Bienvenue à l'appartement Northstar sur la place Sainte-Anne dans le quartier de la cathédrale. La base de luxe parfaite, que votre visite à Belfast soit pour affaires ou loisirs. Notre appartement peut accueillir 4 personnes dans deux chambres doubles confortables. Récemment entièrement rénové dans un style luxueux et équipé de toutes les commodités pour rendre votre séjour inoubliable.

L'appartement dispose d'un salon ouvert et d'un balcon juliette avec une vue imprenable sur la place de la place Sainte-Anne.

Pour votre confort et votre divertissement, le salon offre une impressionnante TV connectée Panasonic 4k de 60 pouces avec abonnement Netflix, Wifi gratuit, canapé 3 places et chaise confortable donnant sur la place et table de bar avec 4 chaises.

Cuisine

Il y a une cuisine complète avec four conventionnel, plaque de cuisson, four micro-ondes, réfrigérateur-congélateur, grille-pain, bouilloire, lave-vaisselle, laveuse sécheuse, fer et planche à repasser. Du thé et du café sont inclus dans la cafetière Nespresso. Des articles pour le petit-déjeuner et des collations gratuites sont fournis pour vous offrir un accueil chaleureux.

Chambre 1 / Ensuite

La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king-size haut de gamme, d'une armoire, d'un point de charge USB, d'une connexion Wi-Fi ou haut débit filaire, d'un sèche-cheveux et d'une salle de bains de luxe entièrement carrelée avec douche et toilettes et chauffage au sol. La fenêtre de la chambre donne sur la place en contrebas de la place Sainte-Anne.

La deuxième chambre a un lit double, une borne de recharge USB et un accès Wifi. La fenêtre donne également sur la place en contrebas de la place Sainte-Anne.

Salle de bains

La toute nouvelle salle de bains luxueuse entièrement carrelée dispose d'une grande douche et de toilettes, et est équipée d'une prise rasoir / point de charge et d'articles de toilette gratuits.

L'appartement est maintenu confortable avec le chauffage central au gaz qui fournit également de l'eau chaude instantanée. Les sols carrelés de la salle de bain et de la salle de bains sont maintenus au chaud grâce au chauffage au sol.

Emplacement

5 minutes en taxi de l'aéroport George Best de Belfast City.

La place Sainte-Anne abrite le théâtre MAC et de superbes restaurants tels que Coppi, Salt, Pizza Express et House of Zen. Adjacent à l'entrée se trouve le fabuleux café artisanal établi, qui est ouvert pour le petit déjeuner à partir de 7h00 et mérite également une visite à tout moment de la journée. Le PureGym situé sur la place propose des cartes journalières aux visiteurs.

La place Sainte-Anne est au centre du quartier de la cathédrale qui est la principale destination de divertissement de Belfast avec de nombreux hôtels dont The Merchant, des restaurants de qualité tels que The Muddlers Club, Hadskis, Made in Belfast et Mumbai 27, et les bars et clubs les plus branchés du Ville. Le Square est également adjacent au campus de Belfast pour l'Université d'Ulster.

À seulement 350 mètres se trouve le premier centre commercial de Belfast, Victoria Square - qui abrite House of Fraser et plus de 70 autres marques internationales et locales, des restaurants et le cinéma Odéon.

Lovely apartment - great location

One of the apartments in St. Anne's Square, we loved it. The property manager checked us in remotely and gave us all the information we needed. The location is quiet and safe and is walkable to many pubs and shopping areas. Highly recommend!

Location was great - apartment was spacious with a really cool view onto St Anne's Square. There's a great coffee shop right outside and bars just a minute's walk plus all the restaurants in the square. We had a really great weekend.

Lovely apartment in excellent location

We were met by Ruth and her husband who provided a warm welcome with a personal touch. The apartment is close to lots of pubs and restaurants and within walking distance of all Belfast’s main attractions. Apartment was very clean with lovely furnishings, would recommend.

Stunning apartment, perfect location.

This hidden gem is the perfect place to stay during your visit to Belfast. It is close to many restaurants & bars, as well as walking distance to pretty much everything else to see in the city, and the decor is stunning! Ruth really did a great job. Communication is great and Ruth is very sweet.

Amazing apartment in a fantastic location

What an apartment, it was outstanding. It was spotlessly clean and smelt beautiful when we arrived. Ruth was lovely and explained everything, there was lots of information readily available. The location is excellent, close to all the local restaurants and bars. Belfast is such a friendly city, go and stay here you will not be disappointed.

Cathedral Quarter Apartment

This was an beautiful apartment/condo, amazingly appointed, right in the heart of the Cathedral Quarter. We were surrounded by tons of pubs and wonderful restaurants, within walking distance to the Titanic Museum. Our biggest regret is that we did not stay in Belfast longer. Ruth, our hostess, was so accommodating and helpful.

Beautiful apartment and BEST location

Ruth was easy to work with and was there to let us in and show us around the property. Thank goodness she showed us how to work the shower :) The apartment looked recently updated and the decor was lovely. We had a view of the courtyard and who doesn't love a view? The VERY best part is the location of this property. We walked everywhere! Ruth's recommendations were spot on as well. Henry's for dinner? YES!

Hard to leave the apartment

We were in Ireland two weeks but only in Belfast one night. Wish we had booked more time! Apartment was wonderful. Ruth was wonderful - met us and gave us good information about the apartment, the city, and stocked us with some snacks/breakfast. Our stay was great! Location was perfect. Four of us enjoyed the two bedroom, two bath apartment. Best VRBO I've ever booked and I've done several. Walked to Titanic Experience and to dinner. Used near by parking garage.

Outstanding and highly recommended!

Our trip in March had been planned for months. We had reserved a delightful looking apartment in Belfast, and a congenial host confirmed the booking. However, it was not meant to be. With much disappointment, and just days before we were to leave on our holiday, it became quite clear to us that, due to fast expanding travel bans, our trip was not going to proceed as anticipated. Ruth went out of her way to help us change our plans. She was very easy to talk to, got back to us right away and went above and beyond the role of a host. We WILL travel to Belfast and we WILL stay at Ruth's property as soon as it is prudent to do so. While we have yet to stay in Cathedral Quarter, I have no hesitation at all recommending this property, based on the genuine kindness of Ruth and how she went out of her way to help us. Irish hospitality at its best!

Great location including a surprise visit by King Charles!

This flat was clean and very comfortable for the 4 adults in our party. The location was fabulous and within easy walking distance to City Hall, the Ulster Museum, the Titanic and many other places in Belfast. Many pubs and restaurants close by. And, unexpectedly, King Charles and his entourage, celebrated a mass of remembrance for his mother right down the street at St. Anne’s Cathedral on the day we were there. Although our entrance to the flat was blocked by his procession for a short time, we were right there when he drove by and waved. A very close brush with royalty!

Very nice apartment that was well equipped. Hosts communicated well and check in and out was easy. Location in the cathedral quarter is within walking distance to Titanic Museum, Albert Clock Tower, and Ulster Museum. Many good restaurants and pubs in St. Anne’s Square and on Hill St. and Commerce Court. Apartment was quiet with a view over St. Anne’s Square.

The apartment is beautifully located with an outlook over St Anne's Square from the living room and both bedrooms. Whilst there is a pleasant buzz of activity in the Square the apartment is quiet and completely free of traffic noise. This is simply the best location in Belfast; in the centre of Cathedral Quarter with the best restaurants, bars and tourist attractions, convenient to the main shopping areas of Victoria Square and Royal Avenue, and within easy walking distance to Titanic, St George's Market and other Belfast attractions.

The apartment has recently been tastefully refurbished to a high standard of luxury. It is snug and comfortable with Gas central heating, instant hot water and underfloor heating in the bathrooms. The kitchen is fully stocked with every amenity you might require for self catering including a Nespresso coffee maker. The living room includes a 60" 4k TV with Netflix subscription and Wifi is available throughout.
