing most of the time. It was very clean, the beds were comfy, and you cant beat the location!

Lovely Modern Surprise Flat in Moderate Area

The flat itself was such a lovely surprise, very modern and even nicer than the photos! It was very comfortable and for us the location worked well, although there were people standing outside the small hotels on the street after dark. The upstairs is really lovely with light from huge windows and a very comfortable large bed. The downstairs pull out couch can't match it. Also downstairs is the entrance, kitchen and dining table. There is a nook with laundry and other amenities, so all in all everything is provided for in the adorable London flat. The owner was also very helpful. We would have liked to stay even longer, but naturally the flat was booked. It's a find.

76 Warwick is an amazing location! Walking distance to Buckingham Palace, Hyde Park and so much more. Neighborhood has an awesome selection of shops and great restaurants! The London vibe is awesome! Our host David was truly accommodating to our specific requests!! Darn
